This wonderful hotel is a hidden treasure amongst the streets of the Medina. A beautiful place to stay with the most lovely staff. The lamb Tanjia and Tagine dinners were exceptional. The spa was a terrific treat. A perfect experience! The only complaint I have is not staying longer.
A Truly Special Place – We chose Riad Kheirredine to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The welcome, the warmth, the genuine care from every member of the team, it immediately felt different. Not transactional, not scripted, just incredibly sincere hospitality at the highest level...
Riad Kheirredine is a fantastic boutique hotel - very worthy of its numerous accolades. It’s in a quiet location in the Medina and is a real oasis of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The architecture is stunning, the amenities great and the room we stayed in was beautiful. We had a traditional Moroccan dinner one night of our stay and it was excellent. The breakfasts are plentiful...
An amazing Riad in the narrow streets of Marrakesh, every day you walk through the real daily life of Moroccan people living there. The atmosphere in the Riad gives you all the feelings of a high street, top level Moroccan experience. Rooms are beautiful, specially in the renewed part of the Riad. 3 swimming pools, gym, relaxing areas, bar, coffee and water whenever you need, an amazing terrace with...
I have stayed in many hotels in my life but I have never found that perfect blend of excellent service, together with real friendliness and a passion to do the very best, until I found the “family” of the team at Riad Kheirridine. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay perfect. When you were asked if you had a good day, they were really interested and wanted to...
We truly experienced a beautiful touch of Moroccan artistry and hospitality in this place. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Our room was exceptionally beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly clean—offering a sense of calm and quality from the very first moment. One of the great advantages of this hotel was that every time we went out, they provided us with a mobile phone, which...

Honestly I don't recommend the bed, the pillows are as hard as bricks... sorry but luckily the porters and the ladies at reception raised my rating
Location next to the convention center but a little far from the tourist area. Very basic breakfast, I find it almost catastrophic for a 3 or 4 *. The worst for me is the reception staff who seriously lack customer relations. First, arrived around midnight, the room was already fully paid online, the reception staff did not give me my room without paying the tourist tax for the 5 nights, a small amount...
Really nice hotel, in a fantastic location.
Hotel very well located in the center of Marrakech. The hotel is very pretty with lots of evening entertainment and shows. The only problem was that upon arrival the air conditioning was faulty and despite all the comments from tourists, the technical service took 4 days to repair it. The people at reception are very nice but are completely lost. Be careful of the swimming pool which is very dirty
When we go to Marrakech, we always take this hotel, it has never disappointed us Very generous breakfast and dinner The staff is attentive and the rooms are very comfortable
Good place.I wish a cleaning service can do a better job.Friendly and helpful staff.Convenient location.

I have just returned from 5 fabulous night at Riad Azahar . I have visited Marrakech a few times , always stayed in hotels BUT Riad Azahar has changed me . The Riad has been restored beautifully from bottom to top , the roof top is on 3 tiers with a small plunge pull and views of the Atlas Mountains, sun going down. The hospitality from the meet and greet to the so long farewell was so nice , me...
Such a comfortable and welcoming riad located in the heart of the medina by the Bahia Palace. Owner (Roberto) and all the team were super kind and helpful. We mostly saw Simon, who was excellent. Riad has been beautifully restored and they can also arrange for a hammam and massage. Breakfast was great too and very tranquil place to sleep after busy days in the city.
What made our time at Riad Azahar special were the people. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and deeply caring, making us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and quiet presence shaped the entire week’s experience. We very much appreciated having access to a private hammam and massage on site to fully relax and enjoy being pampered in the calm of the riad. Our hamman...
We really had a nice stay at Riad Azahar. Roberto was very helpful by trying to book the desert tour and good information on Marrakech. I highly recommend this Riad.
Riad Azahar is centrally located easily walkable to all attractions. The staff are very friendly. Yousef was very helpful in finding us parking and helping with our baggage.
Had a wonderful experience at this Riad. The Riad itself is beautiful and clean. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with Moroccan tea and snacks. The owner, Roberto was kind enough to give us a run-down of the city with a marked map. The service provided by Yousef and Simo was amazing. They served breakfast when it worked with our schedule and made sure we had everything we needed thoughout our stay...

We had a wonderful stay at your riad. A huge thank you to Mustapha for his support, kindness, advice, and thoughtfulness; to Soumia for her superb breakfasts, delicious meals, and ever-present smile 😃; and to all the other staff who were always so attentive! I had an amazing stay at Riad Djebel. The riad is beautiful decorated, very clean and comfortable. It is located slightly away from the hustle and bustle so if you love a little retreat, this is the riad for you. All the staff are amazing especially Mustapha and Walid. I definitely recommend this Riad.
Riad Djebel is a perfect stay in Marrakech. The Riad is very beautiful and the room is comfortable. The position is strategic as it is very close to the main attractions in Marrakech but it's also very quiet. Each member of the staff is friendly and kind and they are available 24/7. Breakfast is plentiful with fresh fruit, Moroccan bread, and tea. We also had dinner at the Riad and enjoyed it very...
A very nice , clean Riad with a great swimming pool to cool off after a long day walking around the medina. The staff is really nice. We had our beakfast early in the morning because we had to go to the airport very early. A good place to spend some nights while visiting Marrakech.
Excellent riad, but a bit remote. The riad is very nice, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is very good. The only negative point is that it's a bit remote. But overall, it's very nice.
We stayed at Riad for 5 nights. It's in a quiet corner of the Medina, which is great because of how busy the place it during the day. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They advised us on where to go and what to do, and took care of us very well. Thanks for the hospitaility.

We had a fantastic time at the Riad mazaya. Nathalie and Clement are great hosts and took very good care of us. We loved the roof top terrasse! The Riad is very well located on a quiet street. Thanks for hosting us.
I booked a last-minute birthday trip to Marrakech and debated between staying in a Riad or a hotel. I’m so glad I chose Riad Mazaya. From my first interaction with the owner, Nathalie, I knew I’d made the right decision. The riad truly felt like a home away from home. It is perfectly situated within the Medina and about a 10 mins walk to Jemaa el -Fnaa (provided you don't get lost- lol). It’s absolutely...
We had a fabulous time at this wonderful Riad in Marrakech. The location is great as it's walking distance to most attractions in the town centre. This riad was beautiful!! And the couple that owns it were so friendly and accommodating. Very helpful with great suggestions, not only what to see in town, but elsewhere in Morocco as well. This was a real gem! You will feel like family here! The attention to detail is amazing and everything is geared towards hospitality! Will definitely stay here next time I visit.
Amazing riad! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They spoke fluent English, they welcomed us with tips for Marrakech and mint tea with pastries. When we left, they kept our luggage until the time for our flight. The room and the whole riad were so beautiful and clean. Also, the rooftop was amazing!
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon entry at Riad Losra, we were greeted with spectacular hospitality and treated amazingly by the staff in particular Ali. The room was beautiful and clean. We were also served breakfast and as much tea “whiskey” as we could drink which were both lovely.
Highly recommended! Staff is very nice, Good location, neat and delicious breakfast.
Amazing experience in a truly peaceful paradise. Hosts went above and beyond to assure our stay was amazing especially staying up due to our flight arriving late. Upon check in we were brought to out room, which was extremely clean and quiet. Our included breakfasts were tasty and fresh. Staff continued to go above for the duration of our stay. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Can't fault this one at all. Staff were excellent, printed our boarding passes for going home, brought tea and biscuits to our room on first night and were there if you needed any help with directions, etc. Liked to show interest in where you had been as well. The rooftop is excellent as well as the rooms. Would definitely recommend.

This Riad was very comfortable and the upper terrace was lovely to enjoy breakfast. What makes this Riad so special are the team there, they just could not do enough for you to make your stay memorable . Breakfast was very delicious and brought up to the terrace instantly , eggs freshly cooked with breads, juice, coffee, yogurts, jams etc. can’t wait to return to enjoy such great hospitality
We had an amazing stay. The Riad is quiet, the staff very friendly and they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can have breakfast and relax on the rooftop that also has a hot tub. I visited only to exchange money, as it is widely recommended as having the best rates in the city. However, upon comparing, the rates seemed quite similar to other nearby spots. There is usually a long line and you have to be patient. It's a reliable place to exchange currency, but don't expect a huge difference compared to other official offices
Never stayed here, but we review as we have used their facilities. There is a toilet facility on the third floor, clean and well kept, on the same floor they have restaurant. And the down floor they exchange which has the best price, check for our review about the exchange. Staff and people seem friendly.
We only know this as a pickup point for tours. However, it doesn't open for food until at least 9am. There is plenty of room outside to gather in your groups, and it can get quite busy, whilst others do the same. It is right on the main market square.
This location offers very fair value for exchange. They don’t even check passport. We did not wait for too long time to get money. If you visit Marrakech and need some local currency, I will recommend this place to you.
This was the hotel where we stayed for the whole week of our trip. Although our room was just right size with low ceiling but we had a balcony added to our room with a really lovely view outside. The Riad was in a great location, the staff were kind and breakfast was nice (pancakes and jams with coffee). But the Riad itself was very tired. There was no pool as advertised (or spa), the loungers and communal areas were dated and the ‘family suite’ had tiles missing in the bathroom and again seemed very dated.
Overall very good experience, Riad is nicely maintained and the staff is kind.
Check-in was a bit slow and the rooms are smaller than they appear (no separate bath/toilet in our room). Nonetheless, the rooms were clean. The hotel is located in an alley/street that cars can't access so you have to walk about a block plus with your bags; however it is near a large square and a number of restaurants.
They are charging tourists tax in (cash) dirham… when its included in ******* charges.
Shower head was broken until the last day before i left.
Very different from all the places ive stayed at. There is a musty smell where we had our massage and at around the dining area. It is kind of difficult to find the place.

This was an exceptional experience. The hotel is well located and is very clean, pretty, and calm. Mourad was wonderfully accomodating and understanding. We messed up our checkout and delayed it significantly and he kindly waived the late fee and was super understanding. It was really kind and generous and made us feel really taken care of. Great experience and would totally be back again.

Beautiful clean room, good hot shower, and a wonderful breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.
The riad is wonderful and the staff is amazing. Mourad was incredibly kind and helpful, definitely made the stay special.
I'm very happy I stayed here. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, and the people were incredibly friendly. The location is good as well as you're in the heart of the Medina. I strongly recommend choosing this riad for your stay in Marrakech.
The hotel had a good location—quiet and walkable, which I appreciated. The staff were kind, and the room was cute, though nothing particularly special. It’s a very old riad, with a quaint and peaceful atmosphere. There’s definitely some room for improvement. A fresh coat of paint and a few cheerful touches—like brighter décor, some flowers, a basket of fruit, or even a few cookies—could really elevate...
