The rooms are cramped, making it inconvenient to open suitcases.
There's only one public bath, used alternately by men and women, with changes every few hours.

Located next to Okubo Park, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Shinjuku Station. There is only one public hot spring, so the time is very inconvenient.

If you really want to stay in Shinjuku this is a decent place. About ten minutes walk from the subway. Turn right out the door and take and immediate right and you will end up hitting a subway entrance. Staff is great but expect Shinjuku style guests.

Got a connecting room for family of 4 so its spacious and convenient with 2 toilets. Breakfast is provided with japanese and western selection. Bread, croissants, danish rolls and apple pies, rice, raw egg, seaweed soup and fruits are served daily and the hot dishes changes daily. Location wise is walking distance to train stations, malls and many restaurants and drug stores around. There is onsen in the hotel premises too.

I enjoyed my stay at Super Hotel as it was very convenient in the centre of Shinjuku, very convenient for me to arrange my itinerary accordingly.

It is a hotel in the heart of the city. It's comfortable to go anywhere. Near shopping areas Near restaurants, polite staff, explaining the rooms in all details well. The room is a bit small but has all the equipment. There is an onsen time. men and women When walking around shopping, when I get tired, I come back to soak. Makes you comfortable and sleeps comfortably. It's a small hotel, but there's everyone there. Breakfast is free.

Compared with Ikebukuro Super Hotel, there is a huge gap. The hot springs are rotated, the time arrangement is not good, and the pool is too small. The room is small, the drink time is too short, and the variety is limited.

I booked this hotel thinking they have private rooms. The pictures looks like it, but rooms have poor privacy only separate from public by curtain. So, I told staff, but they didn’t accept pay back. Too expensive for non privacy room and very confusing.

I love this place, the only problem I had is not make a sound there… there are a lot manga and the dark drinks is very nice. Staff are also very kind make you feel comfortable
