Dear all,
Hotel staff were there to greet us and took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived at the airport until they dropped us off. The accommodation was safe and private, perfect for family vacations or private getaways. The hotel service was outstanding, paying attention to every detail, from the rooms and restaurants to all the water activities. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, the ingredients were high quality, and the food tasted great. A full range of beverages was available and served at all times. Overall, it was well worth the time and expense.
I have only one suggestion.
Please add an umbrella to each room.

Everything was satisfactory: the food, the activities, and the service. My child unfortunately injured their leg during our stay, but they still had a lot of fun. We'd love to go back again.

The local staff were all very enthusiastic, but the Chinese female dive instructor who spoke Mandarin had a very strange, almost dismissive attitude. She was quite cold and seemed to favor foreign guests, which was really something else. 🥲🥲🥲

Beautiful environment, clear water, soft sand, and the food was acceptable. The reception was friendly and polite. However, the only thing that needs improvement is the lack of punctuality.

The place was wonderful, everything was perfect: the staff, the food, the sea, and the rooms. There was nothing to complain about.
The downside is that there's no reef, which means the marine life is sparse. But that's a downside of any man-made island. If you're looking for abundant marine life for snorkeling, you should look for an island with a reef, preferably a local one where there hasn't been any construction work that usually destroys reefs. But again, this isn't a negative for the hotel and has nothing to do with it. And it didn't ruin our vacation.
So, 10 out of 10

New property with modern design, food is just ok mad excellent staff but the buggy service is VERY BAD

The person from the hotel who received us at the airport was very friendly. Speedboat to hotel was 40mins and lifejacket was provided. Regis who attended to our family from the reception was great. We stayed the Beach front room - photo from our door front. We are just few steps to the beach. View from the room was excellent, you could catch fishes and baby sharks swimming right along the beach coast line early in the morning before 8am. Room cleanliness and layout was great, though in room amenities could be improved eg providing bedroom/beach slippers etc. If the bunk bed room could have more kids deco/stuff, it would help to make it more welcoming for the kids.
Lots of families in the resort. Restaurant service was average. Child cutlery such as fork spoon and cups were not provided.
Night viewing of fishes and sharks along the bridge was interesting.
The resort App was great, however wifi network in our room was too poor to effectively make use of the App.
Overall still a good 4 star resort.

An amazing stay at Centara Lagoon Resort Maldives! Beautiful villas, crystal-clear lagoon, excellent food, and very well-maintained property. The staff is extremely warm, courteous, and always helpful. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless and relaxing. Highly recommended for a perfect Maldives getaway — we would definitely love to return!
Special appreciation to Mr. Ameen (GRO) for his outstanding hospitality. He was very professional, friendly, and always ensured our stay was comfortable and smooth. His personal care and attention made our experience truly memorable. A great asset to the resort!

The Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives is a brand-new resort located in a truly stunning place: a real piece of paradise. From the very first moment, I felt like I was living a dream, surrounded by an incredible sea and a relaxing atmosphere that makes you forget everything. At times, it almost felt like being in Russia, as the majority of the guests were Russian.
One of the absolute highlights of this resort is undoubtedly the staff: always smiling, kind, helpful, and ready to assist and advise at any time. I truly felt pampered from start to finish.
A special thank you goes to Pryia, who took care of our room in an outstanding way, always perfectly clean and well organized. Thanks also to the manager of the Italian restaurant and the buffet restaurant (unfortunately I don’t remember their names) for their professionalism and attention to guests. For the resort, staff, and waiters, I would definitely give a super excellent rating.
As for the food, my rating is average. The buffet offers a rather limited variety, and the cuisine is mainly spicy and Indian-style. For someone like me who does not prefer this type of food, the choices become even more limited. Moreover, I never found shrimp, which I personally considered a notable absence.
The Italian restaurant, the only one I tried, offers good and satisfying cuisine.
In conclusion, despite a few small notes regarding the food, the overall experience was wonderful. A dream resort, amazing staff, and an atmosphere that truly makes you feel in paradise. A trip I will always carry in my heart.
