Had a brilliant stay at this amazing resort. Excellent hospitality and staff were brilliant

All staff were so friendly and helpful. Sundowners watching the sunset each evening were fab. I would recommend that you reduce the padel price for guests who have their own rackets and balls which we did

A beautiful beach resort with several dining options and very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and was located just next to the beach for easy access

We stayed there for 7 days and would have enjoyed staying longer as there were so many different activities and things at the resort. We were there to attend a wedding and it was amazing

The resort was like a botanical garden and the beach was clean, easily accessed and not too busy. We stayed in a refurbished 3 bedroom villa with pool which was stunning

He even drove us to a local supermarket to get supplies which was very kind and much appreciated. We had the most amazing stay and would highly recommend it to anyone

Ze Paul was always a few moments away with refreshments, and the wonderful team at Coco Hut provided delicious variations on the coconut cocktail! The variety of meal choices were also amazing

She was so attentive to our needs and made sure we had plenty of vegetarian options at the restaurant. I am allergic to mushrooms and she was so helpful in checking out menus and talking to the chefs in taking care of us

I am not a fan of any "buffet" but Annabelle's changed my mind. The daily breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet (twice a week) catered for every taste and the food was fresh and delicious

We did not try any treatments at the Spa, just because we were enjoying the sea and pool! A very special mention must go to Premi who took care of us during our stay

She was simply incredible - open with suggestions, arranged dinner and breakfast reservations, a boat trip and generally made sure our every need was taken care of

Not to take anything away from the staff at Le Telfair - they were all absolutely fantastic. I (we) cannot recommend this resort highly enough

I had to use my phone to call the hotel's number from Google Maps to order water and other services. The staff said I could order room service through a mobile app upon check-in, but I tried and couldn't get through

They didn't offer to change rooms, and considering the new room might also have a musty smell, we didn't ask for a change. We made do for two nights, but didn't sleep well at all due to the overwhelming musty smell

I called room service, and they brought new sheets and a spray bottle, but that didn't really solve the problem. When I asked if they had a dehumidifier, they seemed to have never heard of it, which I understand

The bed was super comfy and the bedding soft and luxurious. Excellent shower and separate bath with high-end toiletries. The various housekeeping staff were lovely, especially the guy who restocked the teas and coffees

We had an excellent stay at Sofitel Mauritius L'Impérial Resort & Spa. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The staff were polite, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly welcomed

two pools, spa services and water activities all amazing. Great music in the evenings , very much enjoyed. The rooms were roomy and housekeeping was very good, always happy to provide an extra towel etc

However, after a good nights sleep and things fixed and in place, we ended up absolutely loving this place. The room had recently been refreshed and was bright, clean and spacious

The kids club facilities are also exceptional, the best we've seen in Mauritius. When we said goodbye to the kids club, our daughter was heartbroken which is proof of how amazing it is

Excellent hotel for the Le Morne region. Even the best! But too mass to get exclusive service. Breakfasts are good, but not exclusive, the sea is also good, but also with corals and stones

In Mauritius, I changed two places to live 😁 And the second one was right on the 💓 Le Morne Peninsula, with the most breathtaking mountain views of an underwater waterfall, the best beaches for kitesurfing, and the most stunning hotels in Mauritius🌴😭🫶 I stayed at Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels, with private beach access and sun loungers along the entire beach, minibars, a huge golf course, tons of activities...

There were some colleagues who made our experience especially memorable and apologies if I missed anyone here…but Jean Yves (Duty Manager) exceptional, Maroussia (Guest Services), William (Amazing), Roy and Jean Paul in food and beverages excellent…

The place is excellent, the wind was light and the sea was calm. I highly recommend staying there.

Staff at reception helped us with everything we could have possibly needed. What stood out is that people proactively followed up with us and checked in with us after we inquired about things or booked services

There was plenty to do there. Towards the end of the holiday the bathroom goodies weren’t being replaced as much and the towels were slightly rough but that was my only concern

Our stay at the One & Only hotel was exceptional from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from manager Kashley, whose recommendations made our holiday even better

The spa team — director Yulia and manager Anushka — were incredibly attentive, and the facilities were spotless and relaxing. I enjoyed three wonderful massages from therapists Shafi, Nadia, and Estella

My mother and I spent seven wonderful days at La Pirogue Hotel. We loved everything! The staff were friendly and always ready to help and answer any questions. The bungalow rooms were great, with authentic interiors

The grounds were large, green, and well-kept, with constant maintenance. Breakfasts were good and dinners were incredible, with a wide variety of food and desserts. Thank you very much for an unforgettable vacation

Amazingly good for kids with centre and full program. Swimming pool was always dirty on floor and very strict lifeguard despite not actually doing their job

I recently stayed at the beautiful Long Beach Hotel in Belle Mare, Mauritius, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive

The restaurant selection is excellent both at Sugar beach and next door at Le Pirouge - the food is quality is outstanding. Sunsets with the DJ and cocktails at the Buda bar were wonderful

Facilities at both hotels are excellent gym, water sports, tennis and spa. The beach and adult pool area had lots of sunbeds and space to relax

The hotel is well appointed for walks along the beach and to explore the local area. We played golf during our stay which is included with the hotel, fabulous views, great course amongst the natural surroundings

Room was clean and the front desk staff was nice and welcoming and also responsive to small requests we had like topping up the coffee and sugar sachets etc

The hotel is right across from the beach, and you can see the sea from the balcony. I fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.

There are 4 or 5 restaurants you can book however we found we were only able to book 1 of them over the time we stayed and realised it’s because they only have a limited amount of tables each day in comparison to the amount of people staying, BUT it really didn’t matter, the buffet was INSANE!! fresh curry and rice from the Indian buffet, fresh noodles and meat or veg dishes straight from the wok,...

The room itself was beautiful, the bed was ridiculously comfy, bathroom was spotless, shower was amazing and the refillable fridge was an added bonus! The staff couldn’t be more lovely, so polite and friendly and helpful from the pool staff to the bar staff and the kitchen staff, all were amazing

The morning buffet was very good but the evening buffet remains very limited

Additionally room service didn’t always refill our daily 2 bottles of water Room itself was generally good with enough power socket, usb sockets too, aircon and a fan

The hotel prices remain quite expensive if you do not take all inclusive. A big negative point: there is an open buffet for half board but the other restaurants are only accessible if you pay extra

The trip was pleasant with a nice clean room and quality services. However, the distance from everything because we were on a small island remains quite isolating

The beach is pretty, though the lagoon is very shallow and it doesn't offer the best snorkelling in Mauritius

The watersports which are offered are slightly disappointing as they only had two of each thing and the tide was too low to use pedalos or hard plastic kayaks the whole time we were there - I struggle to believe it ever gets much higher

June is not the best time to go, cool temperatures plus the Trades Winds. East beach very cool, main beach more sheltered from the winds. Spa good, especially the reflexology

If you have to say the disadvantages, the hotel is very good, but it is a little old. The creaking sound of the floor in the room is very loud, and I am worried about waking up my companions when I get up at night

Simply amazing- from the facilities, beauty, room clean and so authentic style. Pool was amazing warm water , food all over the hotel was nothing less than amazing. One of the best wine lists I have ever seen

Sanitation: Very good, your room can be cleaned twice a day, and you will be asked at 7 o'clock in the evening if you want to tidy up the room and send you more water. Environment: This is too cozy to say

It's just a little cold (it was winter when I went there). The spa is good and worth experiencing. I didn't try golf and shooting. It's a pity that there is no snorkeling activity
