Good little hotel for short stays. Staff are wonderful and attentive. Diego in restaurant was friendly attentive and a great cook. Love the toiletries in room, included toothbrush, lotion, tissue pack and shampoo. Area is rural but Ubers are easy and affordable. Took one to nearby Playa del Niño. The front desk sells refreshments and water. Note: not at all close to the Cancun hotel zone
Quiet Hotel. Value for money. Near ADO Cancun bus station.
Scam regarding the tourist tax (6x more than what the Trip app indicated). So you think you have a "cheap" hotel (€28) and suddenly it becomes €33.
The environment is okay, the distance to the airport is also okay, very convenient
It was ok for the promotion of my book “Yo solo” Author: Dr. Filipini. You can check it in Amazon.com
Update : the hotel refunded my dad in the morning for the second time they charged me.
I booked this off Priceline for my dad and paid in advance. When he got there they said they couldn't find the reservation. He showed them the receipt and confirmation number. That wasn't enough for them. They had me forward the confirmation email to them and then said they did not to receive it. Eventually...

The location is great, just a ten-minute walk from the bus stop, and there's a large supermarket on the way! Highly recommended if you're catching a bus in the morning.
Good value, easy transport
Great hotel stay in downtown Cancun. Really short walk to the bus stop, so transfer from the airport was easy on the ADO bus, as well the local buses to the beaches nearby. Good value - all we needed for a night.
A good hotel that I return to when I need to stay in central
cancun. Always clean, good value and good service in both the hotel and the restaurant
Very clean the room and very polite the staff.
good location and safe place.
Hotel worked well for our time in Cancun. Had everything we needed, was clean and staff friendly. Pool was a bit dreary!
Good price! Room was clean! It was a basic accomodation but it was good for the price I paid.

Simple hotel but exceeded expectations. Perfect for a one night stay with airport less than 10 minutes away. breakfast was decent and the local restaurant served Mexican dishes which was popular with locals. Food was amazing.
Although all of the questions have been favorable to this facility the facade and overall structure is very mediocre no attention to details at all
Friendly and very dedicated personal. Very practical location for rapid access to Cancun airport.
Not much nearby but convenient for the airport.
There's a free shuttle service to the airport, but it is offered few fixed times a day only. You would be very lucky the shuttle time works for your flights.
Alternative transport options from the airport are very expensive, even if very close, 10 min ride.
I would encourage looking for transport options before booking a room here.
Good location close to the airport. Parking area is very small.

While the Caribbean scenery is beautiful, the hotel's facilities are truly subpar. The lighting is incredibly dim, the bathroom fixtures are rusty, and the curtains are torn. The telephone on the nightstand is yellowed and looks like it's 20 years old...
The service was terrible, and the noise level in the room at night was completely disproportionate to the price. My complaints were ignored, and I felt discriminated against as a Chinese person.
Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The lobby and rooms were comfortable, tidy, and clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly. They even have a smart robot that delivers food! The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Nice Hotel, great location, but Staff wanted to charge me extra taxes I already paid when I booked.. be careful with double charges.. They are very famous.
Everything was very good. The staff were friendly, the cleanliness was of the highest level, and the location was perfect.
This hotel is absolutely amazing and recommended.
Five star service with good quality food, the beach is beautiful in the best location.

The hotel environment was okay, but the staff's service attitude was very poor. The power was out for most of the day on the second day of my stay, and the staff didn't provide satisfactory answers when I asked them.
Positive review. A small villa-style hotel with a kitchen, perfect for a family, and excellent value for money. The beach is right outside the door; a very unique hotel. Highly recommended.
The hotel is very nice, with pools and a private beach. The staff are welcoming and offer helpful advice. There's an ATM and a supermarket in the hotel, which is very convenient.
The room is clean. The Beach is beautiful and the service is really good.
The rooms are very nice and clean, the service is very friendly, I liked it a lot
Wonderful place, perfect for family vacation! Definitely will come back again! We found all our needs and feel like home in amazing place. Only things is drinks are not the best and food was okay, but again for this price is all understandable!
So no complaints! Than you! See you soon )

The room was very spacious and the decor was new. However, upon entering, there was a damp, musty smell, like the seaside, which required opening a window or running the air conditioning to dissipate. Overall, though, it was great value for money!
The hygiene is excellent, and the room is exceptionally spacious.
We had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. Safety was our top priority during this trip, and we felt very comfortable and well taken care of here. The environment was clean, and we did not experience any stomach or hygiene issues, which was very important to us.
The staff were friendly, professional, and very prompt in responding to our requests. Their service made our stay much easier and more...
Nice hotel with all needed amenities like gym, pool and shuttle bus to public beaches and malls. No public bus awailable in the area, but Uber or Didi resolved all the transportation needs.
There isn't much to eat around the hotel. However, the rooms actually have kitchens, and there's a large desk in the room, which is very convenient for using a laptop. Many people online said the hotel breakfast was terrible, but I found it to be okay; at least there were plenty of meat dishes and yogurt. In the evening, some snacks and drinks are available on the rooftop, and the view is also nice...
Fantastic hotel
Jorge and Cesar were the shining lights when we arrived and they remembered us through our stay.

We enjoyed the stay at Beach Scape, the room big and hv nice balcony
We enjoyed the pool and also nice beach front at the resort
Overall good to stay here
The hotel's location is great, with easy access to the beach. The facilities are basic, but it offers good value for money and the staff are quite friendly. If I go to Cancun again, I'd love to stay for a week.
The facilities are a bit old, but the room is spacious and the beach is great and quiet. Breakfast was just okay.
The room was comfortable and had a balcony. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was efficient. All the service staff were friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The hotel's location is great, and it has a private, unbeatable beach.
Amazing! The swimming pool, the people, the beach and the breakfast is incredible!
The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!

Room was very clean. Our bags delivered to our room, great breakfast in the morning. A very pleasant stay Thx.
This place has met our expectations, clean rooms check in staff was awesome, breakfast was delicious coo
Very clean room but no wifi signal inside the room . A little bit noisy in the morning
It is not very central, the worst thing is that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms and the phone signal does not work inside them, another problem is that the window faces the hallways and takes away all privacy
Simple but very clean hotel in a good central location between the Mercado 28 and the Parque de las Palapas, both in easy walking distance.
The wifi in our room was strong and stable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Staff were friendly.
Good budget hotel; it was clean. The WiFi signal was weak in the room, so it occasionally stopped working.

The manager and staff were all excellent—very friendly and helpful in many ways, and they were the highlight of our stay. However, I felt the overall management could be improved. The hotel did not offer coffee in the rooms or in the lobby, and there was no microwave available for guests to use. The shampoo and body wash also seemed to be of poor quality; they didn’t lather at all, no matter how much...
I was charged 500 pesos and this wasn’t standard practice in most places I have been for a deposit
The staff was friendly, but overall the experience could’ve been better. The hotel wasn’t very clean — while the sheets were clean, the walls, floor, and bathroom were not. The balcony door handle was broken and just taped over, which didn’t feel secure at all. The main door also didn’t seem very safe. The pool was out of service during our stay, and the breakfast was limited to just chilaquiles and...
1 night stay ahead of our next day flight, room was big with a minibar that was convenient, staff friendly, but amenities and cleanliness was not there. We had a great stay! The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here.
The photos are not good, but the hotel is really unexpected. Clean and the room is large. It is very convenient in the center of Cancun. Basically, you can walk to various markets in 10 minutes.
Great location just next to Tulum Avenue. Very clean place, lovely and understanding staff. Hot water was lacking on certain nights, but still fine to make do. Still recommend!
Not a resort but still 5 star for the service we received from front desk, security, and the cleaning staff. The location is a 4 min walk to everything you need in the city and the prices were reasonable. The front desk even asked our opinion on the new rooms for future. The cafe was amazing too
Gets busy on the weekends. You get to experience real Mexico. I'd definitely stay here again.
The hotel is located in downtown (centro) Cancun a short 10 minute walk from the main bus terminal. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly but speak limited English. There are many food stalls in the area the cater to both locals and tourists. The hotel is an affordable and convenient jump off point for touring around and beyond Cancun.

Great affordable hotel. Perfectly clean, big beds. Clean sheets. Fresh smell. Blew my mind for 150$ for 3 nights! I had rented a room in the green capsule hostile and I had to leave and I’m glad I did. This place is way better for basically the same price as a hostel you get your own big room. Ernesto was such a great host and we had such a good time. The view is stunning and we spent the majority of our time in both the ocean and on the beach. It was my second time in the property. I really love it. Kayaking walking down in the beach, everything is magic. For sure I do I will be back again and again. Thank Ernesto for being a wonderful host.
This place is all about Ernesto the owner and the beautiful view! Ernesto was a great host and let us feel at home. The place is basic and rustic, need a lot of maintenance and repairs to be brought at level. I hope Ernesto will make it happen in 2022! Good luck!
Owner was very helpful, kind, accommodating during our short stay. The owner went out of his way to get us transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in was a very basic one bedroom but was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the water and Isla Mujares. Additionally, the location is a short walk from a beach restaurant.
The place's vibe is amazing with a great ocean view, with bikes & kayak to go around, also Ernesto was very kind with us at every moment.
The kitchen was a bit old & dirty but nothing that can not be solved by the owner.
It's important to know that this place is to get relaxed, dont expect huge parties & places to go to at night. In general a good place to go to

Amazing best hotel and location super, staff super nice
Very convenient and good relations
The rooms were very nice, and the service from the staff was exceptional.
Minor issues: Wi-Fi frequently disconnected, and sometimes not enough power reached the rooms.
Strange smells. We thought it was damp, but when they cleaned, we realized it was the air freshener they used when mopping. I recommend changing the air freshener.
Correct room for those who needed a cheap hotel for one night in Cancun. Location in a square with bars and supermarket. Near main street
THIS HOTEL IS AVEREG NOT TOO GOOD
Clean room, a little uncomfortable because of the stairs, it is easily accessible to the Palapas park and the Cristo Rey church, a lot of movement at night, pleasant

Above all, the sunset from the open-air bath was the best!
Great hotel for families looking to relax and enjoy accommodation not directly on the beach, but with the option of using hotels on the beach.
Best bang for your buck if you're looking for an affordable all inclusive
A serene little resort in the north of Hotel Zone with mostly retirees and couples. We enjoyed 4 nights all inclusive here with friendly service and the beautiful sunsets over the lagoon. Personally find that the lagoon side is much more charming and relaxing as there is no loud music blasting all day. You can kayak to the other side on a good day with little effort. Clean. Amazing service. Great views. Activities. Food variety
Had to change rooms. The original room had alot of broken parts. Party cancun crowd checked in on the same day was not a peaceful atmosphere as advertised. Food was 90% bad. Reception and activities staff were nice but all other staff were poorly trained and confused. Premium price for below avg quality.
It was a nice resort. They are renovating it but I’m not sure why it was real nice as it was.
Everything was great! They closed for renovations and i can only image how amazing it will be when it opens back up!
The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! From the greeting to the departure, we were well taken care of! I can't wait to go back!
We loved our stay at Secrets, the staff/service was outstanding. Although the majority of the resort gorgeous, it is in need of some upgrading, I understand they will be closing in a week to do that. We would love to come back post renovations!

A sexy hotel with an adult theme. All activities in the hotel are very sexy. You are not allowed to take photos of others. You can only take photos of the exterior and the beach. There are sexy pool parties. Use your imagination😄

This place was great for staying near the airport. The rooms were clean and you can see that they update the hotel as needed. They were even painting the lobby on the day that I entered, so things looked fresh. I only stayed one night, but I would absolutely stay here again for longer if I needed to be in this area. My son said the gym was simple, but he was able to complete a workout there.
This accommodation is a practical choice for a short stay, particularly before or after a trip to the Yucatan Peninsula. While it adequately meets the needs for a one-night stay, guests seeking a longer visit may want to explore other options. Its proximity to the airport was a key factor in our selection, as well as its accessibility to nearby restaurants and supermarkets.
I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, and it was an excellent experience. The property was clean and well-connected to the airport and the hotel zone. The staff’s attention was outstanding, and I would love to return soon.
The staff was kind. However, even though the air conditioner was working, the room smelled a bit bad, probably due to humidity.

Great location! Clean rooms and spacious!
Upon arrival, the receptionist didn't speak English, but he managed with the help of a translator.
The room was adequate, but three out of four days I had no hot water. The hotel is right next to the road, and there's very little soundproofing; I could hear the cars and buses quite a bit.
Most of hotel staffs seldom speak English, so occasionally it was a bit tough to communicate with them, basically they were nice though :) Shower was not hot enough late at night.
Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Pool chaise lounges were in dire need of repair. They had 4 and all 4 needed repair of some kind. They were falling apart.
