the location is great for travelers to walk to main sightseeing places and buy souvenirs at Tsum Dept. store and other shopping malls. its cheaper than other hostels around it. cleaning women keeps it tidy enough that i didn't feel dirty smelly at all. by Google map, its a bit hard to find it. and i hope to lend a towel for free.

Very convenient location, always clean, snow-white linen. We already came to this hotel last year and liked everything. The price and quality are excellent.

The bed sheets in the room were a little dirty, but everything else was fine.

Although it faces the street, it is very quiet and the room is clean. The price of an express hotel in second-tier cities in China is more like a hotel, but the facilities are average. A highlight is that the breakfast is good and there is a good local restaurant nearby.

A new trip to Bishkek back at the Onyx hotel. Lots of improvement since my last visit. The rooms are refurbished, light and clean. Breakfast room improved and overall was more pleasant. My only regret os I just was there for 2 nights. Looking forward to my next trip.

I spent three days at the hotel. The main advantage is the excellent location, close to the center. The staff was polite. However, the room is clearly tired and in need of renovation: the furniture is scratched, and the bathroom looks dated. The Wi-Fi was unstable. For a short stay it’s tolerable, but for longer periods I would look for a more modern option.

I enjoyed the peacefulness of this palace like hotel with its lovely rooftop for sunset viewing. The room was comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. I appreciated the relaxation of the onsite private spa that was a lovely surprise to my stay. The staff were helpful in providing guidance for city landmarks and attendng to any requests I had. The rooms here are big and have balconies so if you are on a long trip across the stans it’s handy to dry things. Good breakfast selection which is booked the night before. Well situated to walk easily to the major sites in 20 mins. Quiet night and comfortable bed.

Had a pleasant stay in Gastello hotel, the staff were very accommodating and assisted us beyond expectations. Breakfast is good as well. Location is like 15 minutes away from the city centre which I guess is bearable since you can use the Yandex app. In addition, they offer pick and drop service with a very minimal amount but top of the line car model.

Sooo clean and the outdoor area is beautiful. There is also a bar which is good for socialising with other visitors. I stayed in a 2 bedder room and one of the beds had some stains on the pillow, so not sure if it was properly cleaned or not but the other bed was fine. Toilet is clean also.
