Nice riad with very good customer service. Would stay again
I booked a family room at Riad Karmela and they sent me to riad Karmela princess instead which is their sister property across the alleyway. They didn’t explain why and it was out last day in Marrakesh so we didn’t have time to deal with it and accepted the room. The room was spacious and clean but it had a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly really good...
Everything was fantastic. The customer service was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Location was spot on, in the heart of the souk. Highly recommended.
Great place to stay in Marrakech. Real Riad experience. Great food and service.
Staff were very kind and settling after the craziness of the markets. Room was comfortable and clean. Dinner was a little over-priced but quite good. We had an early morning departure and they did their best to make sure we had some breakfast before we left.
A peaceful oasis in the middle of the chaos that is Marrakesh. Cannot praise the staff enough, always polite and helpful, couldn’t do enough to ensure a good stay.

Amidst the vibrant tapestry of Marrakech, there lies a hotel that is a testament to serenity, wrapped in the authentic charm of Moroccan tradition. Each morning, the rooftop becomes a stage for the sun’s majestic ascent, casting a golden glow over the awakening city. The breakfast experience by the pool is an idyllic start to the day, with the lush garden providing a backdrop of natural beauty and...
Villa des 3 golfs is an incredible place to stay in Marrakech: very clean rooms, wide activities offer (e.g., tennis, pool, ...), quite surroundings and a professional staff always at your service. The location is only 15 minutes from the city center however ensuring a relaxing atmosphere after a full day in the suk. Looking forward coming back soon!
This place was amazing much better than any expectation! Lhousseine was the best host, he helped us with everything. Daily cleaning, amazing breakfast, pool and tennis court, really above all expectations. Rooms were large and comfortable. We had a great time booking the full place and if we will ever get back in Marrakesh we will book the same again. Loved every minute of our stay! Chiara
We visited the Villa 3 times during Morocco tours and were always well received. Quiet relaxing hotel away from noisy hot Marrakesh, with quick access by car to the city and the airport. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Rooms and terrace have beautiful views.
Stayed at the villa for a week with a large group of friends. Fantastic hospitality, including arranging a perfect celebration for New Year’s Eve! Very clean and tidy, attentive service and great facilities. Highly recommended for large groups!
Comfortable rooms and a wide outdoor space, with a swimming pool and a tennis court. The staff has been kind and always available for help and advice! Excellent for groups of friends, we had the best NYE party!

Really good location close to many attractions; good value for money and spacious rooms for good stay. Would rebook again for the next time in the city.
The location is good, close to Funa Square, so you can come back and rest when you get tired from sightseeing. The shared showers were sometimes too hot and sometimes too lukewarm, but there were multiple showers so it was never crowded.
Good: location and price. Staff were polite and did try to be helpful. Improve: rooms were not clean, had to request new bedding. Shower pressure was weak and didnt drain properly. No mirror in bedroom only in bathroom. Please make it clear on check in that housekeeping is by request only.
- Great location - Beautiful riad - Friendly staff - Unfortunately, we had to wait 45 minutes for our breakfast... - The rooms could have been cleaner - Excellent value for money
The room was clean, small but comfortable and with all the basic needs. Staff was nice. Place just a steps from Jameel Ef Na centre, shopping boulevard, food and beverages stands, music. I would stay again in a future.
Budget hotel for solo traveler My room is a single with a Shared Bathroom, no bath towel provided. If you are prepared to sleep only. This hotel may be good, very close to Medina.

We have been to Murano and it was quite different from many places I’ve been before in Marrakech. The pool is calm and clean, the food is delicious and the staff was so nice, professional and welcoming! Will definitely come back again
This peace of heaven was just AMAZING! a full package of happiness! It might seem as I’m exaggerating! But somehow I can assure you that the beauty of murano’s landscape, the cleanness of the swimming pool and of course the extra amazing personalized service of its stuff made me feel like Im a Vvip person:) they were all very approachable, Khalid is a sweetheart person, his service is above expectations...

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Riad Jaaneman. The Riad is superbly located in the Medina, close to all the sights, just off a very nice street (almost opposite Bacha Palace / Coffee). The Riad is beautiful and very stylish, simple rather than grand (in a good way). Breakfast in the courtyard was simple but plentiful and excellent. Hammam was great. The staff were all charming and super efficient...
We had a fantastic stay at Riad Jaaneman. The staff was so lovely and helpful. Our room was great and the AC worked amazingly. Perfect location and we loved seeing the turtles each day. We would love to stay here again.
My partner and I recently spent three unforgettable nights at Riad Jaaneman in the stunning Suite Leale, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, it felt special — after being dropped off from the airport, it’s just a short, easy walk to the riad entrance. The location is absolutely perfect, set right on the edge of the medina. You...
Riad Jaaneman is nothing short of perfect! The staff make you feel so at home, they’re kind and helpful and it really feels like you are part of the family. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I keep coming back. It’s a beautiful and unique riad with stunning art everywhere! The location wow, you couldn’t be better positioned with everything on your doorstep. I can’t wait to be back again next...
What an incredible place!! The entire stay was faultless, from our seamless arrival and lovely welcome from the team, to our departure which was effortless with our arrange car to the airport. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Nice accommodations. Highly recommend. Only issue we had was it was difficult to find the front door the first time as it is around the corner from where google maps directed. The pin should be relocated to proper location and include the additional side alley to front door.
This is a fabulous place to stay in the medina in Marrakech. The Riad is tastefully decorated. It is beautiful. The staff are very professional and friendly. This was our first stop in our first trip to Morocco and oh la la this started strong. Everything about this Riad was perfect Location, host, food, room, view, scent when you come in You have to go there!
The Riad was under construction when I stayed . Quite noisy and I couldn’t use the terrace. The room’s quite small and very simple , very few decoration and art. No facilities on the day I arrived . I, at first, thought that all the RIADs in Morrocco like that, but they’re not 😅 The owner and staffs are very friendly as most of the owners in Morrocco.
Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was also very clean, with excellent A/C. Great breakfasts. It's a little hard to locate the entrance at first (there's only a tiny street sign on the corner which is impossible to see at night and the actual front door is unmarked) but once you figure it out once, it's easy to navigate.
The Riad was beautiful and all the staff were fantastic. It sits away from the Medina so its quiet but close enough to walk to. I highly recommend it 👌

We stayed at Riad Cocoon last year and had a great time. The riad is beautiful and well maintained. Corinne and her staff are helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I cannot fault the fine people running the riad. They are friendly and eager to please. 5 star service, good food, rooms are clean and the vibe is great. Beautiful, clean riad. Great location. Helpful staff and best breakfast of my trip. Quiet and comfortable with good lighting in the room.
The team at Dar Charkia were so hospitable, Samira the Manager and Rashid the night Manager were so attentive and helpful. The room was very Marrakech charming and bright and kept exceptionally clean by the house keeping team. The Riad was ideally located for accessing the old City and a short walk from everything whilst also by Marrakech standards being tranquil. With a fantastic roof terrace. The...
Lovely stay! Wonderful staff who were very helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was lovely and the room was comfortable. Good location in the city, walkable to the medinas.
Five star ! The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was so good fresh orange juice was amazing. The front desk lady was the sweetest trying so hard to get us a proper traditional spa to go to and arranging us a ride to the train. The room was comfortable and super clean. The bedding was so comfortable. Would highly recommend this location. Close walk to everything !
Nice sweet small place to stay in old town. Very nice Riad. These homes turned into hotels are very quaint. For US customers, you can think of them almost like a B&B. The rooms lacked a desk or chair. Shower did not drain, but these are very old homes. Breakfast was same daily, simple but very decent. The layout of the place was wonderful. It was a great sanctuary from the craziness of the old town...

We cannot find a thing to fault this hotel, it was beautiful. I'd love to visit again in the summer. The outside seating areas as clean and bright, the breakfast was homemade and some of the best I've had in a hotel. Traditional and staff were lovely.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hosts of Riad Eden were so wonderful! Breakfast was a 10/10. The bedrooms were amazing quality, housekeeping cleaned every day and the showers were nice. Staff was so accommodating and got breakfast for us really early when we were leaving. Would absolutely recommend!
Great hosts and the customer service went way and beyond what i was expecting.
The door is a bit hard to open and close with the lock, but it's authentic! The room itself was nice, even had a bathtub. I was lucky, I had a room with a balcony. I'll note one major drawback: the room smelled strongly of cat urine. It was simply impossible. And another small drawback: they didn't show you where everything was in the riad; they usually give you a tour. The location is fine—you can...
Lovely Rhiad, great location close to the souks, friendly staff. However, if you are sensitive to noise be aware local young kids playing and shouting right outside the bedroom window until after midnight every night.

Staff were totally fab but this riad is basic, with slightly tatty decor, down a ramshackle alley with derelict buildings and rubbish piled up next door.
Staff are very friendly and helpful - but riad is basic - slightly tatty and down a ramshackle alleyway with derelict buildings and rubbish piled up next door. It’s perfectly okay, but not the warm, homely place you might expect of a riad stay.
Upon arrival we were skeptical but we ended up really enjoying the Riad. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. We were very happy with the Riad overall and would recommend it. It provides an authentic experience in Lisbon.
Beautiful Riad. Perfectly located close to all the sights. The service was very good. Friendly people, do everything for you. The breakfast was simple, but completely fine. Only the road to it is a bit less, small back alleys. You first think, where am I going, but once you step inside you are pleasantly surprised.
I highly recommend this riad, away from the hustle and bustle of the souk and yet very close to the main square of Marrakech. The staff is particularly attentive and accommodating (even when you have to leave very early in the morning they provide breakfast). The riad is comfortable and well-equipped.
Beautiful Beautiful place! Very hell ful and nice people working there. If you want the real maroccain feeling go here.
