I stayed at this hotel in 2024 and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available when needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed this hotel. Stayed here 5 nights and it was nice and clean. The bathrooms need updating as shower is rusty and the sink keeps clogging. SPA I did a hamam at this hotel and it was amazing. It was my first experience and was very calm and relaxing. Layla was incredible as she did my pedicure and i was very impressed. The resort was nice, but not what we expected. The food was good, but limited hours of operation for food. The mini bar had an extra up charge, which is news to us, in regards to other all inclusive resorts. The CS was great, tho! I would give them a 5, but overall is definitely a 3! A resort that we personally will never be back. Plus is mainly for retired folks! Not our preference.

​Excellent winter stay! The food was fresh and delicious with a great variety, including a tasty Moroccan option every day. A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. While some parts of the property are a bit worn and dated, the overall experience and service were fantastic. Highly recommended!

Very well located. Warm welcome from the valet and courteous receptionists. The bar was a bit average, but not bad. The room is very nice, but the soundproofing from the hallway is quite poor. The food is decent, but not amazing.

It was an ok all inclusive resort. The food wasn’t great, the location was quite poor and the service wasn’t the best.

Rooms were very clean and well looked after. Staff were great and the hotel is a great place to stay with great fascilities and food. Downside is the bars all close at 11 o'clock for all inclusive and the only option hten is to use a bar where you have to pay for drinks etc.

Such an easy holiday with kids (6 & 8). This is our second visit after a successful trip last year. The kids loved the pool, ice cream and the kids mini disco in the evening. I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub and found this one. It cost 80 MAD to take a taxi from the city center, which took about 20 minutes. A taxi from the hotel to the city center costs 150 MAD. There is a hotel shuttle bus to the city center, but it costs 15 MAD per person one way, has a set time, and is fully booked on the day, so I recommend taking a taxi. The staff at the bar...

The room is clean, and the riad is beautiful. I really enjoyed the experience of staying here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. This hotel was relatively nice, however we left a pair of shorts in our room, and called a day later to see if they had found them and if we could come pick them up. They told us that they do not have a lost and found and that if their housekeepers find any left items, they usually just keep them, which is extremely odd.

Great experience I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so welcoming, and the location was very centrally located. We were never more than a 15-minute cab ride from anywhere we wanted to go. The complimentary breakfast was a nice add on, and the pool restaurant and main restaurant were also lovely.
