This wonderful hotel is a hidden treasure amongst the streets of the Medina. A beautiful place to stay with the most lovely staff. The lamb Tanjia and Tagine dinners were exceptional. The spa was a terrific treat. A perfect experience! The only complaint I have is not staying longer.

Location next to the convention center but a little far from the tourist area. Very basic breakfast, I find it almost catastrophic for a 3 or 4 *. The worst for me is the reception staff who seriously lack customer relations. Really nice hotel, in a fantastic location.

Hotel very well located in the center of Marrakech. The hotel is very pretty with lots of evening entertainment and shows. The only problem was that upon arrival the air conditioning was faulty and despite all the comments from tourists, the technical service took 4 days to repair it. The people at reception are very nice but are completely lost. Be careful of the swimming pool which is very dirty

Such a comfortable and welcoming riad located in the heart of the medina by the Bahia Palace. Owner (Roberto) and all the team were super kind and helpful. We mostly saw Simon, who was excellent. Riad has been beautifully restored and they can also arrange for a hammam and massage. Breakfast was great too and very tranquil place to sleep after busy days in the city.

I had an amazing stay at Riad Djebel. The riad is beautiful decorated, very clean and comfortable. We stayed at Riad for 5 nights. It's in a quiet corner of the Medina, which is great because of how busy the place it during the day. Amazing riad! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They spoke fluent English, they welcomed us with tips for Marrakech and mint tea with pastries. Amazing experience in a truly peaceful paradise. Hosts went above and beyond to assure our stay was amazing especially staying up due to our flight arriving late. Upon check in we were brought to out room, which was extremely clean and quiet. Our included breakfasts were tasty and fresh. Staff continued to go above for the duration of our stay. Can't fault this one at all. Staff were excellent, printed our boarding passes for going home, brought tea and biscuits to our room on first night and were there if you needed any help with directions, etc. Liked to show interest in where you had been as well. First stop for my friends n I in Morocco was this traditional Riad. It was clean comfortable and right in the middle of the old city. Rooms were smallish but totally adequate with own bathroom. We had breakfast both days which was traditional and delish.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Hamza and Jamal. Location is excellent if you want to be near to Imam Jazuli and Sidi Bel Abbasi shrines. But otherwise if you want to be close medina market then this is bit of a walk as it's a bit removed from the central hustle bustle.

This Riad was very comfortable and the upper terrace was lovely to enjoy breakfast. What makes this Riad so special are the team there, they just could not do enough for you to make your stay memorable . We had an amazing stay. The Riad is quiet, the staff very friendly and they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can have breakfast and relax on the rooftop that also has a hot tub. As the gardens of La Mamounia border the Riad, you can hear the birds instead of street traffic. The souk and the Bahia Palace are within a 25 minute walk.

I really appreciate the staff during my short trip. They really prepared an amazing stay from my check in experience, walking me to the Riad, breakfast and all. Eunice and Jawad were great and I would recommend. Location is off the main path some but still convenient.

Ibrahim and Midi, the reception staff, are very friendly and helpful. They always make sure you have everything you need. The location is excellent, right next to the square. The breakfasts are very complete, and they even prepare little bags of it for you when you leave early. In short, I would definitely stay at this riad again!

A bit dated, it could use some renovation, especially in the bathrooms, showers, and plumbing. The terrace is very nice and the staff is friendly. The location is great, just a two-minute walk from the square. The beds are comfortable. The price per night is a bit high considering the shortcomings.

Riad Inaka is a litle gem in a very busy city, great location (very near the Bab Ksiba gate where you can grab a taxi very easily) 25 mins from the airport, great places to eat nearby. Spent a week here last year. A very clean and nice riad located in a quiet corner of the traditional part of the city, but near to a main road and easy to get anywhere. Walking distance from city center sights and some restaurants as well. The proprietor was very helpful, kind and spoke great English. Would recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a night with our two children on our visit to Marrakech. The room was beautifully decorated and had the ideal small area sectioned off for the children, the pool was heated which for them was a bonus! Myself & family had a great stay in Dar Titrit , the staff were really friendly & looked after us. The breakfast up on the roof terrace is a treat & the room was really nice. There’s also 2 heated pools, one in the inner courtyard & another up on the roof terrace. Great for chilling after a day out in the souks also a lovely little bar were the two resident cats hang out.

I visited only to exchange money, as it is widely recommended as having the best rates in the city. However, upon comparing, the rates seemed quite similar to other nearby spots. There is usually a long line and you have to be patient. It's a reliable place to exchange currency, but don't expect a huge difference compared to other official offices

Never stayed here, but we review as we have used their facilities. There is a toilet facility on the third floor, clean and well kept, on the same floor they have restaurant. And the down floor they exchange which has the best price, check for our review about the exchange. Staff and people seem friendly.

We only know this as a pickup point for tours. However, it doesn't open for food until at least 9am. There is plenty of room outside to gather in your groups, and it can get quite busy, whilst others do the same. It is right on the main market square.

This location offers very fair value for exchange. They don’t even check passport. We did not wait for too long time to get money. If you visit Marrakech and need some local currency, I will recommend this place to you.

This was the hotel where we stayed for the whole week of our trip. Although our room was just right size with low ceiling but we had a balcony added to our room with a really lovely view outside. The Riad was in a great location, the staff were kind and breakfast was nice (pancakes and jams with coffee). But the Riad itself was very tired. There was no pool as advertised (or spa), the loungers and communal areas were dated and the ‘family suite’ had tiles missing in the bathroom and again seemed very dated.

Overall very good experience, Riad is nicely maintained and the staff is kind.

Check-in was a bit slow and the rooms are smaller than they appear (no separate bath/toilet in our room). Nonetheless, the rooms were clean. The hotel is located in an alley/street that cars can't access so you have to walk about a block plus with your bags; however it is near a large square and a number of restaurants.

They are charging tourists tax in (cash) dirham… when its included in ******* charges.

Shower head was broken until the last day before i left.

Very different from all the places ive stayed at. There is a musty smell where we had our massage and at around the dining area. It is kind of difficult to find the place.
