Peaceful! Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Marrakech, this is an ideal place to relax. The staff is very helpful, and the best part is that it's clean and well-maintained. The shuttle takes you to the center in 30 minutes. The entertainment team is there without being overly involved. The children are treated like royalty!

The rooms are very small . Beds are only 100 cm jammed into small room. You could fall off the single bed while sleeping. The king size bed is just two single beds 100 cm each side be side . If beds moved you get a gap lol. Room are clean but bathrooms stink. I don't recommend this hotel

Average We tried to check in a little early but could not so we came back 15 minutes after check-in time and the rooms were still not ready. Had to wait another 20 minutes to end up with the last rooms in a gigantic hallway with a view of an empty field. The hotel was fine for a one-night stay but again not a 4-star hotel by our standards.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It's a little out of the centre of town, but offers a complimentary shuttle service. Rooms are comfortable, bright and airy. We had a lovely Christmas stay at Sol Oasis Marrakech with my parents, our first holiday abroad together. From start to finish, the service was excellent and communication was very good. About 15-20mins from city centre Has multiple outdoor pools for adults and children. Have children play area . Outdoor gym and indoor gym, tennis court and basketball court. Very decent hotel .

Good surrounding environment and decent hotel setup, everything is on par and up to standards. The only thing to note is that the hotel is slightly further from the attractions, can be tricky to get a taxi sometimes. Otherwise, all the staffs were really nice and helpful.

Although it's a 4-star hotel, the room facilities and breakfast food weren't particularly special! The room was big but lacked enough hooks for clothes/towels, and there was only one small trash can in the bathroom. Water easily leaked out of the shower! On the first day of our stay, there was still dust and water cup stains on the desk, so the hygiene wasn't up to par! To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed

Nothing special considering the price segment, AC is not available during the "winter season" so prepare for warm rooms. In addition at least the third floor rooms can be noisy as there's a rooftop bar that plays music till 1am even on weekdays. Breakfast was good.

We stayed there for one night because of its proximity to the airport and we must catch an early flight next morning. Thought it was just a hotel offering convenience but it is far more than that. it is super close to train station with 5 minutes walking 30 - 45 minutes to pretty much all sigh seeing sites by foot the gym is pretty nice there is a lot of options for breakfast

The resort was nice, but not what we expected. The food was good, but limited hours of operation for food. The mini bar had an extra up charge, which is news to us, in regards to other all inclusive resorts. The CS was great, tho! I would give them a 5, but overall is definitely a 3! A resort that we personally will never be back. Plus is mainly for retired folks! Not our preference.

A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. It wasn’t great. The hotel is old. The bathtubs are clogged so water drains slowly. They don’t even have bathroom slippers (free or for sale). The room didn’t have a kettle, or tea or water but it did have a fridge. Good location, close to the mall and markets. The staff were nice tho especially Mohammed.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was generally clean, but some areas could use better maintenance. Breakfast was average but acceptable. Overall, it was a decent stay, and with a few improvements, the experience could be much better.

A pleasant surprise with the magnificent heated pool. And a big shout out to the lifeguard, he was really kind and very helpful, thanks to him. The room was a bit dated, but clean and good quality. Breakfast was pretty good, but it's a shame it ends at 10 AM sharp. Not a minute later!

Staff were amazing (shout out to Ahmed the housekeeping manager who made sure we always had towels and water and turned down our beds), the lovely man on reception (we haven't seen your part in the ben kingsley film yet, but it's on our list) and everybody. We stayed at Es Saadi Palace for a week in February. The hotel is fabulous and our room was wonderful with a spacious and sunny terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. I believe the room has a daily rate of £90, paid by the travel company, located on a side road, 150m away from a busy road that runs west past the main station, a few minutes walk away. We had a wonderful experience staying at the Fairmont. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For instance, I left my Kindle at the hotel mistakenly, and the staff found it promptly and will most probably send it back. The facilities are beautiful and the spa is top quality. A terrific stay.

Lovely big room but what makes it a special place to stay are the staff. The kids club team are amazing and the restaurant and bar staff are so friendly. Staff was excellent - beyond expectations. Only point worth improving are the kids activities, especially during rain/cold weather when you cannot use the pool.

Kids club exists but doesn't function. The ladies were on there mobile phone and random men were in the kids club. We couldn't leave our kids there. Food was okay but very few items. Swimming pool wasn't warm enough and no indoor pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Be Live and enjoyed the opportunity to explore Marrakech. The best part was the fantastic tours organized by Mehdi and his colleague, especially the hot air balloon ride at sunrise in the desert.

My friend and I stayed here 01-05th September for 5 nights, that was just not long enough! The staff are amazing, they all speak English, the hotel rooms and facilities (of which there are many) are constantly cleaned. The snack bar serves drinks all day including alcohol. Spectacular hotel just a 4-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fna square. Beautiful serene hotel, an oasis of peace and calm. The rooms are huge and well appointed, spotlessly clean. Hayat was our housekeeper and she was so polite and helpful, leaving fresh flower petals and arranging our bathroom products for us. The room was cleaned perfectly everyday.
