Marrakech, Avenue Hommane Al Fetouaki (in the centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is perfectly situated, close to the malls and also the famous Jema El Fina square. There is also taxis readily available at reasonable prices. The amenities were slightly lacking as only a shampoo was provided where usually there is soap, conditioner and a body wash. Over all and excellent stay and will be booking again very soon.
Outdated hotel that needs a refurbished. Location is superb
The room was small and the facilities were outdated. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so, and breakfast was truly disappointing.
Love location and quiet for sleeping. Swimming pool and garden was lovely. Bit old but we didn't care much of it. Very friendly staff who gave us an assistance for fixing our day tour from other company.
The state of the bathroom and colour of the tap water were foul. No amenities beyond 2 small bars of cheap soap. Pillows were rock hard and breakfast is best avoided should you not fancy a tour of Marrakech’s public toilets!
Very good value and suitable for Business people, Families, tourists. Simple but very good breakfast. Smoking allowed in lobby, by pool, and on balconies of some rooms. Taxis available nearby [150m walk]

Everything you could ask for in a hotel - excellent service - really first class, nothing was too much and one slight issue with a late room cleaning was sorted out straight away. What this hotel lacks in the grandeur of some of the larger 'palace hotels' like the Oberoi or Mandarin etc.. it more than offsets with intimacy, class, attention to detail and the feeling that you (and a few others) have...
A wonderful break away. The Palais Ronsard is a jewel, the perfect hotel for a short break away if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment. The decor of the hotel is incredible, pure beauty. Our junior suite had a wonderful terrace too. We had sunshine which helped. And the service was perfect too. Our waiter Anas in particular was very attentive and thoughtful. We really enjoyed our...
-Stunning place with great atmosphere. -The style and decor is grand and with a lot of taste. -Lots of places all around the place indoor our outdoor to sit, lounge and relax. -The pool space is amazing, beautiful and peaceful. -The fact that there are only 26 rooms makes it really enjoyable as it is not crowded during breakfast / by the pool. -It's very quiet (no children policy). -The place is safe...
Exquisite decor with many fine details. The gardens are gorgeous even in February so I’m sure even better in spring. Every staff member went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. Incredible pool with wonderful staff ready to take food or drink orders at any time. The only downside is the restaurant (for dinner) is overpriced for the quality. Both the entree and main plat were overcooked...
We stayed at this stunning hotel for two amazing nights. We were in the Villa with our own pool which was a perfect chill out. We only left the room to be fed. The food is absolutely delicous....do try the 30 hour cooked lamb! Khalil is an asset to the hotel. His welcoming, warm smile I will miss. If you need to have a little reset then this is the hotel for you!
We had the great joy of celebrating a special anniversary at Palais Ronsard from January 16–18, 2025 — and we can truly say we have never encountered a more beautiful or fairytale-like place! The hotel is pure magic — elegant, serene, and absolutely unforgettable. A very special thank you to Chaima Oumama, whose attention to detail and genuine care for every single guest need made us feel truly seen...

We had a wonderful stay at La Sultana Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional, the team were genuinely warm, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The riad itself is stunning, with incredible attention to detail throughout the historic setting. Every space feels carefully considered and beautifully maintained, full of character and charm....
The most amazing hotel experience we've ever had, from start to finish. Thank you to all of the lovely staff at the hotel, we had an incredible 5 night stay for our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday.
Great Riad. Staff was helpful. Lot of smiles, good conversation. Friendly. Elevated our visit.
La Sultana is absolutely wonderful. Quiet and intimate, the service is warm, personal and immaculate. The building itself, and the rooms, are absolutely stunning: there is no view or line of sight that is uninteresting or boring, the quality of design is astonishing. Yet it is the little things that make the difference. I went to La Sultana on my honeymoon and on arrival we were delighted to find rose...

I have only positive things to say about this hotel. The common areas and rooms are gorgeous. The service was impeccable-the hotel staff members are very attentive without being overbearing. We had a lovely persinalised welcome. They put rose petals in the bed with written happy birthday. It was so thoughtful. weldone
Staff are very nice, thoughtful, and helpful. Hotel is in the medina, extremely convenient.
The staff was very friendly and the spa was amazing. :)
Good stay but not a traditional riad Not a traditional Riad but didn’t take away from how good the location was. Bed was hard which I enjoyed, but my partner did not. AC was ice cold. Room was clean and staff would change bed sheets and towels every day. Restaurant upstairs is OK and expensive - you’re better off going elsewhere. Spa was fine.
Pool just for decoration, nice hotel structure, bathroom smells musty and is unpleasant, the price is quite high for what is offered, we were fortunate enough to stay in 4 hotels and this was the most expensive and the one we honestly liked the least The breakfast was good, and the receptionists were friendly, but I wouldn't book it again. For service price
The riad was great! It was my first time, but I was able to see the city of Marrakech in Morocco and it was fun!

Fabulous oasis just outside of the bustling city! Wonderful pool, fantastic friendly staff. Rooms are lovely, clean and we were surprised at the size. The main hotel is stunning and very Moroccan lux. Food is tasty and pina coladas are excellent 😬
Quiet and serene location. Excellent staff and service. We reached quite late and the staff were kind enough to prepare us some food and nice tea knowing that we have travelled quite far and were starving. Spa, pool, rooms and the dining area were amazing.
Excellent rooms, quiet hotel away from city Beautiful hotel rooms, lovely pool which was cold so we couldn’t go in. Very quiet in December, there were only 4 guests in the hotel, no atmosphere at all

Amazing location right in the busy, main square yet the hotel is quiet and idyllic. Excellent service, a nice welcome with tea and cookies and a brief tour. Good rooftop buffet breakfast. Room was clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely choose to stay again.
This was a return visit for me. It's always so wonderful to be at this Riad. The entrie staff are very welcoming and kind! I appreciate them making it feel as if I were a very important guest visiting their home. The room is very comfortable and quiet! The meals are yummy! Great location!
We had a great stay at Art Place. The common areas and the restaurant were very nice. Our hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel felt safe and was in a great location right next to the central square and market. We highly recommend this place!
This hotel is simply amazing. It is extremely beautiful, the location is fantastic and the staff couldn’t be better. The breakfast is spectacular, with a really nice terrace facing Jemaa el-Fna square. Special shout out to Rabi, Brahim, Yousuf and the doorman! Highly recommend.
I am very impressed to be staying in the Medina and to have such quiet in my room and comfort. I’m staying in a King suite and it is perfect for my overnight layover.
The bed is small and has wheels so it moves with you. I went to the third floor and saw that there was no swimming pool as shown in the pictures, but someone was cleaning it, perhaps changing the water. It's located next to the Sleepless Square and is locked during the day, making it difficult to find.

Very beautiful hotel, good service level. Notwithstanding the level is not exactly at a 5 stars level. The room was at a very high level but the bathroom more like a 3 stars then 5. Too much noise... and the music from the bar downstairs is blasting, impossible to rest, and you can hear the noise from the other guests next door.
The room had no ventilation, it was quite noisy outside, and the facilities were rather outdated. I guess this is the standard in North Africa; in China, it would be considered a hotel-level room.
The hotel is located in a prime location, but there was very loud noise from people disputing the hotel's location. There is ample space to improve amenities such as soap and shampoo.
Everything was alright. The room was old, and the air conditioner was quite outdated; it made a buzzing noise when turned on. Overall, it was not bad. The location was quite convenient. It's about a 30-minute walk to the old town, and even from this location, it's easily a 30-minute walk. There's not much to do in Marrakech. A day or two is enough. The property is very well maintained. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and well maintained gardens too. I shall add that the staff are very nice, obliging and the property is clean. This is actually a really great hotel. It's far enough out of the centre to have reasonable air quality (a major problem in central areas of Marrakesh), although this means you need a car/taxi to get into town. Nicely located to walk to all of the sites in the downtown/old city area. Staff was very friendly.
I appreciate the great service received, loved the room booked, and the pool areas were immaculate both the indoor and outdoor. My only con is I wish the area was more walkable to more shopping and food options because I didn’t enjoy the food at the hotel.
Room and amenities are good however the sauna door didn’t close properly so it wasn’t very hot and the steam room was turned off. Also breakfast is poor. Staff are excellent!
The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet relaxed. The rooftop pool and views were a highlight - the perfect mix of elegance and energy. Would definitely come back.
