Great little cheap place. Don't expect much as in room cleaning or the like. But staff are pleasant and pool was good. 5 minutes walk from main shopping area. And 2 minutes walk from local bus station.
Great value. Spacious and clean. 24hour reception. All necessary kitchen equipment for 1 week stay. Pool area was good too but a bit too cold to go in as it was March
All in all what a great place. The manager can be emailed before you arrive and he will answer all queries very quickly. For the price we paid we are amazed at just what you get. Well done to all the staff at the Mavina
And up on arrival nearly an hour late through plane delay the guy at reception was brilliant very helpful and informative. The cleaning lady is really nice and helpful and is doing regular cleaning rounds
What a excellent place to stay. The pictures of the rooms do not do them justice. We have a lovely lounge kitchen perfect bedroom and ideal bathroom
2 and a half year old daughter and mummy. Update just booked for 2 weeks in October
Couple of negatives unfortunately. Treadmill doesn't work and the equipment is tired. If you have the facility then it needs to work. Disappointed about the extra charge for the spa and indoor pool
Simply a perfect stay (four nights). Location, service, atmosphere, breakfast, and price make Red Farm a place I'm going to remember for all the right reasons.
We have booked both Hens party and Bachelors party at Red Farm. Hens was a day by the pool and Bachelors in the Villa. We were very satisfied and food was amazing and service is incredible
Red Farm Spa is a true hidden gem. Peaceful, beautifully designed, and instantly calming. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel valued and completely at ease
The spa experience itself was exceptional. Our therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and ensured we were comfortable at every moment. We left feeling deeply relaxed and completely refreshed
Even with a little life outside, the calm inside the property is impressive; a peaceful escape without feeling cut off from the island’s charm
Hotel was great, clean and check in was easy. Included towels and shower gel, but no toothpaste. Kitchen was available for everyone to use but the hob was not working
A good budget option hotel. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby restaurant for breakfast
Full English excellent. My Seaview room had a wonderful view and balcony. Bus stop and ferry close to hotel.
Location was not too far from the centre, quite well connected so easy to take bus wherever you need to go. Overall enjoyed my stay and would book again
Nice hotel, friendly staff, and an excellent location! A plus for the sunbath terrace on the 8th floor and especially for the view, an awesome panoramic view of Sliema waterfront! A minus would be for the Wi-Fi, available only at the casual lounge from the 7th floor
The Hotel was clean, unfortunately my room was very noisy as it was off the kitchen all I could hear was banging doors all morning, people talking & stomping around, there is also construction going on in neighbouring buildings
Facing the sea, the view is amazing. The room is clean and the bedding is clean. The only downside is that there are always all kinds of noises in the middle of the night. Sometimes it is very loud and wakes people up

Casa Ellul is a small gem with an excellent restaurant. The chef was able to devise an outstanding dinner for us based on our vegan requirements
The staff were extraordinarily helpful, even coming around a tea time with treats. The location is in the historic part of Valleta but is still very quiet
We had an incredible time - rooftop hot tub with the cathedral right next door was a must!
However: my booked rooms roof was leaking. The third nights room had smells and had to climb to my sleeping area. Middle of the night had to find my way down to the washroom going steep stairwells…
Although I only stayed for one night, the service and breakfast were quite good. I arrived in the middle of the night and contacted the hotel for pick-up in advance. The hotel's arrangements were very appropriate
Extremely nice hotel, everything was perfect and the breakfast was wonderful.
So, for a true authentic Maltese experience, live like a local and stay at the charming Stonehouse in St. It is a gorgeous renovated home complete with a lounge area and pool
I really felt very comfortable. I liked my room that had a nice little balcony that faced the patio with a pool. I also enjoyed the the amazing breakfast and the ca
I stayed at the Stonehouse in 2023 for a 9 day yoga retreat and had such an epic fun adventure kayaking in caves, catamaran n swimming Crystal n Blue Lagoon, experiencing and exploring gorgeous sunsets at Dingli cliffs and Dwari, which have moved a few to tears, discovering stunning views from a cave overlooking Ramla Bay just to name a few, I returned again in 2024 for an 11 day yoga retreat! Still...
Cathy is very knowledgeable in the history of Malta and is enthusiastic to tell you about it. She is an excellent and fun tour guide. She makes your trip a memorable one and shows you the many hidden gems
It was built on lands that were owned by the Knights of Malta. Continental breakfast is included and they provide a wonderful assortment of items for a healthy breakfast to start your day
Use it as your base to explore beautiful Malta, Comino and Gozo. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars and a short Bolt drive away to Valetta and surroundings sights
I extended my stay for 3 extra nights and they were able to accommodate my needs with such short notice. Saw staff cleaning the windows! Staff constantly kept the kitchen clean and tidy
The hotel left a very positive impression. Here, even the most experienced traveler or tourist can find a comfortable place to stay, regardless of budget
The check-in process is smooth and clear, the house rules are well explained, and the atmosphere is quiet, orderly, and clean
Everything nearby (Sliema boats, Paceville. There's swimming pool, garden with hammocks. And also lovely breakfast (buffet style) each morning
In front of the hotel, there is a lovely café where kind and attentive staff will happily take care of you
This hostel is a great, quiet choice with a nice sea view. It features a large, well-equipped kitchen and friendly, helpful staff. The rooms have shared bathrooms and are quiet thanks to clear rules

The boat is comfortable and cozy, breakfast is excellent, and the special thank you for goes to the crew, all welcoming and great people! The boat is as well parked at the best location you can imagine at the island, with a view to stunning Valetta and a few minutes away from the bus and ferry stops, so it's easy to reach any place in Malta very fast and convenient
Charles and Daria are wonderful hosts, very attentiv. You won't have the space and comfort of a 5 stars hotel but you'll get the incredible feeling of being out of time and space, you'll land on a small piece of paradise
One must be clear to you if you want to book this accommodation, it is a real fishing boat which has been converted in a living boat. It is small and narrow BUT BEAUTIFUL
I spent every morning relaxing on the boat, enjoying sun on its rooftop and later exploring Malta's attractions. The best combination for the week-long adventure!
Despite being very hot on shore, the boat deck, lounge area and cabins were cool. Charles runs a small bar on the boat where you can buy beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks
We were a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters, staying in two cabins. Not knowing what to expect, we found this experience to be very enjoyable and different

If you’re a tolerable person and traveler to little things you’ll be fine, and the front desk guy was nice so it’s safe overall
My first experience in a hostel. And I'll keep in my heart for ever all those beautiful people that made my first trip the best thing ever happened to me. Remember, it's not the place, it's the people you share with
The hostel atmosphere is good, easy to reach , calm area and nice people working there
There are different guests staying there - some people stay there for long time and they feel very entitled luckily the boy working at the reception takes his job seriously and he spoke with guys who’d organize parties while night long in the common area
Amazing value for the price 💶
😢:
Humidity - the rooms are extremely humid I tried to keep the windows 🪟 opened to let the fresh air in and vent the room but other guests would close it - if you have asthma problem it can be issue
Rough start at first, but truthfully with the price and location it’s very good. I would recommend the private rooms as they are cheaper than hotels and very quiet area
