Very cool traditional building. Staff were all lovely and accommodating and the breakfast included is amazing. Its location is ideal for walking around central Marrakesh. It is a pain to get taxi’s to however and locating it for the first time was a challenge (might have been a skill issue). Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the old city.

The staff was amazing. Any request I made was fulfilled. Breakfast was delicious. The host actually took me on his motorcycle the first night to obtain the local currency, treated me to tea and assisted me with any directions I needed. I would highly recommend them.

The meals I had there were delicious and home cooked. The service was excellent. I actually rolled my ankle and I was stuck in bed for a while during my visit, and the team there took care of me and brought me ice packs for my ankle.

This is actually a really great hotel. It's far enough out of the centre to have reasonable air quality (a major problem in central areas of Marrakesh), although this means you need a car/taxi to get into town. Pros: Excellent pool area and sun loungers, feels like a private retreat as it’s usually quite quiet! The grounds are beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay at the Riad! We stayed just for one night but everything was perfect - we were welcomed with a lot of warmth, got breakfast earlier than the normal hour and got help with our next destination from the personal. Definitely recommendable!

We had an amazing stay. The Riad is quiet, the staff very friendly and they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can have breakfast and relax on the rooftop that also has a hot tub. As the gardens of La Mamounia border the Riad, you can hear the birds instead of street traffic. The souk and the Bahia Palace are within a 25 minute walk.

This place is a dream! Located just on the outskirts of the heart of Marrakech, this riad is a jem. It's walking distance to all the souks and the Medina. Very friendly and helpful staff, Hamza and Jamal. Location is excellent if you want to be near to Imam Jazuli and Sidi Bel Abbasi shrines. But otherwise if you want to be close medina market then this is bit of a walk as it's a bit removed from the central hustle bustle.

The environment is nice, but the facilities are just average.

We had no luck getting a taxi to the riad, citing the narrow streets. Upon entering the old town, we were immediately approached by "helpers" who insisted on accompanying us, demanding money for it. A hotel employee saved the situation (we got off with 20 dirhams), who subsequently provided us with various useful information. The riad itself was clean, but the street noise was very distracting.

Really nice Riad. Tarik is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina which is what we wanted. Clean, nice rooms, etc. Would definitely recommend. Easy to catch the 12 bus (4 dirham per trip) close by and takes about 25-30 minutes to the main square but costs 1/20th or less. Buses are busy but easy.

Riad Inaka is a litle gem in a very busy city, great location (very near the Bab Ksiba gate where you can grab a taxi very easily) 25 mins from the airport, great places to eat nearby. Spent a week here last year. A very clean and nice riad located in a quiet corner of the traditional part of the city, but near to a main road and easy to get anywhere. Walking distance from city center sights and some restaurants as well. The proprietor was very helpful, kind and spoke great English. Would recommend!

Rooms was good, locations was good, They mention air conditioning rooms but in real they were not. Rooms have AC but didn't work.

It was great. Very clean, great breakfast, very central. The only problem is that some days, a band plays on the rooftop restaurant until about 11 pm and it is very loud in the rooms.

Have just returned from another excellent stay at Riad Shaden. It is an traditional riad with a lovely moroccan breakfast served to you each morning. We done the hot air balloon trip with Mohamed from the Riad which was such a great experience. The riad is very well located, right next to the Bahia Palace. The rooms are clean and well-furnished. The terrace is lovely; it's a great place to spend time. Unfortunately, Latifa dries her laundry on the terrace and leaves it on the benches, so we couldn't really enjoy it. Our stay in Marrakesh It was a last minute booking . And the price was cheap so I guess we get what we pay for. Chris was a really nice guy even though he speaks only French we managed to communicate. The service was very basic. So don’t expect much such as room service etc.. Very convenient location and good value for money

This Riad is wonderful. It has a beautiful Moroccan design and a really good Moroccan experience. My friend and I stayed 3 days and we loved it. The host named Chris is wonderful, he was very helpful and always friendly.
