A great place to stay for a family. Our room is spacious for 4 guest and staff are friendly. They have free shuttle service going to maihama station which makes it convenient if you want to explore around and take the metro.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service near the subway station, which I found very convenient for getting around. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs. Plus, the train to Disneyland and Universal Studios is just outside the hotel entrance, so the location is incredibly convenient. We had three beds for three people, and the room was a good size with a fantastic view of the ocean. Highly recommend!

This hotel is located in the Disney Resort, but the room facilities are very old. Our room had no Disney elements at all. The only highlight was being able to see Mount Fuji. The hotel service was still very good. Whether it was the front desk or luggage storage, the staff were very enthusiastic. We also bought our tickets at the hotel. It's walking distance from the monorail station, so no shuttle bus needed.

The fireworks at Disney, visible from the balcony, were absolutely amazing! 👍 The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, with several restaurants to choose from. The room was more spacious than typical hotel rooms, and the room service was excellent value for money.

The room felt quite dated, I think the 'renovation' mentioned on Ctrip only applied to the lobby. The location is super convenient though, with direct bus lines to Disney and both airports. The view from the window was nice. My only real complaint is the old Japanese bidet, which made a ridiculously loud flushing sound. Also, the check-in process was a bit slow. Overall, the value for money was pretty good.

True to its five-star rating, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting to Disneyland. Plus, having a Lawson convenience store right next door at the Hilton is really handy for grabbing snacks and drinks.

The sea-view room offers excellent value for money. On my first morning, I was pleasantly surprised to see Mount Fuji from the balcony, and the ocean view on clear days is also stunning. For breakfast, there are several options; if you're not in a hurry, the Asuka restaurant is well worth it – it's refined and delicious. The hotel isn't far from the airport, and the limousine bus stops at various hotels. The shuttle bus to the subway station is also very convenient.

I used to always stay at Hilton, but this time I saw a great price and decided to give this hotel a try. To my surprise, it was much better than Hilton! You can just cross the street from the hotel to catch a bus to Disneyland. Inside, there's a claw machine and a paid laundry room. The best part is being able to lie in bed and watch the fireworks. The room was also very clean and spacious. They also have a pool and a sauna, and the hairdryers there are ReFa, which are really good.

The location is fantastic, right at Disney Bayside Station. The hotel is directly across from the station entrance. On clear mornings, you can even see Mount Fuji from your room! The beds are super comfortable, and the sheets were changed daily. There's a direct airport shuttle to all terminals, and a shuttle bus to Maihama Station, making it incredibly convenient. You can even watch the Disney fireworks from the hotel at 8:25 PM! I'd recommend having younger, English-speaking staff at the front desk, as the English pronunciation of the older staff was quite confusing. There are two small convenience stores and a Disney store on the second floor, which has everything you might need. There are also more dining options around Maihama Station.

The sea view room has a nice view, but the facilities are a bit old, and there was still a lot of dust that hadn't been wiped clean.
