Place is great for a Disney trip. Right next to station and 2 mini marts nearby. A bit far for daily trips into city but good if on a budget. Just make sure you check with hotel to ensure you know what you are getting before paying. They have what’s called an eco rate and also charge for storing luggage unless you pay to join their hotel club. So best to use the “pay later” option in booking apps so have time to check what you get before payment is due. Its a nice little place but they charge for many things other hotels give for free and their check in and check out times are horrible.

Advertisement mentions it’s suitable for up to 6 people, unless you wish for 6 people to share 4 single beds (which most westerners do not) this isn’t really suitable for more than 4 people.

Staff were friendly enough, though accidentally took one of our own towels (it was only out as unless more was paid they would only provide 4 towels), once we let them know they found and returned it though they had to provide a temporary towel as it had been placed in a dumpster to clean later).

Softdrink was good though again only provide 4 cups unless more is paid.

Our family enjoyed staying at this hotel. Convenience store and train station are just across the road. Friendly staff and the room was great. We love the free drinks, the curtains and lights on each bunk bed.

Close to train station. Big room, nice bathroom. Beds were a little hard.. costs about 1000 yen to keep your luggage there before you check in or you can sign up for the free membership and pay about half the cost. Free drink machine in the lobby. The hotel workers speak good English! The customer service was good but for a couple extra dollars a night I would stay closer to Disney.

Excellent location and friendly staff.

Nice double decker beds. Very close to train station

16.01.2025 INFOPROLIGHT

Downside: check in 5pm, check out 9am. Keep luggage from morning, need to pay.

2 train stop away to Disneyland and Limousine Bus to Haneda / Narita.
Location industrial area, close by to JR Train St. There are 2 Convinience store, next train stop there is Shin Imamiya Station for Aeon and supermarket with Discount meal bento.

2 Bunk bed enough for 3 adult 2 children.
Refrigerator and amenities available for free.

Great value
A great stay for a hotel very close to Disney. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I suggest if you have a stay near Tokyo Disney stay here.

Excellent experience here - the staff were warm and hospitable. Hotel was also conveniently located beside the Ichikawa Shiohama station along the JR Keiyo line, which meant that the Disney Resort was only less than ten minutes away by train. My children thoroughly enjoyed their time here, and we will certainly be back.
