We had a personal contact, Kamlesh, who helped us with restaurant reservations, taxis and snorkelling. The latter is offered free by the hotel

Fantastic resort, amazing food and restaurants, nice people. I recommend this resort in Mauritius for families and couples to relax and enjoy a nice view of the beach

All staff were so friendly and helpful. Sundowners watching the sunset each evening were fab. I would recommend that you reduce the padel price for guests who have their own rackets and balls which we did

A beautiful beach resort with several dining options and very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and was located just next to the beach for easy access

We stayed there for 7 days and would have enjoyed staying longer as there were so many different activities and things at the resort. We were there to attend a wedding and it was amazing

The resort was like a botanical garden and the beach was clean, easily accessed and not too busy. We stayed in a refurbished 3 bedroom villa with pool which was stunning

Ze Paul was always a few moments away with refreshments, and the wonderful team at Coco Hut provided delicious variations on the coconut cocktail! The variety of meal choices were also amazing

One other thing to be aware of is that if you don’t like cats there are a few around the main restaurant which might be off putting for some people

Our rooms were perfectly positioned (as per our request through our travel agent) and appointed. Exclusive sun beds just outside our patio, a few steps away from the heated adults only swimming pool

We especially want to highlight the excellent restaurants, above all Gin’ja, Le Château, and O’Grill, which impressed us with outstanding quality and a wonderful ambiance

I am not a fan of any "buffet" but Annabelle's changed my mind. The daily breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet (twice a week) catered for every taste and the food was fresh and delicious

A bit late on the review but me and my husband went on our honeymoon here back in April 2025 and it was beautiful

The culinary experience was outstanding as well. The buffet was varied and of the highest quality, and the other restaurants impressed us with delicious dishes and a wonderful atmosphere

The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The food was amazing, with a top-notch buffet offering great variety and quality at every meal

The cocktails were delicious, and a special mention to the bar team ! The only small downside was that the weather wasn’t the best during our stay, but even that didn’t take away from how amazing the experience was, we still had a really great time

Upon their return, they were always attentive and offered a complimentary late checkout on the last day, allowing the guest to rest until their transfer to the airport

The food is amazing, service very friendly and always helpful and on time, beach is beautiful clean and great corals. We stayed there with a toddler and everything was well accommodated even a bathtub and a nappy bin

Few things to note - if you are not on All Inclusive package, the water and room amenities like tea/coffee are chargeable

It's a bliss to walk around the beautiful paths around the pool. The beach is also near and clean. We also enrolled for a couple spa, which was great too! The resort is also lively, and we really loved the vibe

So, please ensure to buy water bottles from near by supermarket as the in room prices are very high. Everything else is great! I highly recommend staying at Tamassa when in Mauritius! :)

Tamassa Bel Ombre has the lot! We lucked into a great ground floor room a stones throw room the beach and pool! From arrival to departure we had no issues at all with the Tamassa

The restaurant offered a wide variety of food, and the hotel beach was beautiful, especially with its many lounge chairs

The service was terrible, but the Chinese restaurant was delicious, and the hotel's beachfront was absolutely beautiful.

However, the on-site Chinese restaurant was expensive and the food was not authentic

Breakfast offers a wide variety: from freshly squeezed juices to desserts, several types of eggs, cheeses, and fish. Overall, everything was simply superb!

A wonderful hotel with a stunning view of the ocean and a small island. The grounds are well-maintained, and there are water sports included in the price

The room was nice overall, clean and hygienic, with only a slight insecticide smell, but it didn't affect the stay. Overall, I was satisfied.

In Mauritius, I changed two places to live 😁 And the second one was right on the 💓 Le Morne Peninsula, with the most breathtaking mountain views of an underwater waterfall, the best beaches for kitesurfing, and the most stunning hotels in Mauritius🌴😭🫶 I stayed at Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels, with private beach access and sun loungers along the entire beach, minibars, a huge golf course, tons of activities...

Sparkling clean! The staff was attentive and very friendly. Staff at the buffet restaurant helped me fill and carry my plates because I had a baby with me

The Le Morne backdrop is dramatic and absolutely beautiful. The sunsets at Paradis were wonderful. Definitely my favourite area in Mauritius. The rooms were lovely and the hotel was very well maintained

There was plenty to do there. Towards the end of the holiday the bathroom goodies weren’t being replaced as much and the towels were slightly rough but that was my only concern

What really stood out to us was the staff - every single person we interacted with was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It made us feel right at home

We booked the half-board option, and while the buffet food was decent, it could be improved in terms of variety. A special touch was the complimentary surprise for our anniversary, which made our stay even more memorable

My mother and I spent seven wonderful days at La Pirogue Hotel. We loved everything! The staff were friendly and always ready to help and answer any questions. The bungalow rooms were great, with authentic interiors

The room itself is made of stone and overlooks the palm trees, but the rooms are positioned so that if you open the curtains, everyone can see you. The walkways are so close to the rooms that there's no privacy

These bottles are beautiful and a complimentary gift from the hotel; you can take them with you upon check-out. Breakfast: homemade pastries, fruit, and the chef makes omelets. The à la carte restaurant is delicious

We would especially like to mention Ravi, who worked in the restaurant. He is an outstanding person – always attentive, caring, and full of heart. Thanks to him, we felt extra well looked after

The hotel does not provide toothbrushes, and the drinks in the mini bar are charged. The shower is a bit lacking in water and a bit hot and cold

They kept asking about them every single time they saw us and even in the same night they told us when you go back to the room call room service and order what ever you want for your kids without charging us for it I totally appreciate your kindness and great hospitality

There was a guy who was very accommodating in anything we needed in the restaurant area. The restaurant chef Prakash was very attentive towards our family and needs

Everything literally was amazing and their caring is fabulous, it starts from the manager to the entire staff. My kids got sick, one of them throw up when we were in our dinner and they gave us a huge care of them

Went there last week and had a great time. Stayed in the Junior suite beachfront with our 2 kids on a full board plus. However had 2 double bed in one room which was not very convenient also with an open bathroom

I recently stayed at the beautiful Long Beach Hotel in Belle Mare, Mauritius, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive

The restaurant selection is excellent both at Sugar beach and next door at Le Pirouge - the food is quality is outstanding. Sunsets with the DJ and cocktails at the Buda bar were wonderful

The hotel is well appointed for walks along the beach and to explore the local area. We played golf during our stay which is included with the hotel, fabulous views, great course amongst the natural surroundings

Absolutely beautiful resort in a stunning location — the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It has to be seen and experienced to be fully appreciated

Facilities at both hotels are excellent gym, water sports, tennis and spa. The beach and adult pool area had lots of sunbeds and space to relax

What we loved most was how family-friendly the entire resort is. The kids had a great time at the pool and RUILand, and we could truly relax knowing they were enjoying themselves in a safe and fun environment

Before coming here, I had read some of the negative reviews and honestly felt a bit nervous. But my experience at RIU Turquoise was absolutely perfect. I’m a 28-year-old woman and was traveling alone

The food options were excellent with a good variety to keep everyone happy—including the kids! The entertainment team was fantastic, always full of energy and offering activities throughout the day

A great hotel, everything is new and clean, the service is excellent. Everything is included, which is important, as this part of the island has almost no restaurants, cafes, or shops, if any

The room itself was beautiful, the bed was ridiculously comfy, bathroom was spotless, shower was amazing and the refillable fridge was an added bonus! The staff couldn’t be more lovely, so polite and friendly and helpful from the pool staff to the bar staff and the kitchen staff, all were amazing

The grounds are very beautiful and well-maintained, but the beach is windy and not the most convenient, though there are swimming pools. If you go to the right, there are more comfortable areas with beautiful views

We stayed for a week and we had a partial sea view jr suite, our balcony overlooked palm trees and floral bushes and all you can hear is waves crashing from afar and birds tweeting it was beyond peaceful

This isn't just my opinion; it's a health issue! A hotel of this caliber should not tolerate "grabbed" plates or, excuse me, unwashed ones

You can even try lobster for dinner. However, I would draw the management's attention to the cleanliness of the dishes in the dining room

The hotel prices remain quite expensive if you do not take all inclusive. A big negative point: there is an open buffet for half board but the other restaurants are only accessible if you pay extra

The management and staff went out of their way to meet with us. Everyone on staff were friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to see to it we were happy and comfortable. Grounds and gardens neat and tidy

The trip was pleasant with a nice clean room and quality services. However, the distance from everything because we were on a small island remains quite isolating

The friendly a-la-carte restaurant by the pool was nice enough but the menu too limited in terms of choice and variation for us on B&B for a full week

We time and time again experienced breakfast not being stocked up, even before 9am, which really is unheard of, seeing breakfast ends 10am. We only had one dinner in restaurant, really because it was bad

Also in the all inclusive there is around 100 different wine to choose included - amazing !!! And above all the service and hospitality of all the team, really 6 star hotel. We will definitely come back

The junior suite villa is very spacious and provides a great, quite and relaxing atmosphere. There are a couple of great pools. The resort provides provides sprawling grounds, which is great for taking a relaxing walk

We stayed here for 2 nights for our honeymoon, and in terms of service, it was a level above other luxury resorts. The best service, we had a very happy 2 nights. Highly recommended.

Let's talk about it from a few conveniences Facilities: three restaurants, two swimming pools, one of which is heated

Simply amazing- from the facilities, beauty, room clean and so authentic style. Pool was amazing warm water , food all over the hotel was nothing less than amazing. One of the best wine lists I have ever seen

The breakfast in the main restaurant is quite exquisite, and the food I ate for three days has not changed. The floating restaurant for dinner is very interesting and tastes good

Thank you for pleasant stay! Hotel is very good, located in the lovely bay with private beach and large pool. Half board is the best option.

But the best benefit was you could use all the facilities and restaurants of the local sister hotels Viktoria & Canonier that were superb and where everything was equally as good. The restaurants were all magnificent

My wife ended up using the pedal boat and going on the glass bottom boat. The restaurant seemed like it could've had more food and more choices for the amount of people at breakfast and dinner every day

The environment is absolutely beautiful, with blue skies and white clouds, tall palm trees, a turquoise swimming pool, and the option to leisurely stroll along the beach and watch the waves crash against the shore

The only downside I can think of is the water! Regular water in the restaurant is also available for an extra fee. I don't have any questions about other drinks, but regular water is odd!

Very interesting! The room was large: a room and a living room with a fold-out sofa. The balcony offered incredible views of the palm trees and the sea. You can always grab a bite at the beach restaurants

My stay at the Hilton was excellent from start to finish. The staff were warm and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities made everything effortless

There's a communal pool with a separate jacuzzi, as well as an adults-only pool (no children allowed). Room cleaning is daily, and they offer extra cleaning if needed

The hotel is very good. It has its own beach. You can see the sea from the hotel. The bathroom in the room is large. The hotel environment is very good. It is very close to the airport. It's a good experience!

I gave it four stars because it has a free child care center called The Nest. The hotel is very new, very close to the airport but far from the market. It usually takes more than 20 minutes to go out to eat
