I’d like to give an extra Thank you to our Butlers. Saul on the 5th floor was outstanding! He was genuinely caring and always had a smile on his face. He always assisted us promptly willing to assist whenever possible with extra pillows, blankets or special requests. Roberto was equally great and would always answer our request promptly and efficiently. He would handle all our requests through texts or in person with a quick follow-up. We loved both of them for their amazing service and gracious hospitality.
The pool area is amazing with the delicious ice cream shop, churro and taco stands too. The staff was efficient setting up your lounge chair and providing drinks, and so friendly.
The staff at Kakao & Glacé were so kind and provided us delicious coffees, crepes and cookies every morning. We enjoyed seeing them and received excellent service. In particular, Francisco, Mercedes and Manuel were so friendly always willing to go the extra mile to make our morning experience wonderful.
I will recommend LeBlanc to all my family and friends as the best vacation experience in Cancun.
A huge thank you to Camila in Public Relations and Brando at the front desk, who went above and beyond helping me navigate an extra-night logistics puzzle. Their calm, proactive support made a stressful situation feel totally manageable and ultimately seamless.
The beach team was exceptional—Victor, Rafael, Jose, and Juan were consistently warm, attentive, and accommodating. They made it effortless to settle in and truly unplug.
Food-wise, dinner was the highlight by far. I’m a foodie, and I was genuinely impressed. Yama and Bella were my favorites, and I also really enjoyed Lumière (Jonny was great!). Special shoutout to Miguel (my favorite waiter at Bella, where I went three times!) and Cristian at Yama—and it was also such a treat to meet Chef Freddy at a ceviche class.
For breakfast and lunch, the buffet was average, but the resort absolutely shines with its fun food moments and special offerings: the fish market on the pool deck was a blast, and the rotating treats like churros and al pastor tacos were memorable and so well done.
Overall: beautiful property, wonderful people, and a true “you don’t have to think about anything” vacation. If you value service and great dinners, Le Blanc is a fantastic choice!
Standout spa and hydrotherapy area - highlight of the resort.
Service - everyone was attentive and welcoming.
Food was better than standard all inclusive.
Pool area was nice - we prefer the beach (you can be at a pool anywhere - why go to Mexico for a pool??)
Cons:
Really really turned off by their push to sell you a membership. We said no multiple times to the sales pitch meeting during check in and the concierge kept pushing it. I felt they were not respectful of the no. The extra $400 for agreeing to attend the meeting didn’t matter to me. They asked us the next morning if we had thought more about it - making me feel like I needed to avoid the concierge area as it made me feel very uncomfortable. No means no.
Then - as we were leaving (we checked out a day early) they were trying to push another $299 offer to us - literally as we were walking out to our transportation. Reminded us of how irritating the first pitch was - left a sour taste in our mouth.
The rooms feel a little dated and the in room hot tub felt odd to me - but some people really love that - so that’s just a personal preference.
Overall:
We liked the stay but the sales pitches really turned us off and I’m not sure that I will return to their properties because of this.
If you are ok with these types of sales tactics, I would recommend this resort as every other part of the actual hotel and services were great. The spa was incredible!

Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations!
Pros:
1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel.
2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe.
3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it.
4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well.
5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere.
Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!
The atmosphere feels like a Western old couple coming to rest,
and there are only 2 Korean couples including my wife and I!!
Everyone here is kind and doesn't ask for tips!
And especially the Korean concierge, Jeha, just carries it hard,,
I had some trouble with the taxi, but he helped me right away and made it so that I could take care of it when I got to Koreaㅠ ㅠ
Even without asking, he packed a lunch for me because the airport food was bad and expensive, and he was just the best.. .💗
We'll go again when our 10th anniversary comes!
