Good stay but not a traditional riad Not a traditional Riad but didn’t take away from how good the location was. Bed was hard which I enjoyed, but my partner did not. AC was ice cold. Room was clean and staff would change bed sheets and towels every day. Restaurant upstairs is OK and expensive - you’re better off going elsewhere. Spa was fine.

Pool just for decoration, nice hotel structure, bathroom smells musty and is unpleasant, the price is quite high for what is offered, we were fortunate enough to stay in 4 hotels and this was the most expensive and the one we honestly liked the least The breakfast was good, and the receptionists were friendly, but I wouldn't book it again. Quiet and serene location. Excellent staff and service. We reached quite late and the staff were kind enough to prepare us some food and nice tea knowing that we have travelled quite far and were starving. Spa, pool, rooms and the dining area were amazing.

This hotel is simply amazing. It is extremely beautiful, the location is fantastic and the staff couldn’t be better. The breakfast is spectacular, with a really nice terrace facing Jemaa el-Fna square. Special shout out to Rabi, Brahim, Yousuf and the doorman! Highly recommend.

I am very impressed to be staying in the Medina and to have such quiet in my room and comfort. I’m staying in a King suite and it is perfect for my overnight layover.

The bed is small and has wheels so it moves with you. I went to the third floor and saw that there was no swimming pool as shown in the pictures, but someone was cleaning it, perhaps changing the water. It's located next to the Sleepless Square and is locked during the day, making it difficult to find.

Have a wonderful long weekend here, everything great. Weather was fabulous, we were very lucky and a balloon trip over the Atlas Mountains was incredible. Stayed there for three nights with my husband and I had a wonderful time there. We loved that staff understood and could speak English, which is not very common in Morocco. Nicely located to walk to all of the sites in the downtown/old city area. Staff was very friendly.

I appreciate the great service received, loved the room booked, and the pool areas were immaculate both the indoor and outdoor. My only con is I wish the area was more walkable to more shopping and food options because I didn’t enjoy the food at the hotel.

Room and amenities are good however the sauna door didn’t close properly so it wasn’t very hot and the steam room was turned off. Also breakfast is poor. Staff are excellent!

We stayed at this stunning hotel for two amazing nights. We were in the Villa with our own pool which was a perfect chill out. We only left the room to be fed. Nice riad, with heating, but the staff from the riad didn't help us with real prices for trips or for taxi. They gave us big prices.

The breakfasts were decent, but the selection was limited. There were some issues with toiletries; initially, there was only liquid soap, which they decided not to refill during room cleaning. There was no shampoo, etc. I had to ask reception, and they gave me everything I needed, which is great, but the fact that I had to ask for such things personally somewhat spoiled the experience.

Quite a good hotel to stay at! The cleaners come every day to change the sheets and provide shampoo and shower gel. The only thing that could be changed is that the breakfast was the same, but not bad and even quite nice!! I recommend you to stay!

It is very difficult to get to. Every time you return to the riad after an excursion you have to spend a lot of time. Breakfast is light, they bring it themselves (that is, there is no buffet).

The location is good, the room is large, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is also rich. The downside is that the shower faucet seems to be leaking, the water is very small, the sink faucet is not very convenient to use, and the lighting in the room is dim.

All the staff here are amazing and have great hospitality! Location is great for shopping and walkable to many areas. It can be a little difficult for grabbing a taxi with luggage but if you communicate with the staff they will help you arrange transportation.

I took my team to the Riad for two nights to show them the amazing vibrance of the region. As it was their first experience of a riad they were taken aback as to how beautiful, relaxing and hospitable it was. A clean, calm and quiet environment. Beautiful landscaped surroundings. Close proximity to the town centre and the airport. The management and staff are friendly and supportive. Big shout out to Salah at the front desk he was very helpful and accommodating. A reason sized clean pool with more than sufficient sunbeds and umbrellas. A place I would definitely return to.

A beautiful hotel a short drive outside the medina. Choose it for lush grounds, a friendly team and a great pool. We had a few problems with our room which were raised with the staff and resolved to a degree. Be wary of the superior bungalow with courtyard view… it’s actually in the car park and does not reflect the high standards and ambience the hotel generally sets.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Nice accommodations. Highly recommend. Only issue we had was it was difficult to find the front door the first time as it is around the corner from where google maps directed. The pin should be relocated to proper location and include the additional side alley to front door.

This is a fabulous place to stay in the medina in Marrakech. The Riad is tastefully decorated. It is beautiful. The staff are very professional and friendly. This was our first stop in our first trip to Morocco and oh la la this started strong. Everything about this Riad was perfect Location, host, food, room, view, scent when you come in You have to go there!

The Riad was under construction when I stayed . Quite noisy and I couldn’t use the terrace. The room’s quite small and very simple , very few decoration and art. No facilities on the day I arrived . I, at first, thought that all the RIADs in Morrocco like that, but they’re not 😅 The owner and staffs are very friendly as most of the owners in Morrocco.

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was also very clean, with excellent A/C. Great breakfasts. It's a little hard to locate the entrance at first (there's only a tiny street sign on the corner which is impossible to see at night and the actual front door is unmarked) but once you figure it out once, it's easy to navigate.

The Riad was beautiful and all the staff were fantastic. It sits away from the Medina so its quiet but close enough to walk to. I highly recommend it 👌
