good hotel, reasonable price, great location with own paring

We stayed from February 12th to 16th. The hotel is clean and cozy, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. We left with good impressions and would happily return. We highly recommend it.

Aside from its distance from the city center, it's a pretty good hotel overall. Although it's not a true Crowne Plaza hotel, the front desk staff speaks English, the breakfast is decent with a good view, and the rooms are reasonably priced. There are no shops downstairs.

Location was close to many things within walking distance. The bed was comfortable (most beds in Central Asia a hard). Room size was fine. I was disappointed it didn't have a pool. The breakfast was good with variety and western option. Room was clean, quiet. Outlook was pleasant suburban location.

I've stayed here several times. The road in front of the hotel has been repaired. Overall, the price-performance ratio is acceptable; I guess this is the standard quality for hotels in the area. The price is similar to that of the Ji Hotel. Good value for money.

The room is clean, tidy and bright, and the breakfast quality is also very good. The check-in time is a little later than Chinese hotels, between 7 and 10 o'clock. If you are in a hurry to catch a flight, you should be able to pack something simple.

The staff's friendliness was the best part. I was particularly grateful that they provided breakfast early, even though I had an early morning tour and didn't think I'd be able to eat. The sauna facilities were also excellent, allowing me to completely unwind after a long day.

The hotel is relatively close to the city center, offering a quiet escape in a bustling area. The surrounding environment is also good. The only drawback was that the hotel was renovating its restaurant during my stay, so breakfast had to be eaten at a designated location outside, which was a bit inconvenient.

Location is good, it's close to the center of the city. Hotel is clean and fresh. All works smoothly. Single minor problem was solved in minutes. The only downside is breakfast: the assortment is moderate and dining room is pretty small, you may not find free place.

I booked room for solo. The room is quite spacious, the bed is big enough, and the bathroom is clean. All is perfect! Price to value is fair. But the room is a little dark. Also, we can hear what next door's guests are talking. So maybe needs soundproofing. But as I said, price to value is good.

The hotels has clean rooms, brekfast is good, thare are groceries and supermarkets just around the corner and it is a 10 minute walk to the main road Chuy Avenue. 100% recommend Lumarc Hotel. We stayed as family twice. Their staff are extremely helpful & kind. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is also provided and has a reasonable selection. There’s also the option of getting an in-hotel massage, which was amazing! Great hotel away from the busyness of the city centre, but still convenient to get around.

Located in the east bound of the city, surrounding is not really interesting but there is mega supermarket nearby. Reception is very nice and gave us many useful information.

Excellence in every category. The rooms are fresh and clean, the breakfast was great. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. It was just minutes away from the center of the city , we walked to the national museum in about 10 minutes. There are also many great places to eat nearby (try Plov House). I'll definitely stay here again.

In winter, when the heating is turned on, the room smells quite strong. The decoration materials are not environmentally friendly. It feels like it will make you faint.

The hotel room was spacious, and I really liked its style. The slippers were also great, with thick soles, haha. Breakfast included omelets, but you had to ask the kitchen staff for them. Of course, their English seemed a bit limited. However, if I had to go again, I would definitely choose this hotel. It's a pity I only booked one night; it was the only hotel I took photos of.

It's very close to the city center, and there's a nice coffee shop across the street. The hotel environment is also nice, very clean, and quiet at night. Apparently it's out of business right now, but has very nice dining halls, conference hall, gym, swimming pool. But the rooms themselves are very small, sufficient for a weekend stay but too claustrophobic for any stay longer than a week.

Plus points: Staff are helpful, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Minus points: Hotel is about 3km from the centre, rooms are tired, there is an extra charge of 700 Soms (9 Euros) per person per day to use the swimming pool, aircon was noisy but ineffective

I stayed twice in this hotel in my trip in Kyrgyzstan. Unfortunately there were some issues in the communication. I booked a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport but when I arrived nobody waited for me. I took an Yandex Go taxi and I arrived to the hotel. I received a room even if it was very early but when I wanted to enter the room I didn't manage, there was another person in the room!!! Finally...

Very cozy and clean hotel! The atmosphere and culture are top notch! There are robes, slippers, personal hygiene products. Hearty breakfasts and a large selection of pastries and goodies. The location is good, there is a shopping center and a restaurant nearby. The design of the hotel is a whole history of the culture and life of the people.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, quiet neighborhood. You can easily walk to the center of things, but might want a Yandex to get back. Good neighborhood restaurants and easy to access by car.

The reception is not helpful, aircondition is not working, we requested for fan but they do not have a fan, the room was too warm. During breakfast, as we are rushing because we have a tour to go, we were not allowed to have breakfast, none of the staff were helpful, the old lady in the kitchen was so rude, she wouldn’t let us have a small quick breakfast, even if it’s already 8 am , the start of breakfast...

Hey everyone! The hotel is located in a private residential area but not too far from the city center. All services are available. The only inconvenient part is the stairs, especially to the 3rd floor. It would be difficult for older people.
