Dear staff. Marina the landlord is very kind, we also understood each other with very poor language skills .I can only recommend to everyone.The beach is a bit far from the accommodation, but you can be there in 20 minutes. Breakfast is plentiful and all our wishes have been fulfilled. Thank you for a delicious farewell dinner. We will go back again as soon as we have the opportunity.

We stayed 4 days in this hotel run by Cristina and Angela and we had a great time. The rooms are very very large, with large beds and space to do a little bit of everything. The bathroom is also excellent, spacious and clean, and the breakfast where you can find everything. Thanks, great!

Need to be aware room/ensuite we had was in an apart ment about 120 m + away from hotel.On check-in staff were helpful and carried out luggage to our room ( down the street up some stairs to the lift.) A youth carrying a makeshift weapon came onto the terrace and asked my wife and I if we had any money, he was stared out and told no before leaving. And we had our breakfast boxes on our lastday since we checkout early and won’t get our breakfast that day—although it was prepared late but still bril. We have stayed there for 3 nights. Beautiful, cozy and clean hotel. Breakfast was rich enough and we had a great stay there. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Old City, it can be quite exhausting under the sun but still worth it. The staff was helpful.

On the face of it a lovely hotel, however the Aircon was incredibly noisy and kept turning itself off. We were told that breakfast ended at 10:30am, when it actually finished at 9:30am, so we therefore missed breakfast. It has the possibility of doing well with good communication from staff.

We were disappointed about the fact that we were accommodated for 3 days in an economy room instead of studio room that we bought with the tour. But in general, rooms are clean and there is good air conditioner. Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant is also ok, but nothing special.

Not too big rooms, approx 3x4m including shower room and a 3x1.5 balcony. We were unlucky to arrive when the conditioning system got broken, but during our last two days there they've installed around 30 brand new air conditioners to each room. Staff works perfectly, special cheers to Andgela, who was always nearby when we had any questions. Definitely would try this place again.

Very nice place to stay in Rafailovici. We stayed in room 16 - large apartment with excellent view from terrace. Everything you need for comfortable accommodation is there. Personnel is friendly and doing their best to make your vacation perfect. There are several markets near the hotel, bus stop is near too, so hotel has perfect location.
