Pros of the hotel: The hotel has a large parking lot. A kettle is provided if needed. The bed linens are also odorless. The reception staff is polite. The plumbing is in good condition

Cons: The soundproofing isn't very good. Some rooms are cool, and warm water comes in instead of hot. Overall, it's a good hotel for the price

The daytime admission price includes use of umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, a barbecue area, and restrooms, which we were very pleased about! Besides the beach, there are also swimming pools and a separate, huge children's pool (also included in the entrance fee)

And, of course, you can bring any food and drinks you like. We had a great time and, like true city dwellers, of course, got a sunburn! We'll be visiting often from now on!

You get what you pay for. It's a chilled vibe. I look forward to going back in peak season, to experience the resort at its finest.

We were impressed with the room and size of toilet, although there was no aircon in bedroom, there was a fan. There is a swimming pool in the middle of all rooms. It is walking distance to the lake

The hotel is great with all necessary facilities and pool! Interior is modern, not Soviet union one. Lake is just one minute walk from it

Highly recommended. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and absolutely clean, even with a refrigerator. You can walk in two minutes to the Lake and Beach. It was a pleasure to be there.

One can help yourself to the kitchen to cook anything. Room is basic for a short stay. The owner is wonderful and adviced me to park in the area of CCTV coverage

The restaurant is excellent at the penultimate stop (accessible with a Combi1 ticket) and has a large selection of delicious dishes. The waiters are quick and friendly. The restrooms are also clean and adequate

The food was so good ! We had burrata salad which was so so good, mozzarella sticks which were okay, pizza so so good, & greek salad so delicious ! We really want more & more burrata salads and greek salad and pizza ! This is a match made in heaven & it’s so good !

I loved all the food which uses fresh local ingredients in local and international dishes. I can't praise the hotel and especially the staff for making our trip so memorable

The best place for a weekend getaway in Almaty.

Location is great, atmosphere and food are good. The rooms are a bit squeaky (floors, bed), bathrooms could be upgraded. Not so much worth the price room condition wise, but the atmosphere and location are great.

Excellent hotel near Almaty airport 10 minutes walk. There is a good dining room and not expensive lunch, breakfast and dinner within 800 tenge (~3 $). Also nearby is the fourth center of the airline company Air Astana

Pretty sketchy and totally overpriced. Dont stay unless you have to but fine for crashing between flights. 15 min dark walk from airport but taxis want 2000 Tg to go less than a km. :(

We had a training here - well organised, three spacious conference rooms, good meals, especially pastries, and service. The rooms are beautiful, it's quite, clean, cozy and spacious

Wonderful Apartment Good thing So clean, cozy and silent. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful

I fell in love to Almaty through this apartment. The manager could speak excellent English that easy to check everything what I need. Weakness There is no elevator for 3rd floor
