2 days we didint get heater and i get allergic so much coz so cold inside the room.. and the electricity have problem and my rice cooker burned suddenly just 5 minutes turn on and lamps turn off by itself .. and how about my deposit? Did u return to us ?

The rooms were cold, I turned on the air conditioner but it didn't heat anything, and there was no television.

The hotel wasn’t much to look out on the outside. When you enter, the reception and lounge area was very pretty. The breakfast service was a bit over priced for what it was. The bar was never open to the public as a bar instead you had to buy drinks from the bar which was very limited. The gym, sunbathing area and outside area were not open to the public. The room was adequate, and soaps and wash items...

Great place if you want to stay for one day. Close to the airport.

It's too cold. The room is 16-19°C when it's -2°C outside. That's not ok. You adjust the temperature higher, but it's blocked and automatically drops. The food is great. The rooms are great! Everything is ruined by the overwhelming cold.

Very nice and modern hotel. We stayed for two nights and had a great time. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only downside was the room temperature in the evening, but after discussing it with reception, I believe it will be addressed. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel PLAZA Premium Almere after our flight was cancelled. Heat didn't work properly and it was freezing cold. I could not figure out the stopper in the bathtub and the water after my shower never drained. Room and bed were clean. Parking garage is decently priced. It's an ok option to stay outside of Amsterdam...as long as it's not cold I guess

Clean, smart hotel with rather starkly furnished, but large, rooms. Excellent location 2 minutes walk from Almere Centraal station and 5 minutes from main shopping streets, restaurants etc. 30 minutes by train to Schiphol, 20 mins to Amsterdam.

There were only very few choices left because we booked the hotel very late for the Christmas vacation and new year eve. We chose this because it was close to the central station, which was a mistake. Amsterdam was literally packed with tourists especially in the city center and it was actually not enjoyable to stay in the crowded busy street. May be good to somebody who enjoys crowds and the atmosphere...

My room was impeccably clean and in good order, but it was dark and looked out on walls. Luck of the draw--I'm sure other rooms were brighter. The lobby itself is quite grand and spacious, but the furniture could really use an update. First impressions count, and this space could really be upgraded. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, and location was great.

The hotel room was very clean, and although the facilities were a bit dated, they were all in good working order. The room layout, however, was quite peculiar. There was a glass partition between the bed and the shower, with newspaper plastered on the glass. Location near to metro station, easy to move in amsterdam area using public transport. Staying in cabin room is suitable for budget couple traveller.

Overall room is spacious and comfortable , there is coffee machine (👍👍👍) and access to metro is within walking distance .  Just that sometime housekeeping is not perfect , shower gel was not refilled , coffee capsule was not refilled .

Room was stunning and the bathroom was one of the nicest we’ve seen. Ideal location right next to the metro and we had a lovely holiday.

This church-style hotel has cramped rooms. The bunk beds are difficult to climb without handrails, making them quite dangerous. The double beds are also very low, so it's easy to hit your head. It's definitely not worth the price! Those with high expectations should really reconsider. Plus, it's quite a distance from the subway station!

Great place to stay near the airport. It’s clean, nice facilities and friendly staff. To offer an early check in, then say it’s an extra €10 seemed a bit unnecessary when the room was actually free already and we didn’t even ask. Also the pillows are massive, could do with a smaller one.

The place is close to the bus, train station. It is just walking distance to the flix bus station, too. The area is quiet and generally look safe. There is only a kettle and doesn’t have a place to cook. Will definitely choose again if I have to travel by FlixBus in the late at night.

I have stayed here twice before. This time is my third time and there’s a reason for that. Although it’s not in central Amsterdam, it’s got everything we needed. It is a quiet hotel that is affordable. The staff at checkin were very accommodating, allowing us access to the room a few hrs before the official checkin time. I will stay here again when I visit Amsterdam. Don’t pay the extortionate prices...

The room itself was decent – spacious and well-equipped. However, there was no deadbolt on the door, and the walls seemed to be thin partitions, so soundproofing wasn't great. On the other hand, the price was incredibly good. For this price point, being so close to the Sloterdijk transport hub for metro and train was very convenient for getting around. For a business trip, I was quite satisfied.

Love the Vibes Teleport Hotel. Especially the wonderful owners..being very helpful and friendly the moment we entered the hotel. I feel her aura surely uplifts my tiredness after an overnight travel. The location is convenient, close to the train station. You can take a local train from the central station in the city center, and it's just one stop. It's about a 7-minute walk to the hotel from there. It's a hostel-like accommodation, so the facilities are quite basic. The washing area and beds are separate. There's a common room where you can get water, play table tennis, and socialize.

The Check-In and Check-Out were smooth and overall the Personal was also very good. The Room service was to be appreciated. The AI-Chatbot on WhatsApp was sometimes harder to deal with. The property was ok for a single night stay. We could not find any parking arriving around 11:30 PM. After parking nearby, it was a bit of a schlep to haul suitcases up a floor through a narrow stairwell only to find more stairs inside the unit. The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are helpful and efficient and the rooms are w well equipped with smart TVs and large comfortable beds. The price I paid for my stay was also a fair bit less than competing hotels were charging for the same dates. The room was clean, the double bed was quite comfortable, and it was very quiet thanks to the two windows, which provided good soundproofing. You need to bring your own slippers and toiletries. The breakfast was passable. It's suitable for business travelers as you can work at your desk in the morning and enjoy the view.

The Hotel Bastion is a good place to stay. Clean and neat. Not many place to visit close by. 20 minute ride to good restaurants in Rotterdam Centrum.

We were on a budget trip to explore Utrecht and I honestly cannot imagine a better place to stay. Includes everything you need, close enough to everything, friendly and helpful staff and you even get free coffee. Cheap (in the best way) and reliable. An honourable mention to Eirini from housekeeping for being so lovely and helpful!!!!

In terms of hygiene, the shower wasn't clean (hair from previous guests). The location is excellent and easily accessible. Excellent! The only minor drawback is that it's quite far from the city center. However, for airport access, it's perfectly convenient. They provide a free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes, and from there, you can easily catch a train to the city center.

Located a few kilometers from the airport, easily accessible via the hotel's free shuttle bus. It offers good value for money and is excellent for travelers in transit. However, if you're looking to visit the city, you'll need to go back to the train station to catch a train, which takes about half an hour to reach Amsterdam. Room was very nice and spacious! All the needed amenities was included, and the airport shuttle is nice to have. Will say that the airport shuttle takes 30 minutes because it stops at other ibis hotels and that not every shuttle goes to this ibis.

The location is excellent and this was my second time at this hotel. The service has downgraded with 1 ply toilet rolls - you’re better off to buy your own. They don’t give a water bottle anymore, not even a complimentary one that you can refill later. It is only for select members apparently. You can’t expect basic toiletries from them in case you’ve forgotten - just the basic any hotel would do...

Stayed here lots of times mainly for location and for cost. Serving area though needs enlarged as there is always a Que at any time. This time my table was gone by the time I returned!!!

As I was solo traveller and booked from trip.com.i was alone and was supposed to pay city tax for single person..but they said there are two beds so u have to pay for two people,this was really unfair to pya city tax by one person for two people whereby other person doesnot exist or not presnet..so for me it was not good experience and the behaviour of receptionist was not good..

Ok Smelled terrible in the room. Awful room freshener. Maybe to try to cover up the smell of cigarettes/tobacco in the toilet? Staff were very kind. We were waked up early in the morning where they came in to check our towels?? Also not able to put occupied on the door… Overall ok place. Not coming back though.

Trying so hard to be ubercool and in many ways it is. I liked a lot of the art and style. Breakfast was odd though. Random sugary cereals but hot breakfast only has one of - beans, mushrooms, sausages, bacon and rotate it per day. On the other hand vodka and tomato juice available to make a Bloody Mary?!?

The coffee machines stop working after couple of persons using it. There is no computer available to use in case you need to check a train ticket when you have a broken phone by accident. The ladies at the front were not helpful when I requested a computer, they got easily stressed and I need it to fix my issue by myself.

Transportation is very convenient, buses and trains are just downstairs from the hotel. 20 minutes walk to Utrecht city center. The downside is that there is no closet.
