We mainly came for golf, and both courses are outstanding. A big compliment also to the Caddymaster at Le Château (name sounded like “Smosh”), who did a fantastic job ensuring a smooth and enjoyable round

At Ginja, sushi quality was excellent, though service varied slightly. After sharing feedback with Melvin, the restaurant manager invited us for lunch, which was outstanding and very much appreciated

I’m currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is gorgeous and the beach and the pool are great. The food is pretty good, although the breakfast could use a bit of more variety. Also, the kids club staff are the best

Another point worth mentioning is that there are not enough umbrellas in the pool. Given the hotel is family oriented, that’s a big miss. Finally, the beach sunbeds need an upgrade

This stay was very good. The free water boat facilities were complete and convenient. The room was clean and tidy.

The room was spacious enough, and the garden view was lovely. They have a tennis court and even offer rackets for rent, with new models of Padel and Pickleball rackets available

In the evening, we saw fruit bats on the hotel beach, which was quite a magical experience

We visited the Westin TB located on the north of the island in February 2026 and I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our stay! The food at Beach Grill, Kangan, Mystique and Fusion was delightful! The service was also impeccable and we were looked after the minute we arrived, and made to feel so special

Lunch at beach grill just amazing the manager there so attentive to our every need. We still have 5 days left and already thinking of returning later in the year

We liked the restaurants, both Chinese and on the beach; everything was delicious! We rented a car, so it's important to understand that there's not much to see in the area around this hotel, and overall, there's not much to see

The lounge chairs were very comfortable! No rocks or coral at the entrance to the water. Several types of drinking water with different flavors were freely available on the beach

However, there was a lingering damp smell, and my clothes didn't seem to dry, even in the room. The beach is fantastic, with fine, white sand

I have something to compare it to; we later moved to the St. As for the room, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was cleaned twice a day

The beach was absolutely wonderful, the sea is crystal clear and you can organise excursions to discover other islands or you can book a flight in a two seater plane taking you around the beautiful coral reef area

What I enjoyed most is that it’s a public beach and everyone gets access to stay there and go for a swim. Talking a walk on the beach to the city of Belle Mare is also pretty enchanting

The Jacaranda put on a special Farewell dinner for us at the request of our tour operator, and it was a beautiful experience. The whole team worked together to make a truly magical evening

We had a pleasant stay at Outrigger for 5 nights 6 days. They upgraded us to a beachfront room and the view from the room was spectacular. The pool by the ocean was really nice

The hotel is located in South Mauritius, away from the city hustle and bustle, on a peaceful shore. The setting is calm and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer amazing views

The private beach is a big highlight — it is never crowded and is a beautiful, peaceful place to sit late at night with your partner

While this may be expected in a tropical setting, it can still be slightly uncomfortable. Additionally, the Indian food options at breakfast and dinner sometimes felt mismatched

With that, I was able to comfortably explore North, South, and South-West Mauritius at my own pace. There are, however, a few areas where improvement is possible

We were on an all-inclusive package and therefore we had the privilege to dine in the à la carte restaurants as well as enjoy many activities. Everything was amazing! We only wished we could have stayed longer

From the quality of food and drinks to the service, we only had good things to say. Staffs were extremely caring and kind

The one hiccup was we wished was a little better was the turn down service and the cleaning of our rooms- it got better towards the end of the week, but initially had to keep calling for our room to be cleaned

Your house keeping needs a tad help and the sheets were not changed even after putting the please change bed in the sheets. Under the bed needs a good clean and the kettle is very dangerous as it boils over

You need a car or taxis if you want to venture out. But the hotel is perfect to completely switch off from the outside world. The restaurant setting overlooks the beach and is lovely

The hotel provides free kayaks, a catamaran on which you can swim along the beach, a hamam. There is a tea break (afternoon snack): the first day is free, then 350 rupees per day

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience at the hotel in occasion of her birthday. There was a lot of activities and we also got to relax at the spa and hamam

Of course, if you are an unpretentious vacationer, then this place will do. It seemed to us that the matter is in the extremely low organization of management processes within the hotel and savings on everything

Probably, the cook simply cannot cope with preparing such a quantity of food for such a occupancy of the hotel. Some people simply got up and left without waiting for dessert. This is extreme disrespect for guests

The food across the resort is exceptional – consistently world‑class in both quality and variety, with something to delight every member of the family, whether casual beachfront dining or more refined evening experiences

The beach is the best out of any hotel I’ve stayed at in Mauritius, it’s the best location for water sports, Club One is also great

The hotel is very beautiful, with a pure resort vibe. It has a pristine, idyllic feel. Most of the guests are French; there aren't many Chinese. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the quality is good

Luxurious surroundings and great food can be found elsewhere, but this level of heartfelt service cannot. It transforms a holiday into something truly memorable

The rooms were outstanding, with very high standards of cleanliness and comfort. The property is beautifully located right in front of the beach, which is a major highlight (though the beach is not ideal for swimming)

Also, the lady who sang on the Chinese buffet night was just amazing, she even took song dedications and the pianist too, they were both so talented! Breakfast buffet was so fresh and delicious, however the dinner buffet could do with a bit of improvement

Coral Azur Beach Resort – Wonderful family-friendly stay We stayed at Coral Azur Beach Resort for 4 nights as a family of 7, including two kids and two senior citizens, and had a truly superb experience

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff are truly incredible, always kind, attentive, and ready to help. The rooms are super comfy, and the cleaning service keeps everything spotless

A welcome drink, early check-in and free dinner the first night were very kind gestures. The organization of Valentine's Day was top-notch. The manager oversaw everything, so I thank him very much

The receptionist and manager also made arrangement for an additional glass bottom session for us because the other session was full, they will do anything to make their guests stay very enjoyable
