I have been a customer for several years and am always satisfied with this hotel, which offers excellent value for money. The staff is responsive, attentive and very pleasant. We loved this place. A quiet area with an old fashioned quirky feel about it. Excellent food and all of the staff were great especially the girls in the restaurant and Youssef at Reception. We absolutely loved our stay at Le Relais De Marrakech. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We immediately felt right at home. We loved all the animals pottering about and there was just a wonderful energy to the whole place. The staff were really helpful with booking taxis or any other questions we had. The worst hotel visited in the recent tour of Morocco. The carpet in the room was stain end most of the TV channels were really grainy, unwatchable. This is a nice riad. It is more expensive than others that are higher quality. The rooms are traditional and tasteful but there has been no updating or renovation for many years. The bathroom water pressure was weak and it was impossible to see in the bathroom mirror. Solo trip and my first time in Marrakesh and I’m so glad to chose to stay here. The riad is very centrally located and perfect for the souks and the sights. Riad Zineb is a very authentic Riad located in the heart of the city and hosted by very friendly and helpful staff.  The breakfasts were lovely, the room was huge and well appointed and I had direct access to the communal roof terrace with views over the city.  Highly recommended.

Amazing Riad; in the middle of the Medina but very quiet and feels very secluded. My room was beautiful, had a comfy bed and well-equipped bathroom. Pool is also great to get relax a bit and get away from the busy city in the mid-day heat.

What kind of bicycle do you want for a little more than 200? There should be a nightclub nearby. It will be noisy all night. This surprised me in this Muslim country.

Avoid this hotel. The staff are friendly, but the road noise makes it impossible to sleep. Breakfast is mediocre, and if you arrive after 8:30 am, there's nothing left to eat.

An authentic villa! From the moment you arrive, you're immersed in the Moroccan atmosphere! The staff was amazing. Any request I made was fulfilled. Breakfast was delicious. The host actually took me on his motorcycle the first night to obtain the local currency, treated me to tea and assisted me with any directions I needed. I would highly recommend them.

The meals I had there were delicious and home cooked. The service was excellent. I actually rolled my ankle and I was stuck in bed for a while during my visit, and the team there took care of me and brought me ice packs for my ankle.

Very cool traditional building. Staff were all lovely and accommodating and the breakfast included is amazing. Its location is ideal for walking around central Marrakesh.
