Hotel in a residential area, but you wouldn't notice as so tranquil and very quiet. The greeting we had from Saskia made us feel important. Lovely clean bright rooms and a very lovely pool area, average buffet breakfast. About 15 to 20 min walk to beach and old town, 5 mins to bus station.

We found this to be an excellent hotel. Our standard room was smart, modern, clean and very spacious. The only minor niggles we had would be the shower, which only has a glass panel, rather than a full enclosure, so it tended to leak onto the floor. Many advantages, but one big disadvantage is cockroaches. If the hotel solves this problem, it will be good. Advantages: location, spacious room, clean towels and linen. Polite reception staff.

Good location, small pool was convenient, excellent price but the room had some malfunctions... but for that price it was okay, furthermore the breakfast at the partner restaurant was plentiful and included in the price... we also went there for dinner given the negligible prices.

Amazing place for really good money. They let us to check-in early and said that we could stay late. The breakfast was okay, location also. We've got a big room with a spacious balcony. Would for sure recommend.

Nice hotel, clean, hospitality is best, owner is too helpfull

The hotel is quite simple but clean. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. However the wifi sucks and the cleaning lady really wants to clean everyday, even when you're still in the room which is quite annoying. This could be solved with a "do not disturb" and "please clean room" sign for the door.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the inn to Budva visitors!

Very neat and daily cleaned rooms. 30 minutes walk to the old Town and 10 to the marginally attractive beaches. The hotel is surrounded with convenience stores and interesting restaurants. Great value hotel, highly recommended when choosing to visit budva.

Amazing accommodation! The bed was very comfortable, the service was very friendly , we had a balcony with a beautiful view. It close to the beach and it was quite (we were in the middle of May). The cleaning service was spotless. Small supermarket is just downstairs, very convenient. We will definitely come back!

Old style but very clean and walking distance to town center. The owner(Maglika) and her twin doughters are friendly and helpfull. They serve fresh breakfast with omlette, cheese, salamies, olives, vegetables and also Maglika cooked börek on one day during our stay. Everything was delicious and fresh.

We stayed in Venera aparts for 2 nights during our trip to Montenegro. The room was just ok for 2 nights, about 15 minutes from Budva beach and 20 min from Budva old town. It is hard to find parking if you have a car but you will. A lot of places for food nearby.

Great, cheap place to stay in budva with cooked breakfast in the mornings for very little extra, its quiet and slept well every night. The people who run it are really nice. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach as well. Thanks for a really nice stay!!!! :)

I really enjoyed staying there in room no. 21, so much so that I extended my stay. It's close to the city center and a megamarket, just 5 minutes away. The conditions are very pleasant, clean, and tidy. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. 🖐️

Very nice garden with olive trees, kind staff and everything what you need in the room. Free parking in the yard. Some of the rooms are with windows at the street and is a little bit noisy.

Good location. Beautiful balcony and garden, view of the mountains from the window. The owners treat you to fruit from their own garden. Pleasant homely atmosphere. Opposite there is a mesarnya, a bakery with low prices.

Perfection! Villa Velzon has the best staff in all Montenegro. Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left. Rooms are great, clean, well equipped, good ac, location is great. Highly recommend to stay here and will for sure come back...

I will give this one a 5/10. The local itself presented nice with both indoor and outdoor places to eat. The food they served on the other hand was no so great. I booked tickets at a villa nearby and the lunch meal was included. They gave us the same taste-less meals almost every day. On one evening, though, we decided to eat at Velzon dinner and, to our surprise, the food was good. One more thing...

Everything is OK, except breakfast. The Swedish table was very scarce, the coffee was just terrible. The taste was like the coffee grounds were boild couple times more, food seemed like leftovers from yesterday. It would have been a lot better if we didint buy included breakfast, instead had bought some pastry from bakery which was downstairs or ate at the next door restaurant. Room was very tidy....

A very good location. A few minutes' walk to the beach and the center. A supermarket is nearby. The hotel has its own gated parking lot, which is appreciated by anyone trying to find a parking space in crowded Budva. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is buffet-style. Excellent apartment. Very clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast. The owner and workers are extra. Great for vacation. My big recommendation.

The toilet in our room was outside the room. That's why I deducted one star. It's close to everything, and they're helpful. It's a value-for-money place.

Everything was clean, tidy and exactly as in the pictures. I would especially like to highlight the owner Miloš – he is kind, funny and a true host. Avarage budget stay it has fridge, balcony, very old air conditioner that took time to know how worked but otherwise it was okay not the best mattress on the bed but it was okay but its cute little family owned buisness, jasna doesn't speak good English but her son milos speaks good English and that helped alot but over all I enjoyed my stay there thank you alot it was a pleasure :)

Really enjoyed our stay, a great location and hosts.

On average it was ok for the price. Still, the rooms were not cleaned well when we arrived. One of the towels was dirty, there were spider webs everywhere and we had a weird towel in the freezer. I would not recommend it unless you had no other options

+ Not very far from the beach, AC, terrace - No WiFi in the room upstairs, bedsheets changed only once (if changed at all), smell in the bathroom

The villa is very welcoming. The room on the 3rd floor is not small, there is a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a kettle, a hairdryer, a charming balcony, cleaning is scheduled, all requests are responded to immediately, towels are not allowed, there is internet... but it is far from the sea.

Newish owner Sammy is very helpful and pleasant, and the homemade breakfast was very good. The bathroom was small but I didn’t find this a problem for one person. There are pros and cons. The rooms need a more recent renovation, the bed linen is also not very new, small towels, the TV did not work, but we came to the sea, so we did not pay attention to these shortcomings. The owner was friendly.

Good location is the only plus. If you go there just for an overnight stay, then ok. The villa has a lot of small jambs that can be easily fixed and everything will be ok. Small ants in the rooms bit us. Old bed linen that hasn't been changed once in a week. Dirty old towels that have not been changed for a week. After reading the bad reviews I was very worried about going. We rest with a child of 3 years on the 4th floor overlooking the mountains. The location is good, it takes about 10 minutes to go to the sea, the road is gentle, it does not exhaust (even a child). On the way to the beach cafes and shops, very convenient. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All of my guests really liked it, and the staff were super nice and welcoming. I especially want to mention Nikolina, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions quickly and could communicate in several languages, which made everything so much easier for my group. Good hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff is attentive and responds to requests courteously. The rooms are spacious. There is a good spa, with a gym, but not particularly well-equipped - there are few items in it. The pool is nice and not deep, so no lifeguard is needed. I can't tell you about the dining room, because I didn't go in there - I only eat kosher.
