Hotels with pool in Malta Island

We absolutely LOVED our 4 night stay at Hotel Juliani. The hotel itself; our beautiful suite - with the amazing view; the bar and restaurants, and the service provided by the staff all deserve Five Stars

Our room was on the 4th floor, very spacious and with a big balcony facing Spinola Bay. Bathroom was also spacious with a beautiful walk in shower. We had our towels changed twice in a week, that was nice

It is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in in all of our world travels

There are many restaurants nearby, and the quality of the dry food is also high, but basically the same dishes are served every day, which can get boring

Lovely hotel with great service, only less for amenities because the products provided in the bathroom were basic (no toothpaste etc).

The view from the balcony was stunning. It is a busy area but once we closed the window we couldn't hear a thing and slept always very well. There is plenty of restaurants around

First, the staff were incredibly friendly, then the amenities were excellent (great breakfast, pool and jacuzzi, gym), and its location was superb—close to everything yet very peaceful. And all at a very reasonable price

Great massage, pool sauna and steam room—came out feeling like a new person. Fresh everything, killer pastries, and proper coffee

We also want to reiterate our thanks to the hotel manager for his hospitality on my husband's birthday. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. If we return to Malta, we will definitely stay there again

Walked in and instantly loved the vibe. The staff are super friendly and on it—felt like they actually cared, which is rare. Quick check-in, nice little touches, no stress at all

That black-and-white checkered floor + bright orange bed and sofa is so cool and different. Looks fancy but still comfy and fun. Honestly, best boutique stay we’ve had in Malta

The rooms are individual, unique and beautifully decorated and the facilities are spot on. All the staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable and just wonderful from reception to support to the lovely people in the spa

As second time visitors to Malta we wanted to stay in an authentic area but be close to the shops, restaurants and buses. Last but not least the staff were all very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful

The location of the hotel could not have been more perfect, 10 minutes from Sliema waterfront and also Baluta Bay, 21/22 bus just round the corner to Valetta

From start to finish we had a wonderful holiday at Palazzo Violetta. We booked direct and got an excellent deal and the suite with terrace was perfect

A nice, clean hotel close to the bus stop. Towels and slippers in the rooms. Tea and coffee for free. Good breakfast. P.s. Do not confuse with Villa Violetta on the opposite side of the road.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Every detail felt perfect, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

if i come back to malta i will come back here, i stayed at the novotel and this one which is 3 minutes away from each other and honestly id say i preferred this one , its much smaller but i prefer it (probably because there’s a full length mirror here) , i don’t know what they use to clean but i love it because the fresh smell stays for days

There's teapot in room, two cups, two glasses. Small swimming pool is on the roof. However you get free access to Aqualuna swimming pool, which is just across the street

Hotel situated just some 50 meters away from waterfront road. You can go with bus everywhere in Malta. Facilities in hotel are new or after renovation. Shower with rain head, water very warm

Additionally, the room lacked some basic amenities—there were fewer working charging outlets, and essentials like slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste weren’t provided

compared to novotel the aesthetics aren’t as good but i still enjoyed my stay regardless sorry the picture of the room is dark and it’s messy lol

Overall, the hotel is quite good with a convenient location and friendly staff who made the stay pleasant. However, there were a few drawbacks

Alexis was a fantastic host and made our visit so special, with restaurant recommendations, must see sights and best ways to see the island. It was clean, felt very spa-like with a pool and fabulous underground bar

3 Euros for the short boat ride to Valletta, very easy and never waited more than 5 minutes. A wonderful place for a getaway. I cannot wait to come back - Thank you Alexis and team for making our trip so special

I love that he sat with a map and highlighted things he'd recommend and must see sights. He also was able to offer boat trips, restaurant recommendations (as well as his own food) and best way to see the island

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, a beautiful peaceful boutique with a fabulous underground bar. It was 5 minutes to get to Birgu for bars and the very short boat ride to Valletta

Easy to get around, just a short taxi (4 Euros) to get into Birgu which is a lovely place to wander around and see some history, such as Fort Angelo and the Inquisitors Palace

I could not recommend this highly enough. Thanks you Alexis and your staff for making our holiday incredible, we will definitely be back to stay again

I would like to give a special mention to Gemma the housekeeper, who was so warm and friendly. Yet caring and very professional. I was in room 6 which was a lovely room at the back of the hotel overlooking the pool

Excellent water pressure and temperature. Exceptionally clean, both inside and out. The outside area, with small pool, was a perfect place to chill out. Thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast selection every morning

Tea and coffee provided in your room which is always nice for me as a Brit. The communal areas are simply stunning. If you like art there’s a feast for the eyes on every wall. The small pool area is great

My Husband and I departed this morning after a 4 night stay in room 6. From the outset I would have loved a ground floor room opening onto the pool area. However they were booked out

Freshly squeezed orange juice, other juices, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, various breads, croissants, jams, continental meats, cheeses. Last but by no means least I want to give a special mention to Anna, Gemma and Therese

Lovely family owned boutique, very clean, bar and food service available. Staff are great and informative/helpful when needed, would definitely stop here again, 5 stars to all concerned with running and cleaning

We had a great 4 days in TJ Boutique. We were allowed to check-in early (10 am !!!), and we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly hotel manager. The room was new, clean, spacious, and comfortable

Well I love this apart hotel firstly it's reasonable, I love the location asxi always rent a car...Its away from crowd...The pool is amazing... Property is bit old but not bad..they really try to manage and maintain well

Wonderful hotel! Excellent location, bus stop right next to the hotel. Mellieha Bay is 15 minutes away, and Sliema is 40 minutes by bus. The view from the window is stunning. The windows are perfectly clean

The hotel room is comfortable, and there's even a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast is varied and delicious. All the staff are welcoming and friendly

We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We stayed in the penthouse apartment on the roof next to the pool, with its own private sun terrace, well worth every penny

We stayed at the Park Lane in early January, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Malta and been here many times. The accommodation was of the usual high standards and the staff were always friendly and attentive

I booked our stay for two weeks, but unfortunately for the second week i became poorly, which was no fault of the hotel, just a personal health problem. So, we decided to fly home earlier than we wanted to

The rooms are modern and large. The bed was perfect and full of everything you could possibly want; kettle, coffee machine, microwave etc. They have a top floor pool which we used. A bit cold for March but refreshing

Big room, ice cold 1 meter deep pool in october when the whether was nice. Does not deserve 4 star like is says but a 3 - 3.5 .

Very nice appartment hotel, had breakfast included this time but didn't have any other meals there. The suite we had was extremely spacious with a huge balcony, but at this time of year it wasn't getting a lot of sun

B-fast was buffet style and more than adequate. Location is excellent close to the ferry terminal and some good restaurants Poloperro? Just on the front (less than 5 minutes away) does a very reasonable set menu

Staff were all helpful and spoke good English

View from the top is nice, but from the balcony like on the picture. Price is good thats why even if there is big wall, you can spot view boats And ferrys. Good location, close to the bars, bus station and shops.

Great little cheap place. Don't expect much as in room cleaning or the like. But staff are pleasant and pool was good. 5 minutes walk from main shopping area. And 2 minutes walk from local bus station.

Great value. Spacious and clean. 24hour reception. All necessary kitchen equipment for 1 week stay. Pool area was good too but a bit too cold to go in as it was March

All in all what a great place. The manager can be emailed before you arrive and he will answer all queries very quickly. For the price we paid we are amazed at just what you get. Well done to all the staff at the Mavina

And up on arrival nearly an hour late through plane delay the guy at reception was brilliant very helpful and informative. The cleaning lady is really nice and helpful and is doing regular cleaning rounds

What a excellent place to stay. The pictures of the rooms do not do them justice. We have a lovely lounge kitchen perfect bedroom and ideal bathroom

Malta accommodation is expensive and this room is no exception. Stone walls and floors cold on the feet , duvet too thick for comfortable sleeping, but a fridge & coffee making facilities were good

The area around it seems pretty bland and crumbling, but that completely changes when you walk in. It's very comfortable and pleasant inside, with nice modern conveniences over top solid stone

Main problem was trying to get hot water to wash or shower. Finally fixed on the day I left. No shops nearby and evening meals either meant going to another village or eating at only one or two places

The location is strategically placed between the airport and Valletta, essentially there is NO easy street parking available. I relied on the bus, routes from Valletta serving the area include No

Check-in was welcoming, I was allocated Room 4, a single double bed with ensuite bathroom, each presented to a high cleaning standard. There was NO TV but the Wifi was good

situated in Ursula Street which is already a Touristic attraction. Merisi Suites has lots of apartments, some with a really nice balcony

There is an elevator, a washing machine which is free of charge, a swimming pool with a fantastic view. The apartments have Airconditioning and are fully equipped kitchen

While the English b'fast was not plentiful, it was still very good - served by Mike!!! Not buffet. We stayed 4 nights but were very reluctant to leave. Wanted to stay longer but we were committed to a tour of Turkey

Fresh Maltese bread is delivered daily—different kinds of bread, local cheeses, some cured meats, baked eggs, tomatoes with ricotta, and even a fresh juice corner with orange squeezers (using delicious local oranges in winter) and a centrifuge for juices

The staff was also extremely friendly and even put breakfast for us in the fridge because our flight was leaving early. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we have a flight from Malta

I slept like a baby, and the room had a modern shower (with good water pressure!), the air conditioning works perfectly for both summer and winter. Breakfast was an absolute highlight every morning

But what really makes it special is its location in an ancient Maltese village that feels like stepping into a postcard from the past. The narrow, winding streets leading to it are enchanting

It’s a traditional Maltese building with sandstone walls that has been tastefully refurbished with gorgeous Mediterranean tiles and local art on the walls. The owners have amazing taste and Julie is a wonderful cook

Received a warm and friendly welcome from hosts Julie and Glen. The house is beautifully restored and full of character,within walking distance of the Ferry to Valletta, Senglea and Birgu. Excellent breakfasts.

Very nice guesthouse in a restored building. Well done and everything looks high quality. The house has so many old features but combined with modern rooms who offer all the comfort you can wish for

Good breakfast 👍 Hotel is in a quiet area but their is a free shuttle service from the hotel to Bugibba including free return. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality break 😉

To the next bus stop it's a 3 mins walk so that you can discover the whole island very easily by public transport. Had a comfy room with awesome view at the harbor of San Pawl

It did feel a bit damp at times but it seems hard to avoid in Malta. The bathroom was small but worked ok. Sad that we did not get to check out the terrace as I have read it is really nice
