Impression Moxché by Secrets – Adults Only – All Inclusive in Cancun

From January 29th to February 1st I stayed at the hotel Impression Moxche by secrets in palsy del Carmen. During my stay, the service was acceptable, but the experience after check-out has been extremely disappointing.

Upon leaving the hotel, I forgot to request my invoice, so I immediately contacted the concierge service to ask for their help. At first, they assured me that they would take care of the matter, but over time I have only received evasiveness and no concrete solution. Almost a month has passed and a procedure as simple as issuing an invoice remains unresolved. I have made multiple follow-ups and, given the lack of progress, I even proposed that they provide me directly with the contact of the person in charge, understanding that the concierge team could face difficulties in management. However, despite my willingness and patience, the hotel has not provided any effective response or promoted the process appropriately.

While service during the stay is important, after-sales service is equally essential. It is unacceptable that a hotel of Impression's category should handle such a basic aspect of customer service in such a poor and negligent manner. To this day, the hotel has not taken this situation seriously and promptly leaves guests stranded once they have left its facilities.
