Stayed here with two friends from December 22nd, 2025 to January 7th, 2026 during AFCON 2025. Very good location. Rooms clean and cleaned daily. All appliances working as they should. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning/heating was working (was really cold outside on some days). Staff friendly and attentive. Nice roof-top terrace. Food in the restaurant really excellent - see separate review. Very...
Very nice hotel located near the centre. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs;) breakfast was delicious, with amazing marrocan tea.
“My stay at the hotel was truly a unique experience. From Tangier to Marrakech, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the rooms were clean and well-arranged. What I liked most was the staff's hospitality, especially Ahmed and Mohamed. They were always smiling, helpful, and ready to help me at any time. The location is also convenient and close to everything, which made my trip easier and more enjoyable...
I have been 7 times in Marrakeix, and this has been my best stay, thanks to Fashion Hotel and its staff. I would like to mention the awesome attention received from Ahmed and Mariam, from reception, and also Mariam, managing the restaurant (excellent food service at breakfast, lunch and dinner). We will repeat, from sure. Marcel&Laia&Arlet&Gael
Made a last-minute reservation after missing a flight. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the café downstairs. This was on a very hot day in Marrakesh and the air-conditioning was not working well in my first room, but the staff went...

Marrakech, J297+JM3, Rue, Marrakesh (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Based on my experience at other riads in the same price range, I don't feel comfortable sharing the rave reviews I've read. Let's start with the positives: the riad is well-located, right next to the walls of the Bahia Palace and about a kilometer from Jamal el-Fnaa Square. The property has a tiny internal courtyard; the upper floors are accessed via a staircase made of small terracotta bricks. These...
The Riad is clean, comfortable, and located on a quiet street. Dinners were not included in the bill (though TripAdvisor stated they were, so we had to pay extra on site, but it wasn't worth the price, even though it was tasty, just like in most street cafes, but three times more expensive). See photo below. 300 dirhams. The staff were friendly and seemed to try and resolve the issue. 👍 There were...
This riad is located in the Medina near Place Mellah (a good pickup point for tours) and Place des Ferblantiers (cafes and restaurants – our favorite is Cafe Malah). It's a two-minute walk from Place Mellah down a narrow, well-lit alley. We stayed at this riad twice. The welcome was warm, and the first time, while we waited for our room, we received immediate explanations about everything there is...
Stayed here for one night with my husband and young son. Room was perfectly spacious with a lovely ensuite bathroom. The riad itself is well kept and a good choice for if you want to be inside the old city but not quite in the thick of the souk. There is some construction happening next door so could be noisy during the day. Breakfast was a little small but considering the price still good value for...
Clean, comfortable, Riad very well located for visiting important sites. a good breakfast and above all a very warm welcome. We had a very good stay as a family. Thanks to Mohamed and Imane for their availability and kindness.
A very charming riad in a quiet area yet just steps from Jamaa el-Fnaa Square. It's located away from the bustle of the souk, yet the square and other attractions are just a few minutes' walk away. The staff is friendly; Fatima will make you feel at home right away and will give you excellent tips for visiting the city. Our triple room was on the second floor, very spacious and clean, with air conditioning...

Good location breakfast was very good, plenty of different and delicious options available. The room was mediocre at best. Worth a quick layover if in Marrakech as I had another hotel booked for the length of my stay I preferred something reasonable for half the day I was here.
It's difficult to find the hotel from the airport. I don't know where the bus stop is. Also, I don't know the going rate for taxis, so I might have been ripped off. Breakfast is average. The room is average but a bit dirty.
Disappointing. Short one-night stay, poor welcome, unhelpful staff, the worst room on the first floor above reception overlooking the boulevard with single-glazed windows... very difficult to sleep in. They refused to change rooms despite leaving a message well before our arrival requesting a quiet room, claiming the hotel was full, which didn't seem to be the case given the very limited number of...
I have been a customer for several years and am always satisfied with this hotel, which offers excellent value for money. The staff is responsive, attentive and very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable (very good bedding) and well-equipped. The breakfast is generous. The hotel is very well located, I recommend it.
Very good location to Walk around the city. Highly recommended to stay in a place which is close to all the places in the city. Very affordable prices
Average hotel, location quite noisy. From 2nd floor can hear the street and car horns all night. In the bathroom nowhere to hang towels cause broken and inside shower nowhere to put soap. Anyway good for the price

Our stay was really pleasant. The staff is extremely helpful, and the hotel is beautiful.
An honest review Hotel After looking at some of the reviews online, I must admit to being very apprehensive If you’re looking for a five star hotel this is not it, if you’re looking for something genuine with friendly staff, beautiful bedrooms, authentic architecture and traditional food than this is the place for you. You’re the n the middle of a dessert, next to a small village so there is noise...
This trip was with my 15 year old son. The staff are wonderful, so helpful with anything at all we needed. The room was basic, full of character and the beds were comfortable and cosy. The food is nice and reasonably priced. Gorgeous traditional Moroccan style. Large roof terrace and gorgeous pool area. Crazy flies though... apparently, a small problem in April. The hotel is very quiet. No...
We loved this place. A quiet area with an old fashioned quirky feel about it. Excellent food and all of the staff were great especially the girls in the restaurant and Youssef at Reception. Yousseff went out of his way to help us by arranging early and late meals and helping us with bookings and the printing of boarding passes. The free shuttle from the hotel to town and back was great too.
First time in Morocco and certainly won't be our last. From the outside of the hotel, you don't know what to expect, but the minute you enter, you realise you made the right decision staying here. Tradition inside, the rooms are great, just what you need as a base. The food was great, and drinks were well priced. Lovely and quiet away from the busy old town. They do a shuttle into town and back twice...
It's a bit of a surprise when you drive up to this hotel as you will encounter lots of litter, children begging, a collection of unfinished/breeze block structures on the doorstep (which you can clearly see from the hotel). However, we had a friendly and positive greeting from all of those who worked at the hotel. The traditional hotel design is also impressive. Negatives - The experience didn't...

The Trip was good. It was hard to find the location but at ende the workers was very kind and very helpfull
We absolutely loved our stay at Le Relais De Marrakech. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We immediately felt right at home. We loved all the animals pottering about and there was just a wonderful energy to the whole place. The staff were really helpful with booking taxis or any other questions we had. We were so grateful to discover this little slice of paradise.
Appreciative Modest, clean, super friendly and courteous staff. Campground a little bit away from city center, but worthwhile peace and quiet, family friendly, pet friendly, campground local cats well taken care off, thank you.
This is an ideal property for kids, but the conveyance to the main city everyday will cost around £20 one way. We didn’t get a tissue refill for our 3 days stay and since we were out the whole day, we couldn’t ask at the reception too. I felt the food options in the restaurant is limited too.
We took a day-pass to relax by (and in) the pool, plus have some lunch. Nice venue, away from the bustle of the city. Staff friendly and welcoming. Good value too, particularly compared with the other day-pass offerings in Marrakech. We enjoyed our lunch there too.
Good location to be used as a base if you have your own transport. It is quite far from the centre or any restaurants/attractions. We stayed in the deluxe tent for 6, it was very basic but worked for just sleeping in (we did not eat at the site or use any of the facilities). Hotel Nassim is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the front-of-house staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional.
Conveniently located, easy accesible and in near vicinity all possible options - restaurants, banks, shopping centres. About 40 min walk from Medina. Rooms are simple, having clima utilities, facing yard side - not too noisy. Nice terrace with small pool. Smoking is allowed indoors and that is a minus.
Nassim Hôtel stands out as one of the best hotels I've experienced so far, primarily due to its fantastic location, which is conveniently close to everything in Marrakech. During our 10-day stay, we were fortunate to have the largest room complete with a balcony, making our time there even more enjoyable. Firstly the location is fantastic if you are on a weekend break and concentrating on the sites of the Medina etc. I would recommend you organise the airport transfer via the hotel as this was perfect otherwise you could get lost. Our room (No 1) was adequate for a couple though the towels were threadbare, thin and well washed (grey). I hung my clothes in the "wardrobe area" of the room only to find...
This is a nice riad. It is more expensive than others that are higher quality. The rooms are traditional and tasteful but there has been no updating or renovation for many years. The bathroom water pressure was weak and it was impossible to see in the bathroom mirror. Solo trip and my first time in Marrakesh and I’m so glad to chose to stay here. The riad is very centrally located and perfect for the souks and the sights. We stayed in the Laurier room. For the price we paid, this room was not worth at all. It was extremely basic. There were other rooms that were spacious and provided a more authentic feel.
