Everything in the hotel room was great, however it was too warm as they turned off the air conditioning.

No public transport available, so it's inconvenient

It is just okay. But I was feeling small room for two.

This is the place I stayed during my second visit to Matsuyama. It's a bit far from Matsuyama Station and the main street, but it's quiet and clean, so I liked it. The breakfast was delicious, too.

Due to staff shortage, the restaurant is closed at night, no room service food. Seven Eleven store near the hotel was poorly stocked. The room and hall ways were clean, good cleaning staff.

Great service in a large Japanese Tradional Onsen hotel. Minutes from the famous Kompira Shrine , room is spacious with great facilities, the outdoor Onsen is good but provide no views. Hotel has free car parking in an area some distance away, though shuttle are free.

This is my second trip to Kotohira. I paid twice as much as I did last time at Kotosankaku, but I can't tell the difference. And I used two types of rooms, but they gave me the same room even though the price was different. I don't understand why. So I felt bad about my trip. I don't think I'll go again.

If you are wondering where to board the bus, its right in front of starbucks at dogo onsen eki. The resort is not bad, worth the price, but nothing to shout about. If you dont want to take the bus, go up to the flight of stairs to the orange temple, the resort is abt 100metre from the carpark from the rear of the temple.

Super kind and passionate staffs. Room's clean and you can borrow Yukata in various designs. The onsen in the ground floor is great and well equipped and have nice open-air bath. It's on the top of the hill next to the Dogo onsen main building, but the hotel offers free shuttle bus from the hotel-Dogo onsen-Dogo station in every 30 minutes. I definitely would stay again if I go to Matsuyama.

It is decent, but you might be disappointed if you go expecting a traditional ryokan. Perhaps because I stayed at Kiyomi Sanso the day before, I noticed some shortcomings, but it is still a sufficiently satisfactory place to stay. It is a shame that I couldn't have a meal there because it is so popular.

The staff were attentive and friendly, paying meticulous attention to every detail, from room service to breakfast arrangements. The hotel lounge offered complimentary drinks and snacks in a comfortable environment. Our group of four enjoyed chatting there every morning and evening during our stay; it was very pleasant.

Amazing artistic surroundings, the public spaces are decorated beautifully, it was lovely to spend time enjoying them. The massage was superb too as well as the daily Japanese breakfasts. We stayed 6 nights and it was so nice to come back to the hotel every night to relax after being out on the islands to see the art.

Room wasn’t what we were expecting - beds were on a platform 3 steps up and had cot sides. Also no bathtub - we asked to be moved to a different room and eventually a compromise was found. They said that ******* has mixed up the photographs between room types

Breakfast was amazing in both selection and quality and there was even a Balmuda toaster for our bread. It begins at 6.30am and everything is already ready by then. This room type of 2 twins beds and 1 futon bed is recommended as the beds are comfortable and the room is spacious.

Hotel location is good where closed to the Takamatsu Port (9 min / 2.3km). If you are doing road trip, this hotel has the self owned car park, though the cost is a bit high - 1,500 Yen per night. During my visit, the Central Park was under construction, however, the view is still fine. Hot spring as the same across the brand Dormny Inn, very clean, spring water, well management.

We didn't stay the night but went for the private onsen that are available to rent for 5,5k yen. The staff were friendly and helpful as we showed up with no reservation and were able to proceed to the bath right away. The after-bath drink was included, a refreshingly nice cold green tea. It's an older hotel, and it shows from the rooms, furnishing, and overall quality. Otherwise it's a nice looking hotel, nice staff, and their own onsen.

Takamatsu Century Hotel is conveniently located nearby Takamatsu Station and Kagawa University where the conference that I was attending took place. The hotel provides all the necessary basic facilities and room is equipped with perfect amenities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Takamatsu JR Station and the pier, offering a very convenient location. The room was quite spacious, and the stay offered excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Takamatsu.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. I booked a Japanese-style room but was given a twin room. The lobby was dusty and the parking lot was unusable, so I had to park overnight in a public open-air parking lot about a 5-minute walk away. The room had just been renovated, and the carpet and bed were practically new, but the room was quite small.

It was just fine. There was no problem staying alone. Breakfast was included and it was very good for the price.

It's not far from Kochi Station and can be reached on foot, but it feels like a historic hotel. The breakfast is just bread, coffee and juice. You can leave after eating. However, the equipment is old but the toilet is normal and clean. It's really retro to open the door with a key.

The facilities are a bit dated, showing how prosperous Japan once was. Compared to newer hotels in my home country today, it can't quite compete, but everything is functional, and most importantly, it's very clean. Trendy hotel right at the Matsuyama city station, very convenient for local transport and express buses. The hotel is clean with its own onsen to be used till late. This hotel is right next to the coffee shop on the left side when you exit Matsuyama-shi Station tram stop. If you're coming from Matsuyama Port, you can take the tram from Takahama Station directly to the hotel. The facilities are quite new as it just recently opened. Every afternoon, guests can enjoy complimentary welcome drinks, and there's free ice cream in the evenings, which is a great draw....

The observation bath was very pleasant. My room was next to the elevator so the noise was a bit annoying, but other than that I had a pleasant stay.

As soon as I entered the room, I noticed that the bed was not made properly, and from then on everything felt a bit off. Also, there was a hair stuck in the locker key in the bathroom... It's a shame because the front desk was very helpful.
