My wife and I , we love this place , great service 100% recommend , easy to rent a car thank you very much for everything
North Tulum beachfront
We absolutely loved the hotel! You walk up the entrance of the hotel and it's open to the ocean, great breeze coming off the water, beautiful hotel! Great staff, very, very comfortable king sized bed. Slept very well! Very quaint hotel that was close to a couple of restaurants, which were phenomenal. We will definitely be back.
Top notch service
Picturesque hotel I booked it for my photoshoot. Location is in a more remote part of Tulum not the most accessible but on the upside food was more reasonabley priced than other hotels. The Customer service was above & beyond.
Oceanfront with piers accessible to guests. Beautiful, clean swimming pool with hanging chairs and waterfall. Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast included. Restaurant on-site with delicious food. Massage service on-site. I highly recommend the massage.
Amazing experience friendly staff beautiful view breakfast was ok but pool was astonishing. Fre Kayak and snorkeling equipment are big added values. Enjoy your travel to this beautiful place. Also the tours they recommend are very good.
Izaac is amazingly helpful. Kudos.
Had a lovely stay! The staff were very helpful and kind. The food was mediocre but there are a few restaurants a few steps away to try as well.

The beach views from my suite was amazing! The entire staff was lovely and very attentive. I loved the music selection at the beach club, too. This is a very well run hotel and Im grateful for their hospitality. I will visit again for sure!
The oceanfront suite exceeded my every expectation! Huge balcony with stunning views. Spacious room with separate living area. Beautiful bathroom connected to dressing area with spacious shelving and room to hang up clothes. This room was absolutely perfect. There’s nothing I would change. The grounds are gorgeous, and the staff is friendly. Peaceful and serene, small luxury hotel great to retreat...
We stayed down the beach and walked to Chiringuito for a late lunch. The vibe was great. We had a table in the sand overlooking the beach. The food was outstanding and the most amazing part was the service. I can't remember the last time I had service like this. We ordered food and a bottle of tequila and our waiter Gregorio was incredibly attentive. He would do the most subtle things that made the...
Lovely stay! Amazing service from everyone, shout out to Santos who looked after us so well in the bar/restaurant. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Hotel is beautiful, ideal location in S. Tulum to do lots of things or just chill at their stunning beach/poolside. Will come again.
We had a fantastic five-day stay at Chiringuito Tulum. Our room was beautiful, and I highly recommend booking one with a rooftop pool if possible—the views are stunning, and we made the most of it every afternoon and evening. The resort is ideally located on a charming street within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, venues, and dessert spots. We especially enjoyed Aldo’s, which...
I stayed at this hotel for 4 days: the structure is unique and well-maintained, eco-friendly, the cleaning and customer service are excellent. The restaurant offers a good selection of local food and drinks. A special thank you to Mattias and his staff for their attention to guests' needs.

This hotel is far from the beach and definitely showing its age. Not a large property n has seen better days. Still, the staff try their best, are friendly and really the saving grace of the property. Breakfast variety is somewhat limited
The room was excellent, exceeding our expectations, and the restaurant was delicious. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, probably due to the rainy season. We were grateful to the front desk for providing mosquito repellent.
Meh, very comfortable bed, nice TV, good air conditioning and nice room. On the other hand, apart from the restaurant, no service, no housekeeping after 8:00 p.m., no one there in case of breakdown. Our sink was clogged and the manager had to try to unclog it because no one else was there. There are lots of mosquitoes and flies that bite around the pool.
Lovely place and super close to the heart of the Tulum! I'd recommend everyone to stay here. breakfast is also wonderful.
The room facilities are good, the bed is big, you can also borrow bicycles for free, the business center service is also very good, the overall experience is very good👍
Great stay and great front desk, will definitely be back

Another wonderful February visit to Encantada, one of my favorite places in the world. The staff are amazing and the beach beautiful. Love what the local businesses are doing with building up the ‘Sotu’ neighborhood…hopefully these efforts will continue and make progress with sidewalks, etc. The concierge staff at the hotel are wonderful, Alejandra made our visit incredibly special (anniversary trip...
Our stay at the Encantada Tulum Hotel was extraordinary. The place is magical and very high end, while not at all stuffy. The staff is warm, friendly and competent. We went with our two daughters' families, in all a group of 8, and occupied 3 rooms. My husband's and my beach front room was the best, especially for the view, but all were first class. We will definitely return when we can. Having...

We have stayed at other Namrom properties (Xela and Nest in Tulum, and La Valise in San Miguel de Allende) and all feature caring and attentive staff, great locations and well appointed rooms. We had planned to stay again at Xela, next door to Encantada, but it was booked for a wedding. At Encantada, we picked a second story room facing the beach (Cielo) - which we loved - spacious, well appointed...
We stayed for a week and had a marvellous time. Encantada is small, eco friendly and luxurious. The beach is beautiful and the staff are kind and make one feel very at home. They will arrange outings if one wants but we enjoyed lying on the beach beds, reading and sipping margaritas! The upper ocean view room is wonderful. It gets windy but the view is spectacular.
Super helpful and friendly staff, location with idyllic and peaceful with good access to the rest of Tulum. Very comfortable and well worth it

It was glamping at its best! I felt like I was on Gilligan’s Island, or in an episode of the Flintstones!
A friend of mine and I each got a room here. The rooms were so cool and the beach access is world class. The service is a little short of 2-3 star given that my shower water was not hot, but I sort of didn’t care until the last day when I just wanted a hot shower. The beach is gorgeous, the people working there are super sweet. There was a very nice woman who helped us get a super last min cab out...
Great beach. Good pool. Amazing view from hotel room.
This experience was great !! I got more than what I bargain for , very attentive staff that are willing to serve you and guide you in the right direction .Room was clean and maintained everyday of my stay , beach front did not disappointed.
Lovely bungalows right on the beautiful white sand beach. I received an upgrade from a partial sea view room to a full sea view suite on arrival, which was a nice surprise!
Bungalows were clean, facilities were good, staff were helpful and friendly. All in all a relaxing few days!
Loved it , very close to the ruins, very calm , and all the staff very nice , can't wait to go back!!!!

My family and I travel to Mexico every Christmas, and we ALL agree that this was by far our favorite hotel / resort to date. At every moment, you feel completely swallowed by lush green plants. All of the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The food was fabulous. And of course, the piece de resistance is it's own cenote in the heart of the property. While not along the beach, the beach is extremely...
The property was better than expected. It was very relaxing, the site is gorgeous and being surrounded by so much nature was breath taking. Staff was very friendly and since there was not much traffic this time of the year we had quick access to a lot of places. Super recommended.
I liked the place, a lot. It’s private, and the staff are phenomenal. I went to them with several questions, and always got good answers. I talked to one of the owners, and complimented him on the staff. I recommend staying there. There is a cenote on the property, that has been incorporated into the hotel grounds.
The hotel design is excellent and very aesthetic but it is not the “luxury” experience that is advertised. The rooms are a little basic and are tired in some places (wonky cabinet doors, cracks in flooring, cheap broken roller blinds on the windows). We booked this hotel for a reduced price and think the reduced price was fair given how expensive Tulum is but would not recommend booking without a discount
Kan Tulum is an absolutely beautiful property. It felt like an oasis every time we arrived back at the property.
The staff were all very kind and helpful with anything that we needed. I would highly suggest staying here if you are looking for relaxation and escape.
My only suggestions would be to add a kettle with some coffee in the rooms as the coffee bar is quite expensive. And maybe a few snack...
We really liked the environment of the hotel. It was like a secret place. We love the big windows and decoration. They tidied up our room everyday. But we could not use the kitchen because there was no kitchenware. We asked for a hot water one night, thy told us we have a stove in our room. But we did not have any pots etc to heat the water. When we told that to receptionist she said that we need to...

Our retreat with our local Pilates studio was AMAZING here. From the arrival till departure they made sure our experience was top notch. The food was spectacular. Perfect property for our Yoga and Wellness Retreat. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Max, Enrique and Sergio made our stay so memorable and were perfect gentleman.

This was my second year organising a retreat at Amansala, and it was even more wonderful than the first year!

I had an incredible stay at Amansala. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and genuinely well taken care of. As a first-time visitor to Mexico, I really appreciated how clearly the staff communicated best practices—such as not drinking the sink water in the room—while also reassuring me that all water used for rinsing food, juices, and meals was properly handled. That peace of mind made a huge difference...
We had an excellent stay at Amansala after a tricky start to our holiday. We were staying down at another hotel on the beachfront around a 1-2km away, which unfortunately had construction taking place next door that was continuous through the day with heavy drilling etc.
We decided to quickly move on from the property and came down to Amansala where Gaby at reception and his team were very helpful...

Loved the hotel and our room design and view, beautiful beach with white sand. No seaweed excellent service, food and drink quality. Friendly and super nice staff.
Was our first time in Tulum and had the most wonderful experience.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was absolute paradise. This was the first vacation stay that I wasn't ready to come home from. Will 100% recommend.
Upon arrival, the service was incredibly friendly from the start. They even dressed room to celebrate my birthday
The staff are extremely accommodating.
The location is situated near clubs and restaurants.
Partial ocean view room was lovely, the daily coffee/tea they bring to your room in the morning is such a nice touch! Breakfast on the beach was amazing.
I'd go back again when visiting Tulum
Our stay at Delek was perfect from start to finish. The hotel knew straight away we were in Tulum to celebrate my birthday and went above and beyond to accommodate and celebrate us. We were offered a free room upgrade which was so fabulous however both rooms were equally beautiful and spotless and had the true Tulum feel. The restaurant/beach staff couldn’t have been nicer. I did hours of research wanting something chill, safe, beachfront, and actually giving jungle vibes. Delek nailed it. A few days before our trip they emailed saying the pool would be closed, so yes, I pulled a small Karen and asked for a discount. They offered breakfast and restaurant credit which we took!
When we arrived, we instantly forgot about the pool. The staff is unbelievably kind.. welcome...

Bare in mind, this was our first trip to Mexico. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk helped us to atrange airport transport and a tour. The room was clean and well cared for. It was wonderful having a small private "yard" and also being steps from the beach. Food on the premises was limited, expensive and the portions were extremely small. Bottled water was not provided.
A nice little find. Really fun on weekends with
Live music and nice mix of people having fun.
Good taco restaurant, nice beach house.
the pool was amazing; the staff was super friendly but not too much knowledge or the surrounding areas to grab food or entertainment. the A/C was perfect and the king suite with amazing view.
The rooms are beautiful and just as pictured. The beach was perfect and very quiet.
Disappointed in tulum
Rooms were clean and cool, ,beach furniture was unkept, dirty and some items broken all along property. Breakfast was fresh and service was great at their restaurant highly recommend tostadas de pescado al pastor. The bad issue first day of our stay the water for shower/ toilet was out for 4 hours, later restored but it happened again the following day too. Don’t think will come...

Clean rooms. Very nice staff, great location with good
Restaurant in walking distance. Silvia was especially nice and provided us with great advice.
This is such a neat little hotel and the accommodations are really nice. The breakfast was a nice surprise that we were not expecting. Definitely would stay here again.
This is hidden gem in Tulum, it has a lot of charm. I go diving with Infinity2Diving and they are around the corner from this hotel. The staff is ver accommodating and friendly. The chef there is ready to serve you a great breakfast. I will definitely stay there for all my upcoming diving trips. Thank you Strabon!!
Loved it
Had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Had to book a cab early in the morning for a tour. The time for pick up kept changing. And the front desk was awesome in helping me. The noise wasn't that bad. The road noise audible during daylight, Saturday night was a little noisy because someone was celebrating their birthday but other than that, can't really complain. This is a well-run, modest, clean and reasonably-priced small hotel not far from the main street of Tulum. My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here overall. This is a paradise on Earth. Rustic, eco cabanas by the sea, no noise, no fuzz, just the beauty of the jungle and ocean waves at your front door.
The room was amazing and just steps from the water. Miguel and the crew at the restaurant took amazing care of us and prepared some of the best meals we had on our trip. We could not have asked for a better place to relax at the end of our vacation.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
My kids and I had a great time. I don’t like that we had to pay to re- enter the property after every departure. I also hated that the national guard pulled guns on us upon re-entry every time.

Nice spot right on the beach. But the sea grass and the loud music (neither the fault of the hotel) made our tropical beach vacation a bit of a disappointment.

Amazing stay in the national park. Beautiful, peaceful location on the beach. Very attentive staff. Simple, included breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to the Mayan ruins. We loved our stay. The front desk Manager, David, was especially helpful! What a great guy! The shower in our bingalo was a bit tricky. No hot water, then, too hot, but they were attentive and tried to fix it.
The location in the national park is amazing. The facility is stunning and surrounded by coconut trees and a 1 minute walk to the water. The rooms need a bit of work, the hot water didn't work correctly, the shower curtain was moldy, and there are no fidges. The breakfast is decent and included.
Also would be nice if they could get the beer prices under 100 pesos, I think I paid 120 each.
There is a lot to like about Alito Hotel. The location is fantastic; you really can’t get too much closer to the ruins, if that’s on your bucket list. The beautiful beach is right there, and they have a pretty darn good breakfast that’s included. Rooms are a bit dated, but that also adds to the charm. Staff are very pleasant, as long as you don’t go to the water cooler too many times.

They have bikes you can ride and it’s about 10 ish minutes from town. I really recommend this place. Only con is just no TV or fridge in the rooms but it’s extremely great for the price!
The hotel is beautifully situated on a very quiet beach. The rooms are quite spacious and decent. Everything is a bit simple, but that adds to its charm. It’s located right by the sea, but a good distance from the town center.

Im so happy we stayed here. Everything is on point, I couldn't ask for more. Also the staff was absolutley amazing ❤️
Great stay with really friendly and helpful staff. We were warned of the music beforehand that plays into the night hours. We traveled with our infant and toddler who did not mind the background beats and slept soundly regardless. Cribs were provided for both kiddos. It was a really lovely time.
Property was very beautiful. Cribs were provided for my toddler and infant. We were warned that we were next to a club, but we and the kids didn't really mind the background beats. Gabriel was very helpful with all our things for all of our outings (...you can imagine with two young kids, the amount of gear we travel with.) Two dogs on the premises were very calm and gentle, and my toddler loved seeing...
I stayed at Hotel Los Arrecifes this past weekend and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We booked transportation through the hotel by simply sending them a message on this app and Gabriel promptly responded. Gabriel personally greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Our balcony room was beautiful and clean. The best part is we didn’t need any cab...
Had a fantastic weekend, the hotel is super nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, and the food was amazing. The atmosphere of the place is very peaceful, the beach is clean, it's very pleasant to unwind and relax. We're leaving feeling rejuvenated and filled with positive energy.

The hotel’s location is beachfront, which is perfect for travelers. The room is well-ventilated. The only problem is the parking logistics.
The entrance in the hotel is the most strange entrance that I ever seen. They provide a QR code that suposed to unlock the door and an acces turnistle. This doesn’t work at all.
Pros - Beautiful property with rooms that look like treehouses, right on beautiful sandy beach with private area with sun loungers. Rooms were clean and spacious, good WiFi and free offsite parking. Execellent property in terms of looks.
Cons - While the looks were great, we were not satisfied with the stay. Although the staff was lovely, there was a severe shortage of them, all around the property...
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel is very unique right on the beach, breakfast and juices are wonderful. Check in process needs improvement.
Our room was great, but some amenities could be improved upon like having a coffee maker, clothing iron, and blow dryer inside the room. The staff was great, however having more personnel on site would make the manager’s job a lot more simpler.
The hotel restaurant was also overpriced for the quality of food received.
Hotel is location is perfect, with beech front access, with plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. Room was good with a very cold plunge pool & separate seating area to relax. Unfortunately due to shortage of staff, bars located by pools were not open, therefore no ability to get drinks or food there which was a bit disappointing. The hotel is looking a bit tired & could do with some...
