Two parents and a teenage girl with her grown up sister arriving just before midnight we warmly greeted by the one man in charge of the Riad nearby, as rhe way to the place is complicated when you are the first time in Marrakech. The rooms are keeping with the traditions of the Riad, be it that Riad First has kept it simple and clutter free. Very quiet in the midst of the working part of the medina...

The riad is very clean and the people are very friendly. It is simple and beautiful, not same decoration as other riads, it is more modern. Close to the souks and Jem el Fna, 15min walking. There is stores all the qay to the Jema el fna, and restaurants.

The welcome is great, the breakfasts are plentiful, the room is identical to the photos. The setting is beautiful, the interior is authentic. A small downside, our shower did not have much pressure. We had a great stay at Riad First.

Staying here felt like a true authentic experience. It is a nice building nestled away in the medina. Amediaz was very attentive and looked after us extremely well for our four night stay, made us feel at home and special. Ibrihim was lovely too and gave some good local tips. They helped us sort out activities. The bedroom comfort levels are basic. The double bed was 2 small singles pushed together...

The place is beautiful. I recomend this place for couples and families. The best thing from this Riad, is Amediaz, who is at the reception, he is a lovely and sweet guy, actually he was always there to help us, he gave me his whatsapp, and he was always asking if we needed something. All my experience was great because of him! i will be back to visit him.

We stayed here for 4 nights in the peaceful location of Riad Haraka. Marrakesh is a crazy, vibrant place but this location was an oasis of calm in the middle of it all. Our super friendly host Amediaz was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely brilliant. First time in Marrakesh, at first we were not sure, but a wonderful host Amadiaz who welcomed us, made us so welcome and during the stay advised us on many things. I will start my review by highlighting the positives; perfect location and my room was so huge and the cleaner came in everyday for the house keeping but, the hotel has no lift and the Tv didn't work. The breakfast was below average and dinner was pricy. The staff was very helpful.

Water flow from showers basically unusable, 60min to fill bath 20%. On top floor people on roof at night can clearly be loudly heard. Far better value for money can be found elsewhere (on tour so no choice)

We were initially uncertain about what to expect when booking this accommodation, but it exceeded our expectations in every way. The soundproofing was exceptional—despite being in a central area, we experienced no disruption from traffic, construction, or late-night activity. The hotel is beautiful, central and spacious. As others said the only letdown is the breakfast. For people with difficulty sleeping the rooms facing the street can be loud (even with double pane windows) The pool "exists" but it's tiny, dirty and not in use

We stayed in this Riad at the start of our holiday. It is well placed and you can walk to the centre where the souks are. The Riad is traditional with old furnishings. The rooms are OK but the bathrooms could do with refit/redecoration. The breakfast on the roof terrace was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is about 30mins from the famous markets but there are bus stops very close. It also has few restaurants very close to the hotel. Hotel staff were really friendly and professional. Cleanliness was 5/5.

I went as a solo female traveller and it was safe, friendly and very clean. Very convenient location. I would take note that although it is hot in the daytime it is very cold at night.

I highly recommend this riad, away from the hustle and bustle of the souk and yet very close to the main square of Marrakech. Villa des 3 golfs is an incredible place to stay in Marrakech: very clean rooms, wide activities offer (e.g., tennis, pool, ...), quite surroundings and a professional staff always at your service. The location is only 15 minutes from the city center however ensuring a relaxing atmosphere after a full day in the suk. Looking forward coming back soon!

This place was amazing much better than any expectation! Lhousseine was the best host, he helped us with everything. Daily cleaning, amazing breakfast, pool and tennis court, really above all expectations. Rooms were large and comfortable. We visited the Villa 3 times during Morocco tours and were always well received. Quiet relaxing hotel away from noisy hot Marrakesh, with quick access by car to the city and the airport. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Rooms and terrace have beautiful views.

The location is good, close to Funa Square, so you can come back and rest when you get tired from sightseeing. The shared showers were sometimes too hot and sometimes too lukewarm, but there were multiple showers so it was never crowded.

Good: location and price. Staff were polite and did try to be helpful. Improve: rooms were not clean, had to request new bedding. Shower pressure was weak and didnt drain properly. No mirror in bedroom only in bathroom. Please make it clear on check in that housekeeping is by request only.

I booked a family room at Riad Karmela and they sent me to riad Karmela princess instead which is their sister property across the alleyway. They didn’t explain why and it was out last day in Marrakesh so we didn’t have time to deal with it and accepted the room. The room was spacious and clean but it had a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly really good...

The service was truly outstanding. The concierge was incredible; they arranged our pickup and drop-off with no hesitation, and even contacted us the day before our departure to ensure we had a taxi! The riad itself was beautiful, every piece is well curated and beautifully crafted. For being near the market, there was virtually no noise and the rooms were peacefully quiet.

Riad so beautiful Everything was exquisite. Only thing is the Moroccan diet is bread heavy so if you are gluten intolerant - inform hotel ahead of time for arrangements. Very well located. Near to a very busy roundabout but by getting to the location you would never know it wasnt in the middle of nowhere. The location is phenomenal - you'll be super close to everything you want to see in Marrakesh. The breakfast is fine. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks on the website. The staff is friendly but sometimes a bit too friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. A good breakfast eaten on the roof top terrace. Situated in the Medina, great restaurants within a few minutes walk and only 5 minutes to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Walking distance to many cultural and historical sites.
