Beautiful riad, close to the Casbah.
The rooms are traditional, clean and nicely furnished. The terrace on the top is beautiful.
Sara took great care of me, together with all the staff.
Good breakfast, possibility of jacuzzi and spa treatments in the riad.

Riad Amya & Spa is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Marrakech. The hotel itself is beautifully styled, and the team go above and beyond to create a warm, friendly, and attentive atmosphere. Although the rooms are relatively compact, they are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and satisfying—an ideal way to begin the day. My wife also enjoyed the full spa experience, which she rated as exceptional and would gladly recommend. For those wanting a riad within easy walking distance of Marrakech’s vibrant souks, this is an excellent option that offers great value for money. Many thanks to the entire staff for such a memorable stay.

Wow… what a perfect find! This riad, set on the southwest perimeter of the medina, turned out to be an absolute gem. I was initially a little sceptical about the location, as it seemed a bit removed from the main square but fear not! It’s a beautiful 15–20 minute walk into the heart of the medina, and the quiet neighbourhood is a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle. The riad itself is very well kept, with a lovely inner courtyard and a stunning rooftop terrace the highlight of our stay. The relaxing atmosphere made it easy to unwind. Sandrine and her staff were wonderfully accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in Room OUD, which was very comfortable. I’d recommend contacting Sandrine directly to book, she’s great about matching online prices, and it’s always nice to support independent hosts like this. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious every morning. The only minor downside was some noise from chairs and tables being moved on the terrace, and the walls are a bit thin but honestly, that’s part of the charm of staying in a traditional riad. 100% recommended, a beautiful, peaceful setting and fantastic hospitality!

Our third stay at Riad Amya and Spa and we are still as won over as ever. The entire staff (manager, reception, maintenance and kitchen) is truly perfect and quietly remembers our little habits, it's touching. Once again, in this very clean Riad, tastefully decorated and very well maintained, we had the pleasant feeling of being at home. Thanks also to Sandrine for the direct booking. This Riad is beautiful. Well maintained. Conveniently located 10-15 mins to all the major tourist spots. The staff service is excellent. Shout out to Slimane that man is such a hard worker. He is approachable and has outstanding customer service. He is a people person. Our stay was incredible. Thanks to the incredible team.

The Riad is conveniently located near the airport and all the tourist spots. Its about 10-15 min away from all the major tourist spots. I like the location of it. Easily accessible by cab unlike the ones near the Souks where u need to walk in a maze b4 getting to the main st for cabs. The host Mr. Slimane is the BEST. He is very hospitable, great customer service. He is a peoples person. He go above and beyond to provide an excellent service during outlr stay. The breakfast everyday was so good. I love the hotel’s Amlou!!! We eat it everyday. Sarah the housekeeper and Elias were also very nice. They all work hard at this Riad to provide outstanding service. The lobby was so cute. The rooms are comfortable. The rooftop lounge with pool is relaxing to hang out in the morning & after a long day. I highly recommend staying at this lovely Riad.

Genial! Sandrine and her team taken care about us and every detail. I recommend at least to book one dinner at the Riad. The best meal in our trip. We also book with them a cooking class and a Ham-man.

What a fab find. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and much was homemade. We had dinner in one night and it was delicious. Rooms are very clean. Only double beds but huge, so it was easy to share with my mate. The only critique was storage. We lived out of our cases as there were no drawers and very limited hangers. Bottle of water provided and replaced each day. Location is off the main area. The walk back is a little bonkers with the traffic but we soon got our marrakesh heads on and bravely crossed when needed. Crossings are safer but they don't really stop, just slow down. It's nice to escape the bussle so I'd stay here again. About ten mins from the start of markets and restaurants, 30 mins winding to get to the main square. Amazing how the design of the riad shutters off the noise from the road Generally people were friendly, and helpful. Usual come meet my mate, and sending us the wrong way to someone's store. Definitely download a map. Phone usage is super costly We did camels, balloons, walk to the atlas waterfall and quad bikes. All well organised and safe Cheaper direct

Top of the top. Everything was perfect. Don't hesitate to go overthere. Perfectly well received and so on. We had a good sleep, rest, refresh in the poil. Kitchen was so good, everything was perfect. Everybody was so nice and smiling. That's very easy ans practicale to be driven by obertop drivers, suppliers of the Ryad

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Amya. The staff, Rahal and Sandrine were the perfect hosts and catered to our every need. I have a lot of allergies and had to take my own milk, etc. The staff made every effort to help in this regard. Would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. the accommodation, cleanliness and facilities were perfect. I know you would enjoy your stay here.
