Good little hotel for short stays. Staff are wonderful and attentive. Diego in restaurant was friendly attentive and a great cook. Love the toiletries in room, included toothbrush, lotion, tissue pack and shampoo. Area is rural but Ubers are easy and affordable. Took one to nearby Playa del Niño. The front desk sells refreshments and water. Note: not at all close to the Cancun hotel zone

Scam regarding the tourist tax (6x more than what the Trip app indicated). So you think you have a "cheap" hotel (€28) and suddenly it becomes €33.

Update : the hotel refunded my dad in the morning for the second time they charged me. I booked this off Priceline for my dad and paid in advance. When he got there they said they couldn't find the reservation. He showed them the receipt and confirmation number. That wasn't enough for them. They had me forward the confirmation email to them and then said they did not to receive it. Eventually...

The location is great, just a ten-minute walk from the bus stop, and there's a large supermarket on the way! Highly recommended if you're catching a bus in the morning.

Good value, easy transport Great hotel stay in downtown Cancun. Really short walk to the bus stop, so transfer from the airport was easy on the ADO bus, as well the local buses to the beaches nearby. Good value - all we needed for a night.

There's a free shuttle service to the airport, but it is offered few fixed times a day only. You would be very lucky the shuttle time works for your flights. Alternative transport options from the airport are very expensive, even if very close, 10 min ride. I would encourage looking for transport options before booking a room here.

While the Caribbean scenery is beautiful, the hotel's facilities are truly subpar. The lighting is incredibly dim, the bathroom fixtures are rusty, and the curtains are torn. The telephone on the nightstand is yellowed and looks like it's 20 years old...

The service was terrible, and the noise level in the room at night was completely disproportionate to the price. My complaints were ignored, and I felt discriminated against as a Chinese person.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The lobby and rooms were comfortable, tidy, and clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly. They even have a smart robot that delivers food! The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The room was very spacious and the decor was new. However, upon entering, there was a damp, musty smell, like the seaside, which required opening a window or running the air conditioning to dissipate. Overall, though, it was great value for money!

Nice hotel with all needed amenities like gym, pool and shuttle bus to public beaches and malls. No public bus awailable in the area, but Uber or Didi resolved all the transportation needs.

There isn't much to eat around the hotel. However, the rooms actually have kitchens, and there's a large desk in the room, which is very convenient for using a laptop. Many people online said the hotel breakfast was terrible, but I found it to be okay; at least there were plenty of meat dishes and yogurt. Not a resort but still 5 star for the service we received from front desk, security, and the cleaning staff. The location is a 4 min walk to everything you need in the city and the prices were reasonable. The front desk even asked our opinion on the new rooms for future. The hotel is located in downtown (centro) Cancun a short 10 minute walk from the main bus terminal. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly but speak limited English. Good Boutique hotel in center of North Hotel Zone, across from the Mega hotels, with great service by the staff. Loved it so much , I kept renewing & stayed a month. The staff is so great , helpful & professional. A special shout out to Cuauhtumec for all his help in making my stay so enjoyable.

Owner was very helpful, kind, accommodating during our short stay. The owner went out of his way to get us transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in was a very basic one bedroom but was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the water and Isla Mujares. Additionally, the location is a short walk from a beach restaurant.

The place's vibe is amazing with a great ocean view, with bikes & kayak to go around, also Ernesto was very kind with us at every moment. The kitchen was a bit old & dirty but nothing that can not be solved by the owner. It's important to know that this place is to get relaxed, dont expect huge parties & places to go to at night. The rooms were very nice, and the service from the staff was exceptional. Minor issues: Wi-Fi frequently disconnected, and sometimes not enough power reached the rooms. Strange smells. We thought it was damp, but when they cleaned, we realized it was the air freshener they used when mopping. I recommend changing the air freshener.

Had to change rooms. The original room had alot of broken parts. Party cancun crowd checked in on the same day was not a peaceful atmosphere as advertised. Food was 90% bad. We stayed here overnight after a doctors appointment and while we were happy with the location, security and cleanliness of the hotel we did not enjoy the mattress. Neither of us really slept. The pillows are small square pillows, a very thin top blanket is all you have against the AC and just no support in the mattress. While we did not need it, the kitchenette has no utensils or pots and pans. However...

This place was great for staying near the airport. The rooms were clean and you can see that they update the hotel as needed. They were even painting the lobby on the day that I entered, so things looked fresh. I only stayed one night, but I would absolutely stay here again for longer if I needed to be in this area. My son said the gym was simple, but he was able to complete a workout there.

Upon arrival, the receptionist didn't speak English, but he managed with the help of a translator. The room was adequate, but three out of four days I had no hot water. The hotel is right next to the road, and there's very little soundproofing; I could hear the cars and buses quite a bit.

Most of hotel staffs seldom speak English, so occasionally it was a bit tough to communicate with them, basically they were nice though :) Shower was not hot enough late at night.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Pool chaise lounges were in dire need of repair. They had 4 and all 4 needed repair of some kind. They were falling apart.

I used this hotel because it was the designated hotel for tour pick-up. English is a little difficult to communicate, but they are friendly and can be used with translation apps and gestures.
