The staff at Kore were amazing! Came during off season and it was HUMID the hotel had great AC in rooms the pool was always clean and again the staff were so kind

Only complaint was due to off season the hotels menu was so limited!

The staff was really friendly I walked into the kitchen at close and was going to get food somewhere else but they sat me and my fiancée down and made us a Togo dinner and don’t be afraid of renting a scooter and exploring tulum it’s very safe just be respectful

So I enjoyed our stay with kore everyone was very nice to us helped us with everything we needed

Kore Tulum Retreat & Spa Resort truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly safe and well cared for, especially with the national guard stationed right outside the resort

It is far enough from Tulum to be quieter… but close enough to be there in minutes. The advice given for activities was great. The on site massage on the dock was sublime. The private chairs on the beach were awesome

Excellent attention from staff, everybody were so kindly. Beautiful view from the room. A few restaurants and a cenote across the street. There's peace and silence at night great for relaxation.

The room is big and comfortable. The included breakfast was super delicious. The room has “garden view” when I booked it. But you could see the beach and ocean from the room. The hotel also provides the kayak and paddle

Top notch service Picturesque hotel I booked it for my photoshoot. Location is in a more remote part of Tulum not the most accessible but on the upside food was more reasonabley priced than other hotels

At Encantada, we picked a second story room facing the beach (Cielo) - which we loved - spacious, well appointed, with a view of sunrise over the Caribbean each morning from our bed and chairs and a hammock for lounging with a beach view - probably a better room than we had at Xela last year

The beach is gorgeous, the people working there are super sweet. There was a very nice woman who helped us get a super last min cab out of town and she was super helpful at the desk when our booked shuttle no showed

And they are not nice or welcome you. That said-People at the resort were efficient and they work hard. I loved the little pool and the towels. I liked a lot of the little beach resorts at the park tho

The park offers a lot but you do have to pay to be there daily and strict guards treat it like you are doing something wrong to be there. It’s not very hospitable to have all your stuff searched to find nothing

I received an upgrade from a partial sea view room to a full sea view suite on arrival, which was a nice surprise! Bungalows were clean, facilities were good, staff were helpful and friendly

This is the closet you can get to paradise. Fancy subtil rustic designer cananas by the sea. No other noise than waves, ocean wind and the perfect clean turquoise clear water

The hotel stay was okay I mean it is beautiful. However, they don’t offer welcome drinks even with the high price it costs. If you are an influencer or you have a blog, you can’t fly a drone

The room was very comfortable, though privacy was a bit lacking. However, embracing nature and experiencing Mayan culture was incredibly artistic, and the service was excellent.

They can’t even send you pictures or videos either. The bathtubs are dirty as they are made from mosaic and I don’t think they scrub them. It is not wheelchair friendly

You can’t flush toilet paper as it’s an eco friendly resort. To be honest it was a waste of money I wouldn’t come here again

I cannot praise the staff at The Strabon enough. They were excellent, attentive, and kind. The homemade pineapple jam was delectable during breakfast. The only con would be the location

This is hidden gem in Tulum, it has a lot of charm. I go diving with Infinity2Diving and they are around the corner from this hotel. The staff is ver accommodating and friendly

A simply amazing hotel in a quiet, relaxing location. You can walk to the pool or beach within a minute from your room. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful with it's own little cove

Breakfast is excellent too, with the fruit platter and bread basket a wonderful starter. The front desk team are very attentive and helpful. You get a tour of the facility on arrival, as well as welcome drinks

All of the restaurant staff are incredibly friendly too and are very impressive at remembering your room number - special shout out to Juan, Gilberto and Ulises

This was the first stop on our Honeymoon to Mexico and they couldn't have made us feel more welcome, starting with a heart shape in petals on our bed when we arrived

They're always contactable on WhatsApp and will book any taxis you require (the taxi's aren't cheap, but this isn't their fault)

The beach is 20min by bicycle (5min by car) Large rooms, comfy bed and pillows, clean, beautiful pool area… great food and drink selection

The wait staff was excellent. We stayed in the jacuzzi garden room…was more like a cold tub. All of downtown Tulum was within walking distance. Good selection of restaurants within a half mile.

Location is fantastic and rooms are nice. We loved daily breakfast on the beach and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They want you to take care of your towels

so please dont leave dark makeup marks on towels or loose your beach towels. There is alot of action close to the hotel and easy to work round for food or to party. 100% recommended and we will visit again

It was so good that I had to stay longer extended my stay !! It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL there!! The staff very welcoming and friendly! The room was more than what expected, clean, quiet, and private! The beach was steps away and the weather was perfect! If there's anything, i advise to make transportation to and from airport ahead of time and inquire about the seaweed(?) on the beach

The place deserves only 2 stars but I guess you get what you paid for. The sheets were gross and all stained, towels smell exactly like the swimmingpool water, the options for breakfast are very limited

We stopped to eat while biking back from the cenotes. Service and food were great. We tried the guac, fried fish and ceviche. Not my favorite ceviche but the fried fish was really good!

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Some people have complained about road noise but my room was right at the back and it was totally fine

The pool area was nice for relaxing with comfy chairs. A little away from the main tourist centre (only 10 mins walk) but there's a supermarket, bank etc nearby and there was a small fridge in the room

Restaurant looks good, room clean, small refrigerator, no odor or bed bugs (others made me congested, molds smells, and/or bed bugs), convenient large grocery store, bus, ADO and Collevtivo, and bicycle rental nearby

The road noise audible during daylight, Saturday night was a little noisy because someone was celebrating their birthday but other than that, can't really complain

Stayed in Room 1 which was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was solid. Be aware that the walls are VERY thin and this is NOT a party place.
