The staff were very helpful, but the hotel app wasn't working, which was inconvenient. I wanted to change a restaurant reservation, but when I canceled it, I couldn't make another reservation. It was an all-inclusive resort, but I didn't realize there was a limit to the number of restaurant reservations I could make until I got there. I ended up eating most of my meals at the buffet, which was boring...

Not worth the money for an All Inclusive, not much foods options at the buffet.

We have been to the GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive 3 times in the past all excellent this visit the same excellent.

The room is a bit old and not suitable for the elderly. There are too many ups and downs.

You have to pay for everything inside property including fridge, gas stove. They do not provide a microwave.

We booked this last minute, and it was a really nice place to stay with two young children. It is right by the beach. It also has two pools, and a zero entry water park. There was a buffet or order off the menu option for all meals. A few things would make it better: the pools were pretty cold. Our kids love the water, but they had a hard time

The location is far from the city center and the hotel zone, but close to a shopping mall and a few restaurants. The paid parking service is very convenient (a few euros per day). The room is quite bare, but clean enough. It really needs at least a kettle and a mini-fridge. There was a problem with very weak water pressure in the shower. The staff was kind.

Simple and clean, with a relatively quiet surrounding environment. The location is excellent, ideal as a transit hotel for those arriving in the city or on their way to the airport. There are several convenience stores nearby, and the nearest shopping mall is about a ten-minute walk away.

Great location close to the big shopping center. But you can hang laundry as it is very small the room and no balcony. Further it is good. They have a drinking water machine in the lobby

Located in the side of a big traffic circle. Malls are near by but the beaches and wet lands are not close by. Hotel is basic.

On my first day living in the sink, the water couldn't flow down, so I had to exert a lot of effort to open the sink! I live on the seventh floor and it happened to be raining and there were two leaks! I don't want to trouble them! I use trash cans and towels to keep out the water. The facilities were very good. The buffet meals were good, but too crowded, especially at breakfast: queues to get in, queues to get served. The two outstanding restaurants were the steakhouse and the French restaurant. The check-in queue was incredible, an hour's wait. Everything was great, from check in to check out! The staff was amazing especially the butlers and the assitance staff!

The breakfast buffet is great with a lot of options, fresh and tasty. The staff speaks English very well and are thoughtful. Being connected to the hospital next door is a plus. The roof terrace with exercise room is very nice.

The property is immediately annexed to the Galenia Hospital where we went for our annual checkups and so it's extremely convenient to stay there, as a corridor leads straight from the lobby to the hospital. The beds are comfy, the amenities are fine. There are nice restaurants and shopping centers that are nearby. The towels are terrible and the bathroom stalls look like they need better cleaning...

The pool needs a complete retile and was a bit slimy. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old, flat or lumpy. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was quite good and staff were very accommodating. Not a walkable area but Uber is cheap. All in all, a pleasant stay

The location inside a jungle was very attractive and athmospheric. In the beginning, we were somewhat lost because the parking was located on a different location rather than near the entrance. However, the rooms were very clean and thought about. All was good. The experience was fantastic And we took pictures of the garden. Hilarious!

The hostel was reasonably located in the hotel zone however a bit far from downtown. The amenities were ok - kitchen was ok, it also had a lounge and cinema room and cafe was in the reception. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great location, super close to the beach, good facilities, pool, bar and Great Lake view. Slightly dated in the bedrooms, no curtains on the beds and the rooms could have been cleaner, I think there was som confusion as to which bunks were used and not. I had an issue but the staff were quick to respond and move me to another room quickly.

Selina Hotel offers a great quality-to-price ratio. The location is excellent — everything is close by, especially the supermarket, which is perfect for breakfast options. The hotel is also about a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is very convenient. Considering the price, it’s definitely worth recommending. The Ocean Spa Hotel was clean, affordable and nice for smaller scale hotel. It was wonderful to be on the beach side of the zona hotel , it was close to transportation to Isle Mujeres and public transit stops. This was a nice place. Very mellow and quiet. Reminds me more of a family kinda place with kids. Food was not the best. I left every meal hungry still. Everything was great. Stay was very good , room for as clean, but they barely have warm water, so if your use to a nice warm shower, don’t expect that here.

Great budget accommodation. Everything you would expect from a regular hotel. Everything was clean. The only issue I had was with the body wash and shampoo. I think the bottles basically had the same thing, and they were very low quality. Other than that everything was satisfactory.

Indeed an old hotel. However the good location, affordable, a big communal area with free flow coffee and tea and free breakfast make up for it. The air conditioning is weak. Breakfast is simple and typical Mexican type. Since is free so don’t ask for too much. Happy to see a water dispenser for us to use. We stayed here for 3 nights as we ppa to do day trips.

The hotel's location is decent, close to a commercial area, and getting a taxi is quite convenient. The room's blackout curtains are really good. However, all the water in the room has to be paid for.

Great value and a great location. We stayed in an "apartment" that was really just an efficiency kitchenette in a bedroom but it had everything we needed for around $100/night.

There are many restaurants around the hotel. Although it looks a bit dark at night, it's still quite safe. The front desk staff speaks English.

The hotel might have been undergoing renovations when I booked, but the room I stayed in was clean, tidy, and spacious. The balcony got plenty of sun in the afternoon, and the lobby lounge area was quiet. The pool was clean and the facilities were good. I'd definitely stay here again.
