Plenty of sun loungers & beach towels provided. Several excursions cam be booked but we hired a car & went exploring, also took a helicopter tour 🚁 ♥️We will deffinately be back for a return visit

We spent a week at Shandrani with family and absolutely loved it! The views are simply magnificent — the hotel is in a bay with more than 5 beaches, each with its own vibe (calm, rough, etc)

Highly recommend Shandrani resort & spa. Superb holiday, paradise ☀️🌴🌊 Perfect location, clean modern rooms. Staff all so kind & friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble

The best hotel experience so far. Everything was on the top, starting from the view, food and service here. Especially thank you to Ved, he is the best and a big professional.

We are strict vegans & the chefs constantly checked we were ok, the food was superb! Plenty to do; aqua aerobics, learn to water ski, snorkelling, glass bottom boat, kayaks, paddleboards & pedaloes!! We spent a perfect relaxing afternoon having sps treatments too

For all-inclusive guests, the bar offers an excellent selection of drinks, which was great to see. The staff across the resort were extremely friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience

The main resturant was good with themed food evenings plenty of choice for all tastes. The Beach Bar was fun and the food at the Playa Resturant was absolutely excellent

A special mention goes to the burger truck — the burgers were absolutely amazing and honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had on the island. However, one negative experience was at the ice cream parlour

The lady serving the ice cream had a very poor attitude. She was unwelcoming, did not smile, and looked like she really did not want to be there. It unfortunately made the experience there quite unpleasant

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and clearly well taken care of. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the food — it was super delicious with a very large variety available at the restaurant

I recently stayed at Tamassa Bel Ombre and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is very beautiful and spacious, with well-maintained surroundings that make the stay really enjoyable

The steakhouse in particular stood out — easily one of the best meals of the trip. What really made the stay though was the staff. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant teams, was so polite, friendly, and welcoming

The spa was also a highlight, such a nice place to properly switch off and relax. Food-wise, it really exceeded expectations. Having multiple restaurants gave loads of choice, and everything was consistently good

The beach is absolutely beautiful, with clear water and a really relaxed atmosphere, and the pool area is just as impressive — plenty of space, great vibe, and perfect for unwinding

Before coming here, I had read some of the negative reviews and honestly felt a bit nervous. But my experience at RIU Turquoise was absolutely perfect. I’m a 28-year-old woman and was traveling alone

The food in the main restaurant was fresh, plentiful, & of a great standard when it comes to variety. We stayed for 2 weeks, used both the speciality restaurants & were always very happy with the meals

At Ginja, sushi quality was excellent, though service varied slightly. After sharing feedback with Melvin, the restaurant manager invited us for lunch, which was outstanding and very much appreciated

Among the restaurants, Annabella’s impressed us with beautifully arranged outdoor buffets. Palmier was consistently good, although food was occasionally not served hot enough

Even when it was busy, they had everything under control. Their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication were remarkable. On their days off, the difference was noticeable – which says a lot about their performance

One unforgettable highlight was a private dinner on the tee box at La Réserve Golf Course. The chefs and the service team, especially Danish and Michael, were world-class and made the evening truly special

We mainly came for golf, and both courses are outstanding. A big compliment also to the Caddymaster at Le Château (name sounded like “Smosh”), who did a fantastic job ensuring a smooth and enjoyable round

His dedication and availability – even beyond working hours – were truly outstanding. At Palmier we met Spicy, who was always friendly, attentive, and seemed to appear exactly where we were

The rooms are well equipped and boasts beautiful views! The different cuisines and restaurants offers an international experience. Great sports activities as well Sanjeet was very helpful at the sports centre as well

The management was excellent ,professional and made sure everything was well organized. The animation team was also amazing and added so much fun to our stay. A perfect hotel for a truly memorable stay

He took us on a small tour and even took pictures of us as well with a beautiful view. The atmosphere in the hotel altogether was relaxed and peaceful. And anytime you needed something, the team was ready to help

Another area of improvement is the fact they don’t offer filtered tap water free of charge. We are on a half board plan, so we are spending quite a lot of money on water, which shouldn’t be the case in a 5stars hotel

You can really feel his passion for yoga and his genuine care for everyone in the class. The sessions were one of the highlights of my stay. I always left feeling refreshed, energized, and more connected with myself

My mother and I spent seven wonderful days at La Pirogue Hotel. We loved everything! The staff were friendly and always ready to help and answer any questions. The bungalow rooms were great, with authentic interiors

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sugar Beach in Mauritius. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and beautifully tropical. The resort itself is stunning

Surrounded by lush gardens and set on a gorgeous stretch of beach with the most incredible sunsets. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the ocean and gardens

The resort strikes a lovely balance between being family-friendly and still feeling peaceful and luxurious. Overall, Sugar Beach is the perfect place for a relaxing tropical getaway

The buffet offered abundant ray of choices & different themes every night. Special shout out to Merwyn (deputy manager) & Isabelle (gym) for making our stay even greater & rememberable

The staff truly made the experience special, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying our stay

That said, there was still a wide variety of food options, and the beverage service was very good

We would especially like to highlight the staff, who were exceptionally kind, helpful and professional throughout our stay. Their friendliness truly made our holiday even more enjoyable

The only downside is - it’s a bit far from everything, but the island is pretty small, so it’s a good excuse to go on some excursions :-) also, excellent nurse and doctor service on site as well as security on the beach

Although we didn’t get a chance to visit it, the fact that there is a 24-hour sports bar is very appealing. The selection of alcoholic beverages was excellent, allowing us to enjoy a wide variety during our stay

but for an adults only hotel, the children policy should be enforced stricter. Kids are great and make our lives complete, but in this case, we want to get away for a little break

The food choices are excellent and the inclusive alcoholic drink selection includes the likes of Johnnie Walker, Beefeater etc. Tea and coffee, cakes and biscuits always available at the reception area coffee bar

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent — from the superb quality of the food to the outstanding service that made every moment special

The morning buffet was very good but the evening buffet remains very limited

The staff members are very nice and welcoming, and they really contribute to making guests feel comfortable during the stay. However, the buffet food was not good at all, which was disappointing

Beautiful property with amazing view of sea. It was quiet to soothe your nerves. Very well maintained with good, spacious rooms. Had delicious food for even vegetarians. Staff was polite, helpful and always smiling.

The beachfront location is paradise – pristine sands, crystal-clear lagoon, and those stunning sunsets. Rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with balconies offering direct ocean views

This stay was very good. The free water boat facilities were complete and convenient. The room was clean and tidy.

But the real highlight? The restaurant service, led by the phenomenal Sahil and his fantastic team

Lots of activities to do (free as well). Snorkeling in the lagoon was top tier. Room were always left sparkling after room service. A huge shout out to Sahil who made breakfast/dinner amazing with his exceptional service

Four-star pricing with five-star amenities and service. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety, freshly baked bread, and a small counter for children

The view is stunning and huge pool,cleanliness and the breakfasts venue was really great,good services and generous and kind stuff,

This is one of the best-designed hotels I have ever stayed in. The breakfast buffet was also the best among the three hotels I visited in Mauritius

We liked the restaurants, both Chinese and on the beach; everything was delicious! We rented a car, so it's important to understand that there's not much to see in the area around this hotel, and overall, there's not much to see

Much more interesting options are on other coastlines—further west, perhaps. Thank you for the excellent service, I think we'll be back!

The food and drink was excellent at every restaurant and the range of cuisines available was perfect for our two week break - we enjoyed the pina coladas a lot! We were visiting with our four-month old daughter and the staff all went above and beyond to make everything easier with her

The spa treatments we had were outstanding - the facial was the best I have ever had. Our beachside room exceeded expectations, and the housekeeping team really impressed us

We visited the Westin TB located on the north of the island in February 2026 and I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our stay! The food at Beach Grill, Kangan, Mystique and Fusion was delightful! The service was also impeccable and we were looked after the minute we arrived, and made to feel so special

What a wonderful experience to come to this hotel, the service from the managers to the waiters is exceptional, 5 star ,nothing is to much trouble we are here now and don't want to leave, food in the Indian restaurant last night was magnificent thanks to the attention of the manager

In particular, Sunita was really kind and helpful every morning at breakfast and Avinash at the Beach Grill gave us great service each time we visited. The whole hotel site is also very buggy friendly

The breakfast and evening buffets gave a good variety and there’s always plenty of staff on hand

The stay at Sofitel L'Imperial was planned as a complete rest and recuperation stay after a month of traveling in Africa. We booked the Opera Suite as a treat, and we were not disappointed

Amazing view of the ocean with a glorious sunset every evening. The entire staff were welcoming, professional and helpful at every interaction - Front Desk Staff/Bar and Restaurant Staff/House Keeping/ Grounds Keepers

However, when we went to 2 of the 3 onsite restaurants, we were not disappointed at all. Both the Jacaranda and Chinese restaurants delivered excellent meals

The Jacaranda put on a special Farewell dinner for us at the request of our tour operator, and it was a beautiful experience. The whole team worked together to make a truly magical evening

Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a bottle of chilled wine waiting in our room, along with congratulations cake and red flower petals beautifully arranged around the bathroom and bedroom
