Hotels with pool in Tulum

The only issue is that the hotel is difficult to find. I walked by it twice and didn't see the entrance. The google location is correct, but the door is so easy to miss. It is a hidden gem once you found it

It was nice having a pool and a refrigerator. The air conditioner didn't cool our room to the degree we set it. A gym on the next street plays loud music in the morning

It is a family owned small hotel. It is very quiet and comfortable. It is not fancy, but pretty sweet. The people working there are very nice. I have no complain and enjoyed my one-night stay there

There was also a sign on the door directing you to enter on another street which also had no signage. Eventually i knocked loudly and the staff person came to the rescue

The owner and staff are so friendly. Walkable distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Starbucks is a 5 minute walk away. 15 minute walk to the central bus station

There, as in most of Mexico, was no number on the outside of the building so there was no way to confirm I was at the correct place

The palm trees around the pool made our trip feel so tropical and luxurious. The bar and restaurant were closed while we were here, but that did not bother us because there are great restaurants all over Centro

The condos are owned by different people. Property management takes care of the pool and garden. We booked off booking and will gladly do it again. The bartender was super chill and great to keep conversations with

The vibe there is super chill, with lots of plants, a big pool near all the ground floor rooms, and really wonderful staff and friendly guests. We just got back home, but we're already talking about going back

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I stayed in the penthouse suite and loved how spacious it was and having a private pool and jacuzzi

The staff were so kind and helpful! We had such a great time relaxing by the pool and reading. We plan on coming back in the future!

Also, the Lucky Lizard bar was really fun to hang by and the bartender Iram was very nice and attentive. Clothing optional is really the way to go as well. I felt safe the whole time and very comfortable

The luxury cabana right on the beach was great, with its front porch with chairs, hammock, chairs, very comfortable bed, small refrigerator, 5-gallon dispenser of purified water, steps away from the terrace restaurant/bar with excellent food from breakfast to dinner

My wife and I stayed for the weekend during our time at Na’atik Language and Culture Institute in Felipe Carrillo Puerto. The staff at the hotel was friendly and welcoming

Every member of the staff at the restaurant, front desk, and room cleaning were very friendly and polite, and very quick in attending to my needs. Daniel at the front desk was very accommodating and informative

Note though we did not use the pool as it was less accessible to our room

Good position for shops, beach, ATM etc. Very nice bungalow on the beach (especially after free upgrade), excellent service staff. This hotel was a real 'find' and very good value for money

We recently stayed in this beautiful rustic hotel in a bungalow on the beach just steps from the ocean. The staff are the absolute strength of this hotel with nothing too much trouble

The room was small but the cleaning was excellent with different ‘towel animals’ every day. There are free shuttles in the park to get to the ruins and museum. I would definitely recommend it

We had a very nice time at El Paraiso Hotel de Tulum. It was located on a beautiful beach – although be aware of the season, lots of seaweed. So I don’t know if it’s just in the summer or what, but there was a lot of it

The pool pictured for the property is a private pool and not the main one available. Breakfast was good but the restaurant closes very early in the evening. The staff was very kind.

After park hours, you can keep your wristband. There are some great restaurants down the beach and the restaurant at the beach club is good. Breakfast is very good and the service is excellent

The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located

The hotel is inside Del Jaguar Parque Tulum. You need to go through the park gate when you come to the hotel. It’s 120 pesos every time you leave and come back during park hours

He goes above and beyond in ways that are hard to describe. He’s always there when you need him, finding solutions to any issue, no matter how big or small, and somehow always doing it with a smile

Very comfortable room with included items in fridge. Ceviche was delicious, margaritas were good, and I charged my car overnight. Very pretty view overlooking the ocean right on the beach

Cribs were provided for my toddler and infant. We were warned that we were next to a club, but we and the kids didn't really mind the background beats

The best part is we didn’t need any cab service during our stay since the steakhouse we wanted to go to was right next door and we were located right on the beach!!! Loved this hotel big shout out to the wonderful, attentive, and hardworking staff members!

I’ve been to this hotel in Tulum three times now, and it truly feels like my home away from home. It’s right on the beach, with the most stunning views and an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease

The room had most of the basic ammenities (soap, water, lock box, towels, toilet paper) but nothing much more to write home about

The water in the bathroom took a little while to turn hot, but this was a very minor inconvenience. The bed was slightly firmer than I like it, but again, this is a minor issue. We would certainly stay here again

The location was ideal for getting around town and checking out the shops in La Valeta. The lobby was gorgeous and the room was clean

The terracotta colours and soft lighting makes it feel really cozy. The pool is so cute and o enjoyed cooling off in it. Lots of shopping and food just one block away

The room was very nice and clean and included a private patio by the pool

And across the street a really nice cafe that I frequented for breakfast. I was able to rent a bike for 200mxn/day, and I used that as my mode of transportation for most of my trip

This little boutique hotel was like staying in a wellness focused luxury treehouse in the jungle. Lush greenery all around and from every window view. A gorgeous beach with excellent beachside loungers, towels, and a bar

Amazing personalized service since there is only 20 rooms on the entire property. Communicate via WhatsApp for instant replies and quick action. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Breakfast can be improved.

Loved being able to visit the sister property Ahau (10 min walk) which is a larger hotel, the food is more diverse there but more expensive obvi. I think Alaya is more family appropriate and recommend Ahau for adults

It was even better than the pictures! Such a well maintained stunning property, loved being on the top level with garden view was lovely and if you walked around the balcony you could see partial ocean view

but the right time of year and opening the door for the ocean breeze made it very doable!

We will definitely be back here again!

Our room, 2 Queen Beds Room, was next to the kitchen, which was operating all day to serve the beach, pool and restaurant area. Loud service staff and food smell accompanied us all day long

Towels were worn by use and full of brown spots. Breakfast was included but you only could have one thing, either an omelette or a pancake

Great short stay! Enjoyed my stay here at Punta Piedra Beach Posasa. Had a great view of the ocean from my balcony and loved that the beach was just steps away from my room

All the staff are friendly and worldly. Luis, the night security guard was wonderful. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous beach and views, a great spot in Tulum.

In my opinion those should be included especially for the price of the room. The food was good however like everywhere in Tulum, extremely expensive, example you will pay around 30$CAN for a Margarita

There is a taco spot just accross the street which was good and comparable to North American pricing. The Starbucks is also right next to the hotel but the prices are absolutely ridiculous

All in all, I do not think the whole experience was worth the money spent. Because of these reasons despite the hotel itself being beautiful, I would not return

This property is beautiful and clean. Staff is welcoming, attentive and pleasant. The beach is stunning and the vibe is calm and zen

All rooms are just a few meters from the beach and very centrally located in the middle of the promenade. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. One small drawback: Beach service doesn't start until 10:00

The included breakfast is simple but delicious and we enjoyed it every morning out in the courtyard with the morning breeze. The private plunge pool was absolutely essential and made the stay even more relaxing

A nice hotel with a good breakfast. Parking is limited, but there's a clean beach in front. A restaurant next door offers drinks on the beach. The rooms are very clean, and the prices are reasonable.

Everything was clean and pristine when we arrived and the staff were so helpful throughout the stay (they even gave us a cooler to keep ice in our room to keep the drinks cold!)

We went in the off season, so the beach had a lot of seaweed, but we had done our research so we expected this and we still enjoyed the beach area, the deck and beach chairs

The room was right on the beach with our own patio at the door with an outdoor lounging BED! I stayed in the coral room and would definitely stay there again

(They were not busy, it appeared they were giving extended service/chatting to only select guests) When we finally placed a drink order, (about an hour after arriving) again, not because they came to us, but us tracking them down, they never came back for the next hour

The prices for food and drink were very expensive so all in, it would be the same as other beach clubs where the entrance fee goes towards food and beverage. It was the lack of service that was very disappointing

We literally could of walked out without paying the bill as no one ever came back, we had to seek them out to pay. It could have been a wonderful place to spend a day, but the lack of service was so bad we left

It was not busy when we arrived and it still took almost an hour to get a drink. When no server approached us despite us waiting patiently, we went to the bar to try to place an order

( again, they were not that busy). We then had to track someone down to place a lunch order as we had 2 children in our party who were getting highly hangry

We gave up on ordering more drinks, we just wanted to eat at that point, accept it was not worth trying to get another round of drinks and admit defeat

Swimming pool team fantastic job with maintenance. Overall the best place for quiet time and very attentive. The place is fully covered with cool vibes. We are coming back again with 7 friends next year

The Yellow Nest provided just that, a total disconnect with the perks of a fantastic staff and fabulous location. Jorge in particular was like having a personal assistant, always there to help and make my stay memorable

We went during the day and used the swimming pool. The staff super friendly and attentive. We are excellent food and drank a few beers. Later that evening we went back and visited their rooftop bar

Same came in slow season and hung out on the rooftop all night the dj was incredible, the vibe was perfect. This place is great we were actually shocked that is was so dead

We had a room on the second floor overlooking to ocean and it was absolutely perfect. The bedding, the shower pressure and warmth - perfect. The constant breeze and the sound of the ocean all night were just magical

When you want to go out and connect with Tulum you can do so any time, but when inside Libelula you are in a cocoon of total relaxation. We lay on the comfortable beds and enjoyed the ocean

George who runs the day to day operations was fantastic as well and created a welcoming and lovely experience right from the beginning. The dinners and breakfasts we had were excellent

The staff weren’t just great, they were cool people that you will miss when you leave. The cocktails Armando made were hands down the best in Tulum - he is an artisinal mixologist

But the best part about this place is the food !!! It’s so much more enjoyable than the restaurants in town , and cheaper. You will not be disappointed in this hotel

Incredible, world-class service, excellent food and overall high vibes makes Libelula one of my personal favorite destinations in Tulum in my 10+ years of visiting.

the pool was amazing; the staff was super friendly but not too much knowledge or the surrounding areas to grab food or entertainment. the A/C was perfect and the king suite with amazing view.

The two-room with plunge pool was great and spacious. The hotel is very organic and unique. My only complaint was the AC, it was difficult to get the mini split to get to a comfortable temperature

This hotel is rustic but charming. Tulum is very expensive to stay and to dine. But the Maya hotel offers some of the most affordable dining options within the property

Id go back for sure. Unfortunately the sargasso was horrible but thats not their fault. The rooms can’t stay cold tho but id still return

so I had no pool for my birthday vacation. The bottle of wine offered as advertised, was not given and I'd asked more than once. Although sofa-bed is available, there are no linens available

like not cleaned or maintained at all They were working on the room next door (I can see pool & talked to the workers) & it was cleaner than ours. The pool & bar upstairs was being repaired

We stayed at the Luxury Apartment (Deck Garden Apartment w/ Private Pool), the room looked good at first but it actually is a little rundown and needs some maintenance or updates

There are hammocks by the pool with lots of palm trees around which means there is plenty of shade
