We stayed at the Riad Nashira for 2 nights for a quick weekend break from the UK in early March The RIad organised a transfer from the airport and one of their staff met the taxi and escorted us down the winding streets to get to the Riad, which was helpful as arrival into Marrakesh is quite overwhelming! The Riad was superb, we felt special staying there. Rooms were well appointed. Nothing was too much trouble, we were served tea and snacks on arrival and breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The spa was great (hammam recommended) and the enormous rooftop bar area was great. Every member of staff made us feel truly welcome in Marrakesh and I wouldn’t hesitate to return - an excellent find

This Riad is a fantastic find close to the centre of Marrakech. The facilities are excellent - a pool, spa, roof terrace with bar and restaurant and wonderful views over the city. There are plenty of places to sit and read/relax if you don’t want to do that in your room. The beautiful surroundings are complemented by really friendly and helpful staff. It’s not possible to get a car to the door but while we got our bearings (which didn’t take long), the staff were willing to walk us to pick up points. They also helped us secure dinner reservations and it felt like they couldn’t do enough for us. The room was large, clean and comfortable for two.

Beautiful - an oasis of calm in the midst of the souk chaos. Lovely pool but we went in December and it was rather too cool to use it. The spa was fabulous, definitely have a massage

Hotel it self was brilliant! What led that one star down was where it was located. Beware of traveling at night since there is no on around!

You want ro relax? Get to the Nashira & Spa! Best place to enjoy Marrakech. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. SPA treatments are awesome. You won't be wrong in this place!

Shower not working; no water to bathe. First day the front desk staff not helpful; second day, the front desk staff was helpful and got me a room to shower. Spa was not functioning as it should be. Riad located in unclean neighborhood.

RIAD is in the middle of a complete refurbishment, which should have been completed by end of August but hasn’t been . None of this was relayed to us prior to going ,and they should not have accepted guests . It was a living hell with work going on everyday including Sunday , we also had issues with our a/c not working Roof terrace , inside bar all unavailable, and at one point pool was unusable too and even though that bit has now opened there is noise, mess and workmen everywhere . Do not expect tranquility Staff were very polite but unfortunately helpless. When completed it should be lovely but not 5* Had we arrived a few weeks later I’m sure it would have been a different story but our stay was unacceptable and we actually returned home

My husband and I booked two traditional Hammam treatments, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. After a rushed initial wash, we were left unattended for 15 minutes until I had to find someone myself. When the treatment resumed, the staff seemed unsure of what service we had booked. There was no communication, and the actual treatment lasted barely 10 minutes. Despite this, we were still rushed out as if we had received the full experience. To make matters worse, my husband wasn’t given a robe or water afterward, and no one at the front desk acknowledged the poor service. When I raised the issue, we were simply told we could use the pool—as if that compensated for an overpriced and underwhelming experience. We left feeling more frustrated than relaxed. The experience was chaotic, impersonal, and unprofessional. Definitely not worth your time and money.

The location is perfect. It's 5 mins away from a ATM and taxis. The rooms were beautiful and the staff were extremely nice and helful.

Service was polite and the rooftop is a nice place to sit even if the views aren't that impressive. Lots of local food options. Food is ok and cheap.
