You can tell they use leftover food at the buffett. In the restaurant options were slim pickings. The hotel had a mild dewy smell to it. The elevators take a very long time and are always packed. They tell you you have a hotel credit, but then it's a limited credit. You can't use it on everything and, you have to pay the taxes on the credit if you don't book directly through them and you use any outside agencies, they treat you differently.
And any problems you have while you're there.They say it's because you booked with an outside agency.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and all the staff are kind and eager to help and please you.
We truly had an amazing time and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend Beach Palace!
