Although the facilities are a bit dated, they are quite well-maintained given their age.

It’s a big scale hotel with all the facilities, swimming pools are nice. Service is just standard, welcome snacks are missing and we have to ask to slippers. Thought it’s pretty standard provision for the fees we’re paying. Great views from the rooms.

I was looking for a reasonably priced, newly built, all-inclusive hotel and decided on this one. I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay at the hotel and use its facilities, so even though it wasn't in the main hotel zone, I was okay with it. Although I made a reservation for 4 nights, when I arrived at the hotel, I was not able to stay in the club floor room due to the air conditioning not working properly, and was forced to stay at a different hotel. The alternative hotel did not meet my requirements.

Very respinsive staff. Maintenance is completed promptly Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue. Didn't appreciate that. We lost two pairs of shoes.
