the classic hotel in the middle of the city with 5 stars great hotel. didnt downgrade a bit since the estblishment year. (around 10 years ago)
A beautiful hotel located in the center of Gueliz. Very attentive staff.
It was okay. nothing special for a “5 start” resort. Arrive after 3pm and didn’t get checked in until after 4pm
The hotel is great and parking is convenient
The room is centrally located and convenient. Hotel services and facilities are complete and complete. Clean, tidy and quiet, in line with five-star standards. The room design style is modern, simple and stylish.
The hotel is a bit old, but in the city center, very convenient.

No tea coffee in room fridge was not working Staff was really nice Overall okay
The rooms are very small . Beds are only 100 cm jammed into small room. You could fall off the single bed while sleeping. The king size bed is just two single beds 100 cm each side be side . If beds moved you get a gap lol. Room are clean but bathrooms stink. I don't recommend this hotel
Average We tried to check in a little early but could not so we came back 15 minutes after check-in time and the rooms were still not ready. Had to wait another 20 minutes to end up with the last rooms in a gigantic hallway with a view of an empty field. The hotel was fine for a one-night stay but again not a 4-star hotel by our standards.
Perfect hotel for short stays. I recommend for small families. Perfect atmosphere for children, smiling and friendly staff. I recommend to book online no availability on site.
The hotel and well located clean quiet swimming pool
Very clean, classy, nice pool, nice breakfast, nice staff, modern style and very affordable. HOWEVER the cons are 1) the WiFi is only good around the reception area and the lobby WIFI IS VERY IMPORTANT IN 2018. 2) some of the rooms have bad tv reception other rooms have good tv reception 3) some of the rooms have weak Air conditions and other rooms have strong Air Conditions. I had to change my room...

Marrakech, Ouahat Sidi Brahim, Douar Ben Rahmoun (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is a hidden gem. It's a little out of the centre of town, but offers a complimentary shuttle service. Rooms are comfortable, bright and airy. Buffet food is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a different theme in the evening each day. There are also two other a la carte options (which we did not try). Super friendly, inclusive staff offering a full entertainment programme.All...
We had a lovely Christmas stay at Sol Oasis Marrakech with my parents, our first holiday abroad together. From start to finish, the service was excellent and communication was very good. Airport transfers were smooth and on time, and we received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival. Although our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, we were invited to enjoy lunch from the buffet, which was much appreciated...
Fantastic experience. The hotel, amenities, staff, entertainment, and transport were all wonderful. Highly recommend!
The staff was absolutely wonderful and listened to our requests. The place is beautiful but the staff made a huge difference. Would highly recommend:)
We are natively Indian, so enjoy spicy food, but we couldn’t found any single food which is spicy or more flavourful. Excluding this 1 point, it was great experience
Staff was welcoming, warm and entertainment team were amazing. Food & beverage was average but had a great stay overall

About 20min from the medina. Delicious breakfast and beautiful decor.
Great hotel, wonderful and attentive staff.
Travelled during ending Feb. Very cheap affordable hotel. Booked for 2nights -£95. Staff allowed us to extend check out time to late for free. About 15-20mins from city centre Has multiple outdoor pools for adults and children. Have children play area . Outdoor gym and indoor gym, tennis court and basketball court. Very decent hotel .
A bit far from the city center, but it has a good vibe and nice facilities. The staff is very friendly.

I’ve stayed at a few Kenzi hotels before, but unfortunately this one left me quite disappointed. Check-in was slow, which wasn’t great after a long, delayed flight. When I finally reached reception, I had to challenge the staff member who claimed my booking was for one person, even though my paperwork clearly stated it was for two. Next, when I asked to exchange money, I was given a rate around 10...
We had a pleasant stay at the Kenzi, with a warm welcome. Everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it. And thank you to the whole team, especially Asma, the very pleasant hostess.
Booked this for a friend. It's said the room is big.
The waiter provided first-class service! The facilities are relatively old, but the environment is beautiful and pleasant!
Beautiful hotel and gardens, peaceful location, big sized room, lovely outside pools, free shuttle bus to town (however it gets full quickly). Overall, a really nice hotel.

We stayed there for one night because of its proximity to the airport and we must catch an early flight next morning. Thought it was just a hotel offering convenience but it is far more than that. It has all the facilities that guests can enjoy a holiday or a leisure break there, e.g. a very clean, comfortable and big room; the balcony is big enough for two chairs and a table where guests can enjoy...
OK OK.. Staff service is middle only. And location is best
Good location, next to Marrakech train station. Breakfast was good. The gym has a view of the pool. Drinking water max 2 bottles per day.
it is super close to train station with 5 minutes walking 30 - 45 minutes to pretty much all sigh seeing sites by foot the gym is pretty nice there is a lot of options for breakfast
Good hotel, everything was great.

Marrakech, Av du President Kennedy, Hivernage (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It wasn’t great. The hotel is old. The bathtubs are clogged so water drains slowly. They don’t even have bathroom slippers (free or for sale). The room didn’t have a kettle, or tea or water but it did have a fridge. Good location, close to the mall and markets. The staff were nice tho especially Mohammed.
The hotel is in a good location and the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was generally clean, but some areas could use better maintenance. Breakfast was average but acceptable. Overall, it was a decent stay, and with a few improvements, the experience could be much better.
Excellent location just opposite Menara mall. Pleasant stay during winter season, good customer service and decent rooms.
A pleasant surprise with the magnificent heated pool. And a big shout out to the lifeguard, he was really kind and very helpful, thanks to him. The room was a bit dated, but clean and good quality. Breakfast was pretty good, but it's a shame it ends at 10 AM sharp. Not a minute later!
Spacious, good location. The room is very old, need a Reno. The fridge and air cons are probably few decades old, made tons of noise. Other than that, it’s all good.
A hotel that gets the job done. It's showing its age and could use a renovation. The breakfast is very basic and of average quality; there are much better options for similar prices.

Great hotel, only bad thing is that kids are not allowed in the internal pool
We had a wonderful day by the pool at Es Saadi Marrakech! Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the food , the service, and the relaxing vibe. A special thank you to Karim, who took such great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciate it and hope to come back soon!
We booked a day pass for the last day of our holiday for a relax. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was incredible. There are two pools one heated and one not but warm enough from the sun. We had a 3 course meal included in the price. All three amazing and dessert was served to use later on at the sun loungers. Our server Karim and his team were perfect in every way. ( nice smart...
We stayed at the KSAR section of Es Saadi Palace and loved it. The suite was very spacious, beautifully designed, and had a true Moroccan feel — elegant yet comfortable. The location is ideal, just a short 15-minute walk from the Medina but still quiet and relaxing. The pool area feels like a little Garden of Eden — lush, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, a perfect place to unwind after exploring...
I was very pleased with the visit. Every staff member was helpful and gracious. The waiter in the restaurant Ismail was exceptionally gracious; he went out of his way to assist guests. This hotel provided a positively memorable experience.
Beautiful serene hotel, an oasis of peace and calm. The rooms are huge and well appointed, spotlessly clean. Hayat was our housekeeper and she was so polite and helpful, leaving fresh flower petals and arranging our bathroom products for us. The room was cleaned perfectly everyday. Simon on reception was nice too as was Moussa in La Coeurs de Lion restaurant. We were not overly keen on Othello restaurant...

Loved everything about it. Staff were amazing (shout out to Ahmed the housekeeping manager who made sure we always had towels and water and turned down our beds), the lovely man on reception (we haven't seen your part in the ben kingsley film yet, but it's on our list) and everybody. Absolutely perfect. Could not fault a single thing with the hotel or the staff. The hotel is spotless at all times and staff are always immediately on hand to help without you feeling like they’re being intrusive. A true 5 star experience and will definitely be coming again. Thank you
The hotel is a resort, with Palace (high-end version) and Hotel (cheap version), with ** in the middle. The Hotel has been in disrepair for a long time, it is too old, many metal equipment in the room are rusted, and they are not replaced, it feels a bit like a three-tier city five-star hotel. Beautiful resort and the restaurant by the pool served some delicious food. This place made our last few nights in Marrakech such a delight. The room was spacious and clean, the bathtub was huge and the service was impeccable.
Excellent property with extremely friendly staff who ensured our stay was very enjoyable. Delicious spread of buffet breakfast and great food in other restaurants too. Convenient location, highly recommend!
Overall, it wasn't that amazing. Maybe my expectations for Four Seasons were too high, mainly because the prices weren't cheap. I'd recommend staying at a local five-star brand hotel in Marrakech.

Fantastic hotel, localisation is perfect. We had a great experience as a family, and the person was kind. I recommended.
I believe the room has a daily rate of £90, paid by the travel company, located on a side road, 150m away from a busy road that runs west past the main station, a few minutes walk away. The room is large, with a fridge, aircon, TV with English Al Jazeera. The bathroom is large, but the bath water can be yellow, lukewarm, or hot or clear. There are small sachets for shampoo and small packets of soap...
Average hotel, no hot water 2/3 days on the first floor of rooms, first day yellow water, no pressure and no hot water, second day decent shower with little pressure, third day no hot water. Rooms are clean included breakfasts and dinner were very average at best. Walking distance to the main square about 1/2 hour fairly easy to find your way.
Ok hotel, assigned by intrepid. Decent and clean room, with saving grace the location. I feel safe walking after dark (7-8 ish, solo female). Close to post office where I could take bus to Jam al Fina for only 4 Dirham. Lovely big room but what makes it a special place to stay are the staff. The kids club team are amazing and the restaurant and bar staff are so friendly. The reception could be hit and miss depending who you got but it’s truly the staff that make this place special. Don’t be fooled by the heated pool. It’s freezing
Staff was excellent - beyond expectations. Only point worth improving are the kids activities, especially during rain/cold weather when you cannot use the pool.
Kids club exists but doesn't function. The ladies were on there mobile phone and random men were in the kids club. We couldn't leave our kids there. Food was okay but very few items. Swimming pool wasn't warm enough and no indoor pool.
We had a wonderful stay at Be Live and enjoyed the opportunity to explore Marrakech. The best part was the fantastic tours organized by Mehdi and his colleague, especially the hot air balloon ride at sunrise in the desert.

Good surrounding environment and decent hotel setup, everything is on par and up to standards. The only thing to note is that the hotel is slightly further from the attractions, can be tricky to get a taxi sometimes. Otherwise, all the staffs were really nice and helpful.
Great service, Suite was clean, breakfast was delicious, fresh orange juice, I'm bit picky when it comes to bed firmness/softness and pillows but overall fine.
Really nice experience. Very modern vibe and shops nearby. Friendly staff and breakfast was very good :)
Although it's a 4-star hotel, the room facilities and breakfast food weren't particularly special! The room was big but lacked enough hooks for clothes/towels, and there was only one small trash can in the bathroom. Water easily leaked out of the shower! On the first day of our stay, there was still dust and water cup stains on the desk, so the hygiene wasn't up to par! To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed
The hotel is incredibly convenient and feels safe, with a wide range of restaurants and shops right in the surrounding area. My room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious, making it easy to relax after a long day. The property has a unique charm, as it’s known for hosting celebrities, and there are many celebrity-related items on display
Nothing special considering the price segment, AC is not available during the "winter season" so prepare for warm rooms. In addition at least the third floor rooms can be noisy as there's a rooftop bar that plays music till 1am even on weekdays. Breakfast was good.
