Second time staying that Trou au Biches and it is still a great and beautiful faculty. But the staff could be friendlier. We noticed many times that the staff will take forever to get back to us. And I hated how we were always neglected compared to other tables. When you are a Black family, it makes you wonder if your treatment is because of your color and that is extremely unpleasant to experience...

Had a brilliant stay at this amazing resort. Excellent hospitality and staff were brilliant. We stayed there for 7 days and would have enjoyed staying longer as there were so many different activities and things at the resort . We were there to attend a wedding and it was amazing.

The service attitude was extremely poor. They were particularly unfriendly to Chinese people. The room was miscalculated during checkout. The room pickup for 5am was late by half an hour. The Chinese waiter said he was not Chinese and gave me a bad look. When I checked in, I had to wait until 8am to upgrade my room type. The wait time was 10am instead of 6am.

Room was clean and the front desk staff was nice and welcoming and also responsive to small requests we had like topping up the coffee and sugar sachets etc. We did not try the food. Location is very convenient for 1st day or last day of stay in Mauritius as it is just 1 km from the airport.

Beautiful hotel with a amazing beach .. the staff is super friendly and we loved the food.. the girl at the kids club is also super sweet and friendly. There is room for improvement in the rooms ..they could be cleaner and there was mould in the bathroom. I also didn’t care for the entertainment who were screaming most of the day quiz questions and bingo numbers.. not much relaxing there at the pool...

Our stay in Rio Creole Mauritius was really fabulous...We had Ocean facing room, the view was just awesome. The staff of the hotel were all very polite & made our stay very comfortable. It is an all inclusive hotel...the buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner were a wide variety. The housekeeping staff maintained the cleanliness of the rooms everyday. A great hotel, everything is new and clean, the service is excellent. Everything is included, which is important, as this part of the island has almost no restaurants, cafes, or shops, if any. Our entire holiday staying at the Riu Palace was nothing short of perfection. I cannot say enough how utterly incredible this place is. We stayed for a week and we had a partial sea view jr suite, our balcony overlooked palm trees and floral bushes and all you can hear is waves crashing from afar and birds tweeting it was beyond peaceful. They’re all incredibly attentive, polite and welcoming The hotel grounds are pristine and always kept that way - so much to do at both hotels (palace/turquoise) The buffet is very varied and there’s so many options every night. 11/10 would recommend to anyone

Very nice hotel with very well-kept grounds and very friendly staff (Deekap room service, Philipp luggage service). Beautiful view of the sea. Relaxation guaranteed. The gym could be better equipped, it lacks a power rack, a barbell with weights, a bench for bench presses, etc.

The trip was pleasant with a nice clean room and quality services. However, the distance from everything because we were on a small island remains quite isolating. The hotel prices remain quite expensive if you do not take all inclusive. A big negative point: there is an open buffet for half board but the other restaurants are only accessible if you pay extra. Absolutely stunning, beautiful resort, staff friendly and always helpfull, Jessica our housekeeper left us a very nice note and made us feel special, everyday we were excited to see our new towels animal on our beds. Overall a nice hotel with a nice beach. My wife did get sick on the first day which we attributed to the buffet - but you can never really know. Although that is the only place we ate at all day. The beach is pretty, though the lagoon is very shallow and it doesn't offer the best snorkelling in Mauritius. The watersports which are offered are slightly disappointing as they only had two of each thing...

We stayed here for 2 nights for our honeymoon, and in terms of service, it was a level above other luxury resorts. The best service, we had a very happy 2 nights. Highly recommended.

Simply amazing- from the facilities, beauty, room clean and so authentic style. Pool was amazing warm water , food all over the hotel was nothing less than amazing .
