Only 1 or 2 employees know English so can be struggle sometimes but the google translate helped most often. They have a great pool and gym. Only downside they didn't have a kids pool so my family had to stay out

The best hotel in town. There is a sauna, swimming pool, cafe. The boatswain pub is one of the most popular places where delicious food is served and there is a system of discounts at lunchtime and for birthday parties.
The deluxe and standard rooms are excellent for Kapchagay. I didn't expect it, honestly. Although the hotel lobby is not very good and smells of cheapness. The outdoor pool is good. The kitchen is good.

I booked 3 nights at Star and ended up staying there for over a month. The hostel people are nice and caring. They have a kitchen where you can cook your own food, laundry service is cheap too
com mentioned breakfast included but no one prepared it until I asked the front desk guy, he told me theres no one to cook the breakfast then lastly an old women long term stayer in the same female dorm lend him a hand

A VIP room costs 120,000 tenge per night. 5-liter glass of beer (local) at the bar with service charge is 5,000 tenge. Considering the cost of the stay, room service could have been an option

Such an excellent, clean and quiet place! We stayed at a deluxe room, which has a spacious living area adjoined to the bedroom. For 12 000 KZT, it was an incredible value. Breakfast included in price.
For the price service and amenities are really good, breakfast is included. They speak in Russian and Kazakh language mostly, our experience is good at least. It's so close to the Mosque ( Meschit)
I forgot my passport in a room (after they offered a free room upgrade!) and they managed to send my passport to Almaty. Their kindness saved me loads of time and worries
