I was very pleased with the polite service from the reception staff to the restaurant staff. The room was clean and the amenities were impeccable, so I had a comfortable stay. I was really happy to have a large bath and sauna. It was great for relieving fatigue. The restaurant is delicious, so I recommend it.

A clerks greetings are very good and comfortable. Especially, employee who serve all u can eat breakfast had and made wonderful greetings , so I was moved by her smile. The hotel is old, but the inside was kept clean. It was a shame that the sauna water bath was too warm and the massage chair was broken and could not be used. It's better to rent a bicycle to go to the city center.

Hotel is in front of JR Kochi Station. Location is very strategic. We booked twin bed and the room is quite big. This is one of the best (3 star hotel) that we stayed when we visit shikoku area.

The location is very good, just opposite Kochi Plaza, you can see it when you look up. The room facilities are good and the price/performance ratio is very high. The location is good for staying in the city. I used a rental car and only had to pay 1,100 yen per day for parking. There was no inconvenience and I rarely encountered it, but the staff was friendly. My whole family liked it and I will visit again if I have the chance.
