Hotels with pool in Malta Island

He was due to attend a funeral in my home city of Cardiff a few weeks later - I helped him with regards to the location of his hotel and the church, because it was in an area I know well I tried emailing him afterwards but I didn't hear back

I stayed in this hotel in February 2025 and I was very happy with the service. The room was basic, but clean and quiet - that's all I really need, and the bathroom was very modern and clean, with a decent shower

As students of EF, we know the rules and signs for it being 18 years of age do not give you the right to be rude and aggressive to someone whom render their service to ensure your comfortness

I hope his trip was a pleasant one, albeit under sad circumstances. In conclusion, this hotel is fine considering the price I paid

I have booked this hotel for 2 nights and requested double room and far from the elevator, non of my requested was attended. The rest was okay, breakfast was fair to the price paid

The hotel offers guests free and unlimited water bottle refills by the water dispenser in the reception, and the water is ice cold. Also the staff are super helpful and polite. My experience was very positive!

Steep 1/4 mile walk to bus route and out of the way. Local area run down and dirty. Roads and pavement uneven and not suitable for disabilities. Rooms outdated and worn out but kept clean

Always someone at reception, free water. You can't control air con temp but it does work at least. Swimming pool is decent size and fine, we always found sun beds too

Only went to breakfast once as we don't get up very early, but it was adequate. The bar staff (especially slightly older guy in the evenings) are great, really lovely and accomodating. Rooms were fine, everything worked

The staff were very kind and the view from the hotel was amazing. The price was reasonable, so if you're looking for a quiet place to stay in Malta, this hotel is perfect! There's also a cat living nearby.

The lady desk (I guess she is the owner), very friendly and helpful, the check in process very smooth, the best part is this hotel have a swimming pool and attached with the restaurant, the restaurant have a delicious pizza, friendly staff and affordable price, I should come again, just a night at Malta is really nonsense, at least 3 days, I missed Malta already

One of the best things about this place is Linda, who waits on you in the pool area. While you relax and swim she's serves with a smile, nothing too much trouble. Foods brilliant too!She's a real asset to sensi

Quieter part of Malta compared to the mad part towns in the north. Hotel is across the road from beach but still has a pool. Breakfast and restaurant are a highlight of this affordable hotel

I would stay there again for sure, the location was great and the cafe bar near the pool was incredible, with a sea view. Also the restaurant is fantastic.

As the saygoes yiu get what you pay for. In summer would be good with pool etc

It is in the city of Valletta and has nearby food market, bars and good restaurants. You can also order a taxi ( Uber or Bolt), they come very quickly,to get you everywhere you want. ( I found them very cheap by the way)

The staff was warm and friendly. Our room overlooked the grand harbour and from our balcony we could see the boats pass by. We also had a clear view of the firing of the cannon Close to everything

The setting of the hotel with many rooms looking out onto Grand Harbour make it an exceptional place to stay which is further enhanced by the rooftop patio where one can enjoy refreshments whilst soaking up the exceptional ambience

We had two extra enclosed balcony areas, one for luggage and the other looking over the bay with a table and 2 chairs, were we could open the windows and sit with our drinks watching the ships/fireworks (it was a bank holiday) Never seen such fantastic fireworks

The breakfast is help yourself but a good choice of cereals,fresh fruit,yogurt, pastries, ham & cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon,sausage beans, tomatoes & toast. Would recommend and was surprised it was only a two star

The stuff are really nice people, ready to serve you and guide you if you need information. The rooms are very spacious and really very clean. From the terrace of the hotel you can take photos of Valletta at night

Maybe because it used to be a hotel, there are much more than an ordinary hostel. The hostel is located by the sea and to various transportation facilities are connected on your demand

The hostel offers very good accommodation with a very cheap rate. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very polite and confident. I have a very good experience once

Acts of the Apostles Chapter 28) visiting various historical sites, you can get this place as a place to meet and to rest

There was an issue with the air con leaking from the ceiling when I first got there, but this was sorted and fine after that. The room was big and pretty nice and the balcony, with a view of Valletta was great

Could have been better. Uk plugs sucks so I had to buy an adapter to charge my phone. The 8bed room has no lockers only a wardrobe. The view is amazing and the bed is comfortable. For the price is recommended

The walls and the carpets are too used , ugly spots on it. It need quick renovation !! The personell is kind ,helpful , they clean the room everyday If You need , change towels and sheets daily

Breakfast was also really nice and for a 2 star hotel and this price, better value doesn't exist. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear sometimes people from nearby room or hallway

The location is perfect! All needed bus stops are in 4min range. Starbucks is just behind a corner, also huge Welbee's supermarket is 5min away by walking

Thus, when considering this hotel, if you plan to stay at least some hours in the room, calculate how much roaming would you pay per day - and if it results in booking another, more expensive hotel, then go for it

It was a great budget hotel, super close to St Julian's streets, and with friendly staff, especially the night guys. However, it DOES NOT have Wi-Fi, and I had to spend 50 Euros for my Roaming Data

Other than that, the breakfast was simple yet great; elevators working; hot shower and great overall room quality. If they fix the Wi-Fi situation, this would be super easy to recommend

Great and central place to stay in Valleta. The host is very attentive and helpful. The building is historically old but but well preserved. Breakfast is adequate and very filling to last you through out the day

If you have large luggage and can't walk through the city, road is hilly outside of main street, take the inner Valleta bus 133. Bay A1 at the bus terminal by Triton fountain

Reasonable accommodation in a building about 500years old , attentive staff , good breakfast , right in the centre of the old city of Valetta

A characteristic old Valletta home, now turned into a pleasant B&B. The people were delightful and looked after us very well.

Staff were friendly and the spa was very relaxing! Location was ideal, slightly out of the centre but free parking. Would definitely recommend and stay again

This hotel was super clean, I originally booked a corner suite room for me and my mum , my husband joined our trip last minute and the receptionist accommodated a family suite which had 2 rooms with double beds, living area and kitchen on the day for extra cost but I was grateful they had offered a bigger room

Sunshine, dry grass smell, river bridge and pomegranate won’t be forgotten forever. A small suggestion is to add more kinds of food for breakfast Amazing! The whole family love it so much!

As it was my 30th birthday they kindly upgraded us to a suite and surprised me with a chocolate dessert! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were great with lots of variety

There is no table to eat on, just a flat surface of wood joined to a large mirror affixed to the wall! The bathroom is spacious and is outstanding, considering that this is a 3 star hotel! The chambermaids seem very friendly and are doing an impeccable job! I am a bit disappointed that I wasn't granted a street view balcony! The only view is the surrounding walls of thr apartments alongside my room...

From the moment we arrived the staff were very accommodating giving us the relevant information we needed for local restaurants, WiFi passwords etc On entering the room we were welcomed to a very clean room, fresh towels and extra blankets in the wardrobe

The children loved the swimming pool and the toddler swimming pool was great for my 3 year old

Kettle, fridge, hair dryer and tv were a nice bonus. It was great that there was a bath in the bathroom along with a shower, especially with little children. We didn’t pay for breakfast but adding this wasn’t an issue

Being a big family with other team mates, getting a mini bus/taxi wasn’t an issue - they were very friendly, accommodating and very reasonably priced. We all enjoyed the evening entertainment in the bar

The room is good for working on a laptop; it has enough power outlets, it has a comfortable desk, and it has an ergonomic (as in, with proper armrests) chair

Decent Guesthouse Quirky Guesthouse 100 metres from the waterfront of Sliema. Got all the basics if that is what you want. Ultimately, 'Cheap and cheerful'

The house, together with the friendly staff, feels like home. The house is very well maintained (extensively cleaned every day, very fast repairs when necessary, e. a power outlet was fixed within a day)

Comfortable apartment, good service, well equipped and it was quite close to every thing, parking in the area wasn't too bad but the place has parking but remember to book it if you need it

Nice and quiet place. Grocery shop at the door steps. Very close to Sliema promenade. Perfect for families with kids.

Close to seaside bouleveard, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. Good grocery store on the other side of the street

The location was also ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the promenade. A couple of minor downsides were that the lighting in the apartment felt a bit harsh and warmer lighting would have made it feel more cosy

Each room has a kitchen with large fridge, small hob, washing up things provided, utensils etc. Great for keeping costs down and having food /milk for children

Stayed in the apartment alone and really enjoyed the stay. The suite was very spacious, with a big comfortable bed, huge shower, and good cooking facilities

The rooftop pool was lovely and got sun all day, although it could get a bit windy at times. The spa and gym downstairs were excellent, great value for money and definitely recommended

Also, I stayed for multiple nights and was disappointed that coffee and towels weren't replenished. While it's a bit far from Valletta, the nearby bus stop made it manageable

Daily cleaning service (Gopal worked quickly around us one morning, they do sometimes come early). There was a balcony with a drying hanger and table /chairs. Air-conditioning in both bedroom and main room

The bathroom was gorgeous, only small downside was that the shower didn't quite drain away properly, but this was no real consequence

Everything is very good. Just shower water very small and nit very hot.  This hotel has in room kitchen which is very nice.

Location is good with a lot going on nearby, staff are friendly and the pool is nice. Abdul at reception especially is really welcoming and helped us whenever we had any issues, which helped make the stay more enjoyable

Pool area on the roof was nice, but the bar there is always closed. Lots of noise, in common with everywhere else in Paceville. During the day it is from construction work, and at night from the partying youths outside

Didn't use the rooftop terrace or pool so can't comment on that, but for £50 a night with breakfast included I can't have any complaints! You get what you pay for and for that price I wouldn't expect 4 or 5 star luxury and nor should anyone else! Overall a decent well run hotel

I think at the time the hotel was classed as a four star but it was two at best. Did have a indoor pool and jacuzzi in 2017 which were good. Even a small gym inside which was decent to train in

Swimming pool was a bit small but there was another on the roof top which I didn't use due to weather. The gym room was staffed and equipment OK

It was a just a few meters to the main sea road where buses run and as it was in a side street it was nice a quiet. The room was big with a kettle to make coffee and tea. The TV had many English stations

Nice big bathroom and a small balcony to sit out on to relax. It was nice and clean and the lady who cleaned was so friendly. I had such a lovely time I would go back there any time and look forward to

Since we came in December, the indoor pool on the 11th floor with its amazing view was an absolute highlight. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality — we’ll definitely be back!

We were told to leave the sliding glass door open (December) for cooling. After a couple nights we complained of mosquito bites: then they turned on the A/C. It didn't swing open on its own, but it didn't lock, either

Coffee maker, kettle and fridge are great. But there's no access to a microwave. Staff did warm our food once. None of these issues really bothered us all that much, except for the response about the air conditioning

Land's End has a great view and a fantastic location. We were close to the ferry to Valletta, the other tour operators, and so many restaurants. Front desk was staffed 100% of the time. It was great, but not perfect

We had a wonderful stay at Lands End Boutique Hotel! The place is very cozy and perfectly located — an ideal base for exploring Malta and the nearby islands. The staff were kind and welcoming throughout our visit

It was very pretty and safe! The pool was very nice and not too busy, we did go in November. It was walking distance to the city and all the clubs!

Cafeteria is good. Pool good. Family friendly good. There is no silence hour, nor a security guard to calm down the drunks. Need to push them to clean. No privet parking , parking at neighbors recommended.

The kitchen isn’t fully equipped and a lot of times the stuff you need is in kitchens in other apartments. The locks are kind of difficult to manage, especially the bathroom locks. They often lock when you shut the door

Furthermore there are the bugs. There are some in the bathroom, even cockroaches. However the staff is very nice. If you need anything they usually get you that stuff. The reception is open 24/7 and even has bug spray

We absolutely LOVED our 4 night stay at Hotel Juliani. The hotel itself; our beautiful suite - with the amazing view; the bar and restaurants, and the service provided by the staff all deserve Five Stars

Our room was on the 4th floor, very spacious and with a big balcony facing Spinola Bay. Bathroom was also spacious with a beautiful walk in shower. We had our towels changed twice in a week, that was nice

It is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in in all of our world travels

There are many restaurants nearby, and the quality of the dry food is also high, but basically the same dishes are served every day, which can get boring

Wonderful hotel! Excellent location, bus stop right next to the hotel. Mellieha Bay is 15 minutes away, and Sliema is 40 minutes by bus. The view from the window is stunning. The windows are perfectly clean

The hotel room is comfortable, and there's even a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast is varied and delicious. All the staff are welcoming and friendly
