Hello, I booked with breakfast included, but breakfast was only served once and not again. I reported the issue to Tripcom and they resolved it. Thank you for that. The cleanliness was average; as shown in the attached photo, I used the toilet in this condition throughout my stay. A room change was offered, but I wasn't directed to one. Good and new hotel, everything works well. Special shout-out to the bathroom! The only downside was that breakfast was quite meager.

This hotel, run by Chinese owners, has a good concept, but many of the facilities are not yet implemented. The breakfast selection is limited. However, the rooms are large and quiet.

The accommodation looks new and the staff speak Chinese, making it feel like a Chinese-owned hotel. Breakfast is provided, but the menu isn't very varied.

The hotel has seen better days. Rooms are very spacious bathroom are clean and pretty good. Bar and restaurant are closed unfortunately. The hotel manager is doing his best for clients to feel comfortable. Breakfast is served in the hotel room and it is good enough. Location is not great but with Yandex taxi it is ok. A lot of investment is desperately needed to bring back the hotel to its former glory

Its a very beautiful hotel. The place was clean and tidy....garden has some nice views and swimmingpool is also good. rooms are spacious. only the gym was bad..

Apparently it's out of business right now, but has very nice dining halls, conference hall, gym, swimming pool. But the rooms themselves are very small, sufficient for a weekend stay but too claustrophobic for any stay longer than a week.

Plus points: Staff are helpful, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Minus points: Hotel is about 3km from the centre, rooms are tired, there is an extra charge of 700 Soms (9 Euros) per person per day to use the swimming pool, aircon was noisy but ineffective

Beautiful views and territory. Nice pool. Awesome bar on the roof. Needs to be refreshed. A bit far from the downtown. Fresh air is the compensation.

This is a great place in great location, not dodgy and not loud - very close to the bazaar and convenient to visit the city, I really enjoyed my stay there. Very clean room and comfy, nicely designed bedroom & bathroom. The cleaning was excellent 🙂 despite the language barrier the staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely come back in the future:)

Here is Hotel T. Amazing hostel. So clean, nice staff, warm water for shower. 2 big towers and 1 small tower here. There is no hair machine and no shampoo, but that's ok to me. And beautiful sunshine, come throw the windows. And you can cover that if you don't want sunlight. Staff can not speak English but there's no problem.

The host is very nice and helped in finding a secure car park close by. The room is spacious with a lot of natural light. Clean toilet and comfy bed.

Ask for a room on the back as you can hear the hum of lorries, buses and land cruisers on the street below. Comfortable room otherwise with a tidy bathroom and clean linen. The beds appeared quite hard but we had a comfortable sleep, with headphones on to block out the road noise. Breakfast was all aelf service and bowls of bread etc weren't replenished as often as they should be. Not the best breakfast...

Cosy 2 night stay at My Hotel Bishkek. Very small but modern rooms. Mattresses very firm. Good wifi. Aircon fixed to 26 degrees for winter and cant be adjusted. This hotel was ok but it was still a littlebit tired and Soviet style. The people who work at the hotel is helpful and speak english. I have stayed here with my kid in March 2019. This is my second stay here. Everything was great. Quiet. Clean. Nice view to the square, you can request the view to the square or to the backyard. Breakfast was good too. The lady makes great omlettes and pancakes. The breakfast is served in the bar on the floor. Before it was on another floor.

I loved our stay at this charming guesthouse in a good location in Bishkek. The lady host was lovely, our breakfast was good and served on time, the gardens and lilies placed around were fragrant and beautiful. It was clean and comfy.

Stayed there for a night. Clean room, friendly staff and excellent service. Morning breakfast was also excellent. It is mind boggling how they can provide so much for the price I paid. Only downside is that the toilet is shared. Nonetheless, it is an excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The room was nice with the huge bath. A bit worn and tired though. Air con a bit weak and they wouldn't let me check in early despite the place being empty. No real problem. The addition to use pool facilities was very expensive and not worth it. But it is a decent enough place. Just location is not the best.

Nice hotel. Not very close to attractions but not too much walk. It's OK as you may not find a hotel with private room near attractions with good prices. It's entrance may be tricky for first time as you have to enter through a cafe called La baguette to the hotel. Staff speak very little English. There's no (shattaf) in toilet in our room. The hotel has a great location and is very new. The landlady is very warm and hospitable, speaks Chinese, and provides a lot of assistance. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is delicious and affordable, making it a convenient place to eat, stay, and travel.

The owner was very welcoming, and the food was prepared by a Chinese chef, which suited our taste perfectly. The environment was lovely, and we even got to experience heavy snowfall during our stay. The room was also very warm and cozy.
