Its an OK hotel. Bit pricey, it needs a update or a renovation. The food was ok, except the eggs at breakfast. Sad is that the bed in the room is straight in front of the entrance door. Also the beds make a lot of sound. They are using “Rituals” products in the bathroom but as a regular consumer of Rituals products i strongly think that those are probably just Rituals bottles filled with some cheaper...

while this is a beautiful hotel, It lacks many amenities. No wash cloths, tissues, or USb ports to charge items were in the rooms. Found staff to be friendly.

A nice, clean, apparently well run place. Our check in was quick and courteous, and service throughout was equally good. There is dedicated disabled parking, access to the reception / dining areas, and to the rooms we stayed in. We had booked two twin rooms, both of which were comfortable and well appointed. Evening meal and breakfast were good .... evening meal portions were large and well prepared...

We stayed here with our daughter (baby) Valerie. We were given a crib, but it was more than just dirty; it had a comforter that had clearly been used by someone else. I hope you can offer a solution because we were very unhappy about this. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos.

We arrived at this hotel by bus from the airport. One straight bus from the airport. Bus 369. U can get directions from the information counter. Like 15 minutes before reaching the hotel. Nice Hotel, just a bit far from everywhere, good value for money.

The best hotel i’ve been while traveling Europe. The staffs are very welcoming. Easy check in/out. The location is accessible to all public transportation in the city. The room was clean and nice. You can also leave your luggage for free in case of early check in/out. If i go back to Amsterdam, I’ll definitely book here again.

Very quaint cheerful bed & breakfast homey style. Very clean and cheerful a converted house within walking distance of the beach (two blocks) and the town (maybe 5 blocks). Breakfast is brought to your room as there is no dining room or restaurant, it’s a large picnic basket that had everything that we could have wanted (breads, warm egg, warm pancakes, Jams , Orange juice, bananas).

It was absolutely fabulous and amazing ... unfortunately I had to leave a day before because something was wrong at home but it was awesome

Simple hotel for a night, located near the highway. Room felt a bit outdated. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel offered an overall satisfactory stay. Breakfast was acceptable, with a reasonable selection. The location is a bit far from the city center, which may be inconvenient without transport. The room was fine and met basic expectations. Staff were polite and adequate. A plus point is the availability of a car park, which is convenient for guests with cars.

Standard Holiday Inn experience that you come to expect the check-in staff were very friendly and I found that this room was particularly clean compared to previous holiday inns I’ve stayed at the staff were very helpful when I asked for recommendations in the local area 

All good. We extended our stay here, as location wise, very communal with our car.

The cleanliness of the open areas was poor. Cleaning staff in morning close to rude well before check out time. Check out was grumpy when we asked for luggage storage. Only upside was the woman serving in the sports bar who was amazing.

You book a room at the new Fletcher Hotel Rotterdam AirPort. But is then sent to the other side (other hotel from Fletcher). Room was dirty, didn't seem cleaned. Someone was supposed to come to the room, but he never came again.

Top location, extensive breakfast choice. No refrigerator in the room. Paid parking, but you can drive in and out without restrictions.

Close to arrival at Airport. Easy walk when I was tired. Staff were friendly, intelligient and efficient. Comfy bed, great view, nice atmosphere. Nice clean room. Decore etc good. I have had some stressful experiences in Schipol and Rotterdam is overall a very nice option. This hotel was a nice place to land and rest after a long flight. I will defnitley stay here again.

The lobby smelled like vomit. Dorms are ok, and it’s close to the central station.

Normally, I’m quite forgiving when it comes to the cheapest hostel in town, but this one had some issues with cleanliness and with how the staff handled issues. Although they were clearly trying their best, they didn’t seem able to get the situation under control.

Suggest to visit only if you want to feel the life as a homeless or poor. Facilities and location itself may not be the real problem, but the people living there and around the hostel may be.

The bed was uncomfortable and too hard, and the lighting wasn't bright enough. Hygiene was okay, but there were no coffee amenities. The location is quite central, and the service was decent. Most facilities were available, so it's basically passable.

The hostel is conveniently located near public transport and the bustling city center, just a 10-minute walk from the central station. I booked a bit late, so I could only get a bed in a shared dorm, but everyone was very friendly.

I booked a single room for myself. I arrived early so gave them my luggage to put in their storage room, to my bad luck it was stored on the top shelf, with sharp edges (there is a padding usually, but on this specific shelf they put my bag on it was not there! so the sharp edge pierced through my suitcase and create a nice hole in it! Good location, 6-7min. Walk from the Amsterdam central station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I had trouble with was the stairs. Stairs are everywhere to carry suitcases. Otherwise good hotel to stay.

XO Hotel is located in a great area for having a fun night out. But maybe not the best if you plan to go to bed early. Our room was on the ground floor and we could hear every person who walked past our room until 1:00-2:00 am. However, the room was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. I would stay here again, but only for a short stay (2 nights).

The Mesto Hotel is very good, but the rooms are very small. There was no balcony at all, only a very nice bathroom.

The hotel is easy to get to from Slipp Airport basically a three minute train ride from the airport to the station and then a 10 minute walk so location is very convenient. The location is very convenient for commuting to the city and the university, with a bus stop nearby. The hotel has a unique design and access control. The breakfast was rich and the coffee was good.

Very good hotel, very close to the main street, the public area on the first floor is large, you can read, meet friends, work, the room design is reasonable, very comfortable to live in. Cons: The bathroom light is on a motion sensor. Which means in the middle of the night if you want to use bathroom you get full light. It stays on for 15mins. No cooling -room stuffy and if you open window cigarette smoke wafts in. Pros: good condition. Solid breakfast.

This was very clean, with friendly staff. Not terribly close to restaurants or night life but walkable in 20-25 mins.

Great level of cleanliness in the room and the staff were very helpful. The communal areas were also very clean and pleasant to sit in. Good free coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. Our stay exceeded expectations. A short 10 minute bike ride into the centre of Haarlem.

It's not bad. Many Chinese people live here for business trips. It's close to nearby companies and you can walk to the company. Overall, I'm very satisfied. It would be better if the room could be a little bigger.

Location is great (cannot be better), but hotel is tired (dirty carpet etc). Up to EUR 100 per night it makes sense, but we paid EUR 179, which is too much for what they offer.

The hotel is in a great location, but it was a bit noisy at times (due to the nightclub). The staff were generally friendly, except for the man who checked us in.

I must admit, The Ambassador hotel surprised me. The restaurant and bar are top class! The barman can mix any cocktail you want as he is very experienced and well focused on the customers. The bedrooms are reasonable and comfortable.  I would highly recommend this hotel as it’s close to town and all the shops and restaurants.

The hotel is very well situated, and overall the impression is very good. The restaurant is simple but okay. We were not impressed by the fact that our room had not been made up by 1:30 in the afternoon and we had to go and ask for new towels. The breakfast buffet is alright, but serving cold fried eggs and no bacon was not the best.

We enjoyed a weekend getaway, thanks in part to this beautiful Hotel de Baak Seaside. A beautiful location, excellent and friendly service, and a fresh and clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The fan in the room was a welcome surprise. Otherwise, it would have been very hot. Now, it was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Stayed there one night for a concert, the room was okay but the elevator was broken and there was no price reduction for this given we were some floors up and not even offered to help us with the bags. Stayed at hotel as part of a coach party. Rooms are basic but adequate. The evening meal was delicious. All cooked perfectly. I had the fish which was cooked to perfection and my husband had the chicken which was tender and not dried out. In addition there was a salad bar and soup which was very tasty as well. A lovely hotel set in fabulous Valkenburg. Staff are incredibly polite, friendly & accommodating and can't do enough for you. The hotel decor is plush, modern & has a welcoming vibe. Stayed as part of a Caledonian Travel coach tour. Room was fine if rather small with limited storage space. Kettle and coffee sachets etc provided. I had a nice view of the market in the square. I purposely booked this hotel because it was out skirt of the city centre. Less touristy. There was parking available next to the hotel. There wasn’t a hotel bar available but next to hotel there was a Japanese restaurant. To get some drinks. So if you want to get out of the city centre and get some rest, I would recommend this place

Our early 2026 stay at the Hilton Amsterdam was a highlight of our trip. Located in the elegant and quiet Apollolaan neighborhood, the hotel offers a sophisticated escape from the city center's bustle while remaining within a 15-minute tram ride of major sites.

Excellent overall. The service was exceptional, facilities very modern, and the river view spectacular. Our only issue was the location. We were at the Hilton in central Amsterdam and were informed it wasn't the hotel we'd booked. It wasn't a big problem, as we were only a few kilometers from the correct hotel.

The location is inconvenient; you have to take a ferry to get to the main attractions.

Hotel is located right by the ferry port which is free to use to take to the city centre making the location ideal. Room is really nice and so is the bathroom. Staff at checking in was friendly and overall the experience was great.

The hotel's location is great, right off the pedestrian street. It's quite clean, but the room space is a bit cramped.

It is a punk style hotel and no buffet, but it is close to the street, you can find the thing to eat easier, it will be better if more hair dryers. about 10 min. to Einvohoven, a cost-effiective hotel.

The hotel surprised me with everything. The area is very nice, close to the old city, Just 3 minutes. Hotel is cosy and comfortable. The size of the room was good. Interesting design and concepts of the hotel and room.
