Very bad location , they charge you 200 dirhams per vehicle . It’s a scam , their shuttle is **** , have to book prior , better to stay in city , we faced so much trouble in midnight to go to pubs with no taxis available
Avoid if you want pubbing

Also front office billing system is fishy , they tried to charge more .

Great location but rooms with bad smell.
The first room received was with a tobacco smell so we asked another one. One of the employee was laughing like it is not so important and blocking but for a non smoker it is really inappropriate.
The second room had a smell of sewage. Very bad. So when asking for a solution we have changed to a 3rd room. Not easy at all and no compensation.

We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo. The staff are friendly and keep the hotel clean, despite a few guests (of French origin) throwing their bottles near the pool. We will gladly return next year.

Beautiful hotel, walk to the room was a little far. Food and service was lovely. Especially Salma. Shame my hotel phone wasn’t working which was an inconvenience

The service is very good, the environment is also very good, the noodles in the Chinese restaurant are delicious! My friend and I ate there twice! The only thing to note is that you have to bring your own water and comb, as they are not provided there. All in all, it was a very good travel experience!

Awesome hotel, the environment is very suitable for vacation, breakfast is not much, but the juice is fresh, the bread is soft and sweet, the staff is very friendly. On the day of departure, I helped to call a taxi, but halfway found that my passport and domestic ID card were all left in the room, so I turned back immediately to get them. The front desk also helped to call a shuttle bus to pick me up, and I got my documents back smoothly. Otherwise, I couldn't leave Marrakech and couldn't return home. Thank you very much to all the staff of the hotel.
