Upgraded to a corner room which is really spacious! But the a/c is a little bit weird which can not cover the bathroom:( The actual location is a little bit far away from the downtown but since I’m here for HYROX which happened just across the road in INDEX Osaka so it can not be more convenient for me. And thanks to the metro it won’t take long to the more city area. The area is chill and quiet, good...
Prince Hotels Osaka Bay At first glance, the hotel looks luxurious and gives the impression of a true 5-star property. The room was spacious, modern, comfortable, and very clean. Receiving Uber Eats directly in the room was convenient, and despite the hotel being far from the city center, the free shuttle to Osaka Station is efficient. That said, the experience quickly falls short of what is expected...
When making my reservation, I noted that I would be staying with my four‑year‑old son. At check‑in, my son had fallen asleep, so while he sat in a chair, the staff kindly and clearly explained everything to me. A very friendly and helpful staff member also assisted us with carrying our luggage. At check‑out, I was struggling because I had a lot of bags, and a housekeeping staff member kindly helped...
Spacious room, excellent service, quite environment, away from busy downtown yet nearby train station. Nice and big swimming pool and very convenient changing room. Amazing view from window room. They offer outsatnding hokkaido dinner buffet with fresh seafoods and meats. A very peaceful neighbourhood to have an evening walk around the hotel enjoying beautiful sunset..
This hotel is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of the touristy area, but still remains within close proximity of the city area. The rooms are very well maintained though the sizes vary. We booked the universal twin rooms and it is spacious - unlike the usual hotel rooms in Japan. We would definitely come back.
The Grand Prince Hotel is excellent, conveniently located right next to Intex Osaka if you're attending an event there. The walk to the nearby metro station, Nanafuto, takes less than 10 minutes. From there, you can take the new tram to CosmoSquare station and transfer to the Chuo Line to reach anywhere in the city. The facilities are good, and there are several nice restaurants on-site, along with...

wonderful hotel location close to hiroshima bus terminal, the metro, and also popular city spots like the hiroshima castle and peace memorial park. the staffs are nice and friendly.
Wonderful unobtrusive staff. Excellent room. Very spacious. Fantastic stay.
Looks like an old 80s hotel that got stuck in time. It's huge but hey at least it has view to the castle.
Excellent value for money (large rooms and good views for relatively little) hotel is not new but well maintained,
Rihga Royal hotel, is well laid out with all the amenities, staff were on hand and helpful from when I arrived
Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

Service and facilities were excellent. The morning buffet had a large variety of food. And the nightly ramen was a thoughtful touch to the whole onsen.
Everything was wonderful, from the service to the overall environment. The staff were attentive and the experience was very enjoyable. The only feedback I have would be regarding the robe provided for the onsen, which felt a bit too small. It would be great if guests could be asked for their sizes beforehand to ensure a better fit. Additionally, while the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed...
This was probably the best hotel I stayed at in Japan. It felt incredibly clean — guests must remove their shoes at the entrance and store them in the shoe cabinets, so everyone walks around in socks. Breakfast was impressive, with a wide selection of Japanese and Western dishes and even matcha latte. The onsen was outstanding: there were at least four pools, so it never felt crowded, plenty of shower...
Super good service and provide great food and drinks in different places and periods The room is so comfortable
This is a large onsen hotel, not far from JR Kyoto Station, with plenty of dining options nearby, making it very convenient. Upon entering, you need to take off your shoes and store them. The lobby has a free self-service coffee machine where you can get hot tea/coffee. The front desk offers multilingual service, so you can communicate any additional needs. The onsen (hot spring bath) area is communal...
This place is just amazing. Good foods, location and friendly staffs. Wonderful onsen, perfect supper etc. We will definitely revisit!

Spa facilities: Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
The facilities were good, but there was a lot of unpleasant smell, probably because of the air conditioning inside.
We booked for our honeymoon, and it was a lovely stay. Our room had an excellent view over the beach and pools. We did find the opening times of the pools a bit odd and the lack of affordable food options at the resort a challenge, but with a car, there's plenty of good food options nearby.
The outdoor pools are very nice but beware of the short opening hours.
The environment is great, the hotel facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and there is a rich variety of dining options. Several restaurants require advance reservations.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus, but it's not listed on Ctrip. You have to call and book it yourself through the hotel's website. The service was excellent. Check-in was done on the sofa while we drank tea. All the staff were so friendly and smiling. It felt like Disneyland by the sea. I didn't visit any of the Okinawa attractions; I just wanted to explore the resort. 🌊 You never get bored here...
The foreign staff member spoke in a very low voice, and it seemed as though he was explaining things to someone who clearly had no control, which made for a completely pointless conversation. I wanted him to explain things properly in Japanese, so I ended up calling a Japanese staff member. I hope they can determine whether they can do this and take appropriate action. Also, the entire staff is on...

I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the overall attention to detail throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would...
Great location as a first stop when arriving into CTS airport. It’s close by and convenient location. But what set apart this hotel are its restaurants. We had dinner and breakfast and both are excellent food quality and value for price. The breakfast at 3200 yen with crab soup is a value plus several made to order food items like the riceballs.
With the shuttle bus to airport, convenience store inside the hotel and spacious room, very happy with the stay!
Shuttle bus service to chitose airport not very frequent and very small so cannot fit many passengers / luggage.
Great location for self driving travellers and free parking, and if you are looking for a quick stay near the airport. Thanks for the front desk staff for a free upgrade and the room was spatious.

Well staying here and convenient to travel all the attractions is Osaka
Very convenience location for shopping the place have a very nice high rised view of the Osaka city
The location is great in the city center can walk 5 mins to namba. The room size is quite big compare ton other hotel in Japan. The best thing is onsen on the skybar!! Imaging after walk the whole day and you can relax in onsen!! Will come back to this plac
I checked out from candeo wakayama amd checked into candeo namba. Similarity.. the rooms were huge. Buttt the cleaning wasnt good! There were stains on the sofa. Housekeeping wasnt thorough. Somedays dirty towels that were put aside wasnt picked up. Even rubbish was not cleared! What a difference when compared with my previous stay.
The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and had everything I needed. The large public bath on the top floor has two big pools, one indoor and one outdoor. After a long day of walking, my legs were shot, so a soak in the evening felt absolutely amazing.
The main draw is really the convenient location. Other than that, it feels pretty standard for the price. Given the location and price point, there's nothing bad to say. Luggage storage was easy, and the air conditioning worked great.

Very great and convenient location, hotel view is amazing city view. Service is excellent.
Great location, super convenient for exploring and dining in Shibuya. The facilities are top-notch, truly excellent. Service attitude is first-class, very satisfied! The food is also exquisite! Highly recommend it! 👍👍👍
The room was incredibly spacious with an amazing view; we could even see Mount Fuji on clear days. The hotel changed the bedding daily, and the pajamas were fresh, pressed perfectly flat, and placed neatly on the headboard every day. The Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was also excellent! 👍
The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to many of the busiest hubs. The buffet breakfast is decent, but there are definitely better options nearby. I enjoyed walking to nearby areas like Daikanyama, Nakameguro, and Ebisu. After dinner, I cherished some quiet moments. There isn’t enough space for the amenities in the bathroom.
I brought my child and booked a spacious room. The tatami mat, perfect for tea during the day, could be converted into a large bed at night, which was excellent. The room was very spacious, and they provided pajamas and small skincare samples. It was very convenient to get to Shibuya from there. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, which was quite good.
This hotel is perfectly located right next to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The staff are warm and courteous. Lying in the bathtub at night, gazing at Tokyo Tower while listening to city pop was a truly wonderful experience. The only minor drawback, which is a common issue in Japan, is that the food isn't quite as good as what you'd find back...

I stayed at APA Hotel Asakusa Tawaramachi-Ekimae and overall had a very good experience. Considering the cost and the city, I found it reasonable and acceptable. Although compact, the room is well designed and efficiently laid out, with everything...
Location great right near station entry for ginza line. Service is friendly place is clean and well presented. Rooms are compact but cosy and comfortable. Check in is done via a machine due to reno. Towels done daily and housekeeping. Amenities in room are great also. We got two rooms for 4 people side by side though it is never guaranteed.
Everything was good except for the breakfast included. Can't get coffee refill. 500+ yen for 2nd cup
The room is clean, the staff are nice, the amenities are good, and the price is worth it.
Nice hotel in Asakusa, located in a nice neighbourhood, very close to various grocery stores. The hotel rooms have a private fridge and airconditioning.
Nice and cozy hotel in the center of Asakusa. Near the metro and the temple. The position is really the strength point of these hotel. The room are really small but clean and equipped with every thing needed. I would highly recommend it for who want a bed for visiting the city a couple of days.

Loved the hotel! He lobby is very wide and welcoming, and very well decorated. The room was very spacious, and I especially loved the view of Mount Hakodate from my window. I loved the onsen and lounge on the top floor of the main wing, too! They also have free mini popsicles in the lounge. I recommend the milk popsicles.
Great location which is walking distance from JR station Room size is good
Room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable. Love the memory foam pillow as well. Onsen is basic with just one 'pool'. Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. The hot spring wasn't as appealing as in the pictures. Breakfast was decent, especially the cake, which was delicious. For the hot spring, maybe because of the cold weather, the glass fogged up and you couldn't see anything.

The room was incredibly spacious. We added an extra bed for two adults and two children, and everyone slept very comfortably. The bathroom was also huge, fully stocked with all the amenities. I used this hotel for an overnight stay before my international flight. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from Keisei Narita Station! The room was clean, and there's a public bath which was great for warming up. The service was impeccable.
This hotel was super convenient, being very close to Keisei Narita Station. However, getting to JR Narita Station felt like a bit of a detour. The room was perfectly adequate in size. I also really enjoyed the large public bath, it was very relaxing. My only complaint was the mattress on the bed; it was quite soft and my back sank in a lot, which personally I didn't like and I didn't sleep very well...
Very small hotel and i dont think it was super clean like Japanese standard. They gave me a smoking room. But the bus shuttle driver lady was very professional and polite.
The hotel has a great location. There's a Lawson convenience store right next door, and a shuttle bus service to the airport. You can also walk to Aeon Town Narita-Tomisato, which isn't far.

The location is easy to reach even without a car thanks to regular bus connections. The setting itself is stunning — the hotel is located on a separate peninsula, and the views are truly magnificent. Because of this, the prices for additional services and restaurants...
Nice hotel facing ocean view. We went for bottom glass boat tour. Very clear water but too cold to Swim. Nice breakfast n pizza dinner very good.
I still vividly remember their 30th-anniversary celebration. Other than the outdated facilities, everything else was impeccable, especially the Executive Lounge – it was absolutely perfect! Great views, excellent food, and an even better atmosphere. I really hope the hotel renovates its facilities soon; it would be a shame to waste such a prime location!
Aside from the slightly dated facilities, this hotel is truly excellent. The location and views are fantastic, and the scenery along the two small paths by the pool was the biggest unexpected highlight. The buffet restaurant with the show was also quite interesting.
Pros: 1. The hotel is close to the Cape Manza scenic spot, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 2. The hotel offers a wide range of water activities, including but not limited to banana boats, jet skis, an inflatable water park, glass-bottom boats, and sunset cruises. The hotel's restaurant has good food and service, but there are queues for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...
So far everything has been quite good—the staff are attentive and the service is friendly and efficient. However, the facilities themselves feel rather outdated, and some areas could benefit from renovation or modernization to match the quality of the service provided. Overall, the experience is pleasant, but the aging infrastructure slightly affects the impression.
The building looks a bit aged but certainly well maintained. It is located an hour drive from Naha and is more convenient for visiting the mid and north Okinawa. The surrounding area is quiet and nice, certainly a good place to stay away from the city to relax for a few days. Pool, gym, spa, beach ... are all available.
Stepping into the room was absolutely breathtaking; the view was stunning, with the white church right outside the window ⛪️. On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. Room service and breakfast were both good.
Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.
This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. I just completed another five-day stay. I really appreciate that the hotel always reserves the same room for me. As always, the service was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with very fresh ingredients, truly reflecting the high quality of a '御三家' (top-tier) establishment. I look forward to returning again soon.
The room was spotless, and the river-view room offered a stunning panorama, even in winter it was breathtaking. There are plenty of shops to explore nearby, along with many local eateries. You can sit downstairs, enjoy the scenery, and soak up the sun. I'm planning to return in the spring!

The room is very small, about 26 square meters, but it feels less than 20. A five-star hotel that costs almost 2,000 a night, but no slippers? The bathrobe is so thin and cheap? There is no plug at the head of the bed? The stool in the room is broken like this? But I have to say that the breakfast is delicious, the facilities are complete, and there is a gym, sauna and swimming pool.
Very satisfied, especially the Japanese lady at the front desk who can speak Chinese. Check-in was quick and smooth. The facilities are also OK, at least clean and safe

We stayed here for 2 nights during a late summer. The hotel located closed by Toys Kingdom, which is convenience for our purposed. The room we selected equipped with toys, and that our kids quite like it! The room was quite dated while most of facilities works perfectly. At first I really couldn't find the main door. I thought I had to take the stairs to carry my luggage up, but I ended up taking the elevator from the hot spring area to the second floor and walking through the overpass to the main building to check in! The environment is very beautiful and the soup is also good!
The place overall it's quite good, especially with the food and shinkansen package. My biggest complaint are the beds which are terrible, uncomfortable, and really messed up my back. Everything else could be awesome but at the end of the day it's a hotel and if the beds are terrible it loses out on a couple stars.
Great Hotel with lots of amenities for kids and adults. There are 3 different restaurants that you can choose , Japanese style , Foreign style and an open buffet. Nearbybthere is a very big Kids entertainment park with animals and toys. Restaurants starts from 8 pm and you can enjoy the hot springs( inside the hotel). before the Restaurant.
Dinner buffet is lots of delicious cooks Including japan local ,Chinese dumpling, desserts, ice cream And then you can enjoy hotspring to relax the tour tiredness and also go to the forest to absorb the energetic air . If you go to japan and come here Don't miss the fulfill comfortable atmosphere hotel.
