Nice hotel with very clean and spacious rooms, we got a free upgrade. Abundant breakfast options (including sushi and pizza). We where able to check in early which was fantastic as we arrived in Bishkek in the early morning. Only double check when asking to book a taxi to the airport by the hotel, due to some sort of miscommunication we had to wait half an hour.

Good location, standard room is large enough to work and rest. There is a small gym and sauna which are very convenient. Hotel is very clean and all hotel staff are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stay at Casablanca for a month from 27 July to Aug, it was a very good & exciting experience as it was my first visit to Bishkek also. Clean apartments but overpriced Apartment with two rooms and a hall for 140 dollars. And they gave us the same apartment from the beginning of the morning at 8 until 12 noon for half the price. Breakfast is brought to your apartment and was croissants. This country is very exotic in terms of housing and seems quite recent in terms of tourism.

The mattress was way too soft. The morning buffet was good. My back was killing me after two nights, so I quickly switched hotels.

Stayed a few nights in this hotel before and after a cycling trip through Kyrgyzstan. The staff were very friendly and helpful both on the front desk and the restaurant. Even when they didn't speak English. Room was comfortable and had AC. They looked after our bags for 10 days while we were away. All around a good experience here 👌

We had a decent stay, of note, the only notable place worth walking to was the Osh Bazaar. We had to be driven to get to everywhere else. The AC unit was really noisy, it sounded like rocks we're being shaken within about every 30 minutes or so, but our room was clean. The showers looked very bad but bed was comfortable. It doesn’t really looks like the pictures and the guesthouse is a bit far for everything. The girl in the front desk was a real joy, so kind, happy and welcoming (she made it all worth it). We missed breakfast because of a early flight home, but they made us breakfast packs that we took with us.

Very small but clean and decent hostel. I booked a private room which was tiny and no bathroom. The price was fairly high for no private bathroom or even mirror in the room. I love this place because of the good snow and beautiful views and cold weather. But this place gets 4 stars because the bottom lift has been closed for the past few years and while it was still open I actually only want on the bottom one.

If you really want to enjoy a sunrise at the glacier. you should visit tooAshu pass on osh-bishkek highway. It is also a Ski resort. I love the low temperature of this place Which is almost below 0⁰c.

Very good budget hotel. Not far from the centre of the city. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice staff. If you want to save money getting from/to the airport take Go Bus shuttle. It stops near the hotel, it is almost as quick as a taxi but much cheaper.

Nice and quiet place owned by an american couple. The rooms are perfectly clean and each room is decorated with souvenirs from the owners extended travels through the stans. There is a choice of incredible breakfast every morning: scones, waffles omelettes... accompanied by homemade muesli and yoghurt. Coffee or tea is available the whole day.

A friendly place with a good vibe. Staff are helpful and accommodation is clean and comfortable. Great place to meet other travellers and to share stories and tips. Lots of services easily accessible in the area. We walked everywhere including to the Ala-Too Square, which is an hour by foot.

The owners were incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. Not only did they organize our transport from the airport to their place, but they also arranged our transfer to Issyk-Kul lake, managing to fit our bicycles in as well! They even had the foresight to hold onto our bike boxes for us throughout our entire bikepacking trip. It's that kind of hospitality that truly makes a difference
