Hotel is conveniently located within few minutes away from sapporo station & within walking distance from several attractions & shopping districts. We have a very good 6 nites’ stay at the hotel, staff are friendly & helpful, hotel room is clean & nice, recommended to stay 👍
The hotel is located conveniently near Sapporo Station. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was superb, love the view from the restaurant. Service at the breakfast was also fantastic.
We reached an hour earlier but they don’t allow early check in… the rooms are slightly smaller, no mineral water given in the room and have to refill at the public area at every floor. Breakfast is up to standard with great view. Bed and pillows are very comfortable! Just that the room given to us is not facing any nice view… Location is near the station but recommend to take cab if walking with luggage...
The hotel had a beautiful scenery and good location. The staff were helpful and fluent in English. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.  Unlike other hotels which just keep guests’ luggage at the lobby or near the reception, Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel had a specific room with access control, where guests could use the locks and lockers for storing their luggage and baggage...
Great location, big room and open air public bath during winter is amazing
My first trip to Sapporo was made truly amazing by staying at this hotel. The location is flawless—easily accessible from Exit 8 or 10 of the Sapporo Underground Walkway, which connects directly to the Namboku Line Sapporo Station. This makes commuting effortless even during rainy or snowy weather. The hotel’s exterior and lobby are elegantly designed, but the most captivating feature is its view—it...

This hotel gives the basic comforts we need for a trip to Osaka, with confortable rooms that has a japanese style to it. The evening drinks and late night ramen is a welcomed service offered by the hotel, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Location is quite good, where its near a supermarket and a subway station. Its also very near to Shinsekai.
Wonderful place for families. Lots of activities and free food. Amazing onsen which is not crowded. Room is spacious and clean. Will surely stay again when I visit osaka.
Hotel is located next to the metro station, it is very convenient to get around the city. On top of that, there are ramen served every night.
First off, the location is absolutely fantastic! It's literally a 1-minute walk from the subway exit, super convenient. Plus, Tsutenkaku is right next door, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the hot springs are a free bonus!
Amazing hotel with amazing amenities like Onsen spa included in the price plus free ramen and beer also there is sky garden with beautiful views! Great deal!
The hotel is accessible by subway, but you'll need to transfer if you're coming from the airport. They offer complimentary drinks starting in the afternoon, and free ramen at 9 PM. There's a hot spring bath in the building across the street, and a free massage chair on the first floor, though it's often occupied. A large supermarket is just a right turn from the exit. The room size is typical for Japan

It's close to Miyazaki Station and within walking distance. It's also conveniently close to the downtown area. The rooms and hallways were kept clean and tidy. I stayed here on the first day of the Hawks' Miyazaki training camp! The building itself may be old, but it was well-maintained and clean! The staff were friendly and I had a relaxing stay! Very near the main station and it was reasonably priced
I felt that the location was great as I could walk to the downtown area and Miyazaki Station. It was cheap but the room was clean. It was my first time in Miyazaki and I'm glad I chose it.
This time I came to Miyazaki to play golf with an old work colleague. There was a large public bath and sauna, so it was great for relieving fatigue.
I stayed here for business. It was nice to have a large, comfortable bath. However, both the room and the bath are historically old.

Lovely hotel. Super large rooms. Friendly staff and restaurants. Sky Bar manager was fantastic and made awesome drinks. Amazing selection of artwork around the hotel. Would definitely stay again.
It was very nice staying experience that hotel staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious and clean with classic design. We will come back here again. Thanks
Hotel is nice have a luxury lobby.Extra car parking fee.Breakfast cost 2,700yen and worth it
I stayed in the annex without meals. There was an extra charge for the large public bath. The bath in the room was spacious and clean, but it didn't hold any hot water (the plug was loose), which was disappointing.

The housekeeping is so perfect. Our rooms are so clean everyday .
The service was very attentive, and the location was quite convenient.
Conveniently located near Osaka Umeda Station, this established 5-star hotel offers well-managed services. The high-floor corner rooms are spacious and provide expansive views.
This hotel is great! The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get everywhere. It's also incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. They even left chocolates for us, and the staff were all very friendly.
Although the room was small, it was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The hotel front desk staff were great and had no problem communicating in English. Room service food was also delicious, but the Chinese restaurant was quite mediocre.
The hotel's location is convenient, about 1km from the commercial center's Daimaru and Hankyu department stores, and around 600m from the subway station. The room facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are enthusiastic. Breakfast is well-organized with orderly queuing, though the variety of dishes is just average.

An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.

Good View Breakfast quite Disappointed
My friends and their family absolutely loved their five-day stay; it was a fantastic experience. The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to American Village, 2 minutes to the seaside, and a 5-minute stroll to the beach. In the evenings, you can go beachcombing, and at dusk, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the aptly named Sunset Beach. Highly recommended!
Nice hotel, great location, my first choice hotel when I visit Okinawa.
Still a big fan of Hilton. Great location and excellent service, especially from the front desk staff. A huge thank you to Ctrip for relaying my requests to the hotel in advance.

The location on Kokusai Street was quite convenient. I was also very satisfied with the large communal bath. However, disposable amenities like toothbrushes weren't automatically provided, so I had to request them directly from the front desk.
The bathroom had a moldy smell and didn't feel clean. I'm sensitive to smells so it didn't feel very good.
The APA Hotel Naha is a beautiful hotel made for exactly what you need. Especially if you're here for a business trip or pleasurable stay. The price are very affordable. Everything about the hotel was great. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station (JR Narita Express) with a large suitcase. However, this is the second time I've experienced an unexpected train delay on the Narita Express, and I almost missed my flight! I recommend not cutting it too close when booking train tickets.
Great location but as a lot of construction nearby, it made the journey from the train station to hotel not easy. Room is spacious and with a beautiful Japanese garden.
We are a family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. The hotel is dated but well maintained. Generally satisfactory. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. We could sense that the mattresses were quite old. Out of the 3 beds, only one is merely ok. One below par and one is bad. The bad bed gave you a very uncomfortable backache the next day. We had a delightful stay at the Palace Hotel. The room is spotless and amenities are ample and good quality. We didnt dine at the hotel as we like to go to exploring and there are ample good quality restaurants closeby.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Tokyo Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The prices are usually very reasonable too. I really enjoyed the room with a terrace – the view was incredible as there was nothing obstructing it.
Easily my favourite hotel in Tokyo and in my top 3 globally! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered and the breakfast is industry-standard setting in a continent that cares a great deal about breakfast!
Very disappointing Spa facilities for ladies. Only a warm (38 °C) marble sauna. The male facilities have a proper dry sauna and jacuzzi. Also, while visiting the Chinese restaurant, we ordered their 1/4 duck, but the rolls were only made with the Duck skin. We were told they dispose of the Duck meat. Crazy! The room was incredibly small, uncomfortably so. The Ctrip interface stated that breakfast was free for children aged six and under, but upon check-in, the staff tried to charge us 900 yen for our six-year-old's breakfast. The hotel room was really old and the bed was very thin. It was just okay for an overnight stay. The two single beds couldn't be pushed together. The hotel has central air conditioning, but they also provided a small fan, which was quite thoughtful. The only thing worth five stars was the breakfast, it was absolutely fantastic!
It's about a 500-600m walk from JR Asahikawa Station, which isn't far, and the surrounding facilities are convenient. However, dragging luggage through the snow was truly a killer! Since I was staying overnight, I just needed a room where I could sleep, so a small room was fine. The best thing was that the large public bath and open-air bath were spacious and clean, and were great for soothing my cold body. I was surprised that most of the staff were foreigners, but they had studied Japanese thoroughly and I thought the service was adequate.
Breakfast was okay. The breakfast was not a buffet, but a choice of one plate or curry, and rice and soup were free to refill. It was a one plate meal, but it was very filling.
Most of the nearby restaurants close around 10 PM, so I recommend eating before heading in. If you haven't eaten, there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so you'll have to walk about 10 minutes. The hotel parking lot is small, so you'll have to use a nearby paid parking lot, which costs 2,000 yen per night. I hope this helps!
