We had a lovely persinalised welcome. They put rose petals in the bed with written happy birthday. It was so thoughtful. weldone
Staff are very nice, thoughtful, and helpful. Hotel is in the medina, extremely convenient.
The staff was very friendly and the spa was amazing. :)
Good stay but not a traditional riad Not a traditional Riad but didn’t take away from how good the location was. Bed was hard which I enjoyed, but my partner did not. AC was ice cold. Room was clean and staff would change bed sheets and towels every day. Restaurant upstairs is OK and expensive - you’re better off going elsewhere. Spa was fine.
Pool just for decoration, nice hotel structure, bathroom smells musty and is unpleasant, the price is quite high for what is offered, we were fortunate enough to stay in 4 hotels and this was the most expensive and the one we honestly liked the least The breakfast was good, and the receptionists were friendly, but I wouldn't book it again. For service price
The riad was great! It was my first time, but I was able to see the city of Marrakech in Morocco and it was fun!

Wonderful stuff. Love the castle.
Palais Mehdi is the perfect place to experience Marrakesh, authentic wonderful service and surroundsv
Fabulous oasis just outside of the bustling city! Wonderful pool, fantastic friendly staff. Rooms are lovely, clean and we were surprised at the size. The main hotel is stunning and very Moroccan lux. Food is tasty and pina coladas are excellent 😬
Quiet and serene location. Excellent staff and service. We reached quite late and the staff were kind enough to prepare us some food and nice tea knowing that we have travelled quite far and were starving. Spa, pool, rooms and the dining area were amazing.
Excellent rooms, quiet hotel away from city Beautiful hotel rooms, lovely pool which was cold so we couldn’t go in. Very quiet in December, there were only 4 guests in the hotel, no atmosphere at all
Tranquil, very spacious grounds, pool rooms. Lots of antique furniture. A real Palace experience

Amazing location right in the busy, main square yet the hotel is quiet and idyllic. Excellent service, a nice welcome with tea and cookies and a brief tour. Good rooftop buffet breakfast. Room was clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely choose to stay again.
This was a return visit for me. It's always so wonderful to be at this Riad. The entrie staff are very welcoming and kind! I appreciate them making it feel as if I were a very important guest visiting their home. The room is very comfortable and quiet! The meals are yummy! Great location!
We had a great stay at Art Place. The common areas and the restaurant were very nice. Our hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel felt safe and was in a great location right next to the central square and market. We highly recommend this place!
This hotel is simply amazing. It is extremely beautiful, the location is fantastic and the staff couldn’t be better. The breakfast is spectacular, with a really nice terrace facing Jemaa el-Fna square. Special shout out to Rabi, Brahim, Yousuf and the doorman! Highly recommend.
I am very impressed to be staying in the Medina and to have such quiet in my room and comfort. I’m staying in a King suite and it is perfect for my overnight layover.
The bed is small and has wheels so it moves with you. I went to the third floor and saw that there was no swimming pool as shown in the pictures, but someone was cleaning it, perhaps changing the water. It's located next to the Sleepless Square and is locked during the day, making it difficult to find.

Very beautiful hotel, good service level. Notwithstanding the level is not exactly at a 5 stars level. The room was at a very high level but the bathroom more like a 3 stars then 5. Then the worst part was the SPA, I never saw a 5 stars SPA without sauna or hammam. The hammam was intact "busy", I don't even know how possible to present a SPA with an hammam not available for everybody. At the end there...
Have a wonderful long weekend here, everything great. Weather was fabulous, we were very lucky and a balloon trip over the Atlas Mountains was incredible. All the staff were excellent and professional, though special mention but go to Oumalma,Mohcine and Taha who were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, would totally recommend. We will be back!!!
It has a nice ambience and pleasant staff, The massage and pool are really nice. I stayed in room 11 and during my stay the light went off multiple times from the first day and I complained about it and they got someone to fix it. Stayed there for three nights with my husband and I had a wonderful time there. We loved that staff understood and could speak English, which is not very common in Morocco. Excellent comfortable hotel in Marrakech! We really enjoyed a relaxing break from the city's hustle and bustle.
Great place in the heart of everything
Nicely located to walk to all of the sites in the downtown/old city area. Staff was very friendly.
I appreciate the great service received, loved the room booked, and the pool areas were immaculate both the indoor and outdoor. My only con is I wish the area was more walkable to more shopping and food options because I didn’t enjoy the food at the hotel.
Room and amenities are good however the sauna door didn’t close properly so it wasn’t very hot and the steam room was turned off. Also breakfast is poor. Staff are excellent!
The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet relaxed. The rooftop pool and views were a highlight - the perfect mix of elegance and energy. Would definitely come back.

I was on business so only stayed 2 nights but was upgraded to the Executive Suite. Massive room with a HUGE bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Had dinner one night in the hotel itself, dining room is quite elegant and there was a DJ playing. Breakfast was very good.
We stayed at Bab Hotel for four days and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of traditional Moroccan dishes that were a perfect start to the day. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, with a sleek design that we really appreciated. One of the best parts is the rooftop, where you can spend the whole day. It’s a great spot for lunch, sunset drinks, and...
Nice staff, quality look to the hotel throughout. Smart deluxe room with decent size bed and bathroom. Nice bar and restaurant area. Walkable 30 mins plus to some tourist sites. Minor downside was the noise at times...
Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast spread. Spacious room. Close to the airport. Manager Jihane and staff is extremely helpful. The staff members speak English so Jihane was able to identify ingredients and we were able to eat Jain food.

Everything you could ask for in a hotel - excellent service - really first class, nothing was too much and one slight issue with a late room cleaning was sorted out straight away. What this hotel lacks in the grandeur of some of the larger 'palace hotels' like the Oberoi or Mandarin etc.. it more than offsets with intimacy, class, attention to detail and the feeling that you (and a few others) have...
A wonderful break away. The Palais Ronsard is a jewel, the perfect hotel for a short break away if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment. Exquisite decor with many fine details. The gardens are gorgeous even in February so I’m sure even better in spring. Every staff member went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. Stunning colorful traditional decorations, beautiful Riad. We stay only one night and checked in around 9:30pm, staff are nice, room is warm. We booked family suite, the smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds, no other space. Toilet and shower no ventilation fan, I guess this maybe due to the limit of old house structures. Overall, this is good experience to try local Riad.
This is the best Riad we've ever stayed at. We originally planned to stay in Mansur or LM, but due to time constraints and only one night available, we opted for a Riad instead. It is very difficult to get to. Every time you return to the riad after an excursion you have to spend a lot of time. Breakfast is light, they bring it themselves (that is, there is no buffet).
The location is good, the room is large, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is also rich. The downside is that the shower faucet seems to be leaking, the water is very small, the sink faucet is not very convenient to use, and the lighting in the room is dim.
All the staff here are amazing and have great hospitality! Location is great for shopping and walkable to many areas. It can be a little difficult for grabbing a taxi with luggage but if you communicate with the staff they will help you arrange transportation.

Villa Al Assala is truly a hidden corner of paradise. Surrounded by a lush green garden complete with a vegetable patch and cozy relaxation spots, the atmosphere is serene and soothing. The gentle birdsong, the calm, the discreet and professional staff, and the spacious pool all contribute to making this place unforgettable. Valentina and Didier manage the villa with impeccable care — always attentive...
A clean, calm and quiet environment. Beautiful landscaped surroundings. Close proximity to the town centre and the airport. The management and staff are friendly and supportive. Big shout out to Salah at the front desk he was very helpful and accommodating. A reason sized clean pool with more than sufficient sunbeds and umbrellas. A place I would definitely return to.
Villa Al Assala A true haven of peace in a lush garden with a heated swimming pool Welcomed by Valentine, the Manager and Mistress of the place, we discover our spacious and magnificent suite like all the others. An attentive service where you feel at home. As for the cuisine directed by Didier, Director of catering, a true culinary expert. Generous and above all tasty inventive cuisine, each dish...
Exactly what we wanted Amazing. Well curated and executed. A peaceful retreat stones throw from the chaos!
A beautiful hotel a short drive outside the medina. Choose it for lush grounds, a friendly team and a great pool. We had a few problems with our room which were raised with the staff and resolved to a degree. Be wary of the superior bungalow with courtyard view… it’s actually in the car park and does not reflect the high standards and ambience the hotel generally sets.

Marrakech, No. 44, Riad Zitoun Lakdim Derb Jdid (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Nice accommodations. Highly recommend. Only issue we had was it was difficult to find the front door the first time as it is around the corner from where google maps directed. The pin should be relocated to proper location and include the additional side alley to front door.
This is a fabulous place to stay in the medina in Marrakech. The Riad is tastefully decorated. It is beautiful. The staff are very professional and friendly. Yousaff and Abdul were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was different for the two days we had breakfast. It was deliciously prepared with kitchen love. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a slice of magic. Thank you to the staff for...
This was our first stop in our first trip to Morocco and oh la la this started strong. Everything about this Riad was perfect Location, host, food, room, view, scent when you come in You have to go there!
The Riad was under construction when I stayed . Quite noisy and I couldn’t use the terrace. The room’s quite small and very simple , very few decoration and art. No facilities on the day I arrived . I, at first, thought that all the RIADs in Morrocco like that, but they’re not 😅 The owner and staffs are very friendly as most of the owners in Morrocco.
Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was also very clean, with excellent A/C. Great breakfasts. It's a little hard to locate the entrance at first (there's only a tiny street sign on the corner which is impossible to see at night and the actual front door is unmarked) but once you figure it out once, it's easy to navigate.
The Riad was beautiful and all the staff were fantastic. It sits away from the Medina so its quiet but close enough to walk to. I highly recommend it 👌
