Stayed during Ade festival. Staff where lovely and beds where comfortable however getting in and out of the hotel?!…. You have to walk all the way round the back of the hotel to get in and out of it! It’s right next to a motorway currently being built so it was quite inconvenient

Location is too far away from the Amsterdam city center, no restaurants nearby or even pedestrian lanes or bike rentals. So we had to order Uber constantly. The room was overall okay, however the central heating wasn't doing anything so it was cold. The floor was cold too, and they didn't provide you with hotel slippers or anything. As I was solo traveller and booked from trip.com.i was alone and was supposed to pay city tax for single person..but they said there are two beds so u have to pay for two people,this was really unfair to pya city tax by one person for two people whereby other person doesnot exist or not presnet..so for me it was not good experience and the behaviour of receptionist was not good..

The rooms were cold, I turned on the air conditioner but it didn't heat anything, and there was no television.

The hotel wasn’t much to look out on the outside. When you enter, the reception and lounge area was very pretty. The breakfast service was a bit over priced for what it was. The bar was never open to the public as a bar instead you had to buy drinks from the bar which was very limited. The gym, sunbathing area and outside area were not open to the public. This church-style hotel has cramped rooms. The bunk beds are difficult to climb without handrails, making them quite dangerous. The double beds are also very low, so it's easy to hit your head. It's definitely not worth the price! Those with high expectations should really reconsider. Plus, it's quite a distance from the subway station!

Great place to stay near the airport. It’s clean, nice facilities and friendly staff. To offer an early check in, then say it’s an extra €10 seemed a bit unnecessary when the room was actually free already and we didn’t even ask. Also the pillows are massive, could do with a smaller one.

The place is close to the bus, train station. It is just walking distance to the flix bus station, too. The area is quiet and generally look safe. There is only a kettle and doesn’t have a place to cook. Will definitely choose again if I have to travel by FlixBus in the late at night.

I have stayed here twice before. This time is my third time and there’s a reason for that. Although it’s not in central Amsterdam, it’s got everything we needed. It is a quiet hotel that is affordable. The staff at checkin were very accommodating, allowing us access to the room a few hrs before the official checkin time. I will stay here again when I visit Amsterdam. Don’t pay the extortionate prices...

The room itself was decent – spacious and well-equipped. However, there was no deadbolt on the door, and the walls seemed to be thin partitions, so soundproofing wasn't great. On the other hand, the price was incredibly good. For this price point, being so close to the Sloterdijk transport hub for metro and train was very convenient for getting around. For a business trip, I was quite satisfied.

The location is convenient, close to the train station. You can take a local train from the central station in the city center, and it's just one stop. It's about a 7-minute walk to the hotel from there. It's a hostel-like accommodation, so the facilities are quite basic. The washing area and beds are separate. There's a common room where you can get water, play table tennis, and socialize.

I have stayed here before when I was in Europe and was amazed to receive the same level of service. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel email telling us the address of the car park wait area was good to receive, BUT to not mention the massive amount of road works getting to it was a major problem. Not the best night’s stay The room was stuffy and there was no air conditioning. The shower was very disappointing - the water that came out of the shower-head more like a dribble! The pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable. Sadly we didn’t spend a very good night at the Tulip Inn.

The location is excellent and this was my second time at this hotel. The service has downgraded with 1 ply toilet rolls - you’re better off to buy your own. They don’t give a water bottle anymore, not even a complimentary one that you can refill later. It is only for select members apparently. You can’t expect basic toiletries from them in case you’ve forgotten - just the basic any hotel would do...

Stayed here lots of times mainly for location and for cost. Serving area though needs enlarged as there is always a Que at any time. This time my table was gone by the time I returned!!!

Conveniently located near a tram station, takes about 15-20 minute to reach the city centre. Super friendly and helpful staff. The attentive service is the highlight of my stay.

This hotel gave me an exceptionally warm welcome on a wet and rainy evening. I needed accommodation for myself and a dog. The hot shower and a lovely room with views of the church. A 3 course dinner and a buffet breakfast before I set off again to continue my walk through Limburg. Thank you and so very much appreciated.

Hotel Eperland was a great place to stay for the night. It was quiet and our room looked out over a field. The room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was ok. The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are helpful and efficient and the rooms are w well equipped with smart TVs and large comfortable beds. The price I paid for my stay was also a fair bit less than competing hotels were charging for the same dates. The location is a little out of the way if you aren't driving though so bear that in mind. We coped fine getting Ubers to the metro station at Slinge...

The room was clean, the double bed was quite comfortable, and it was very quiet thanks to the two windows, which provided good soundproofing. You need to bring your own slippers and toiletries. The breakfast was passable. It's suitable for business travelers as you can work at your desk in the morning and enjoy the view.

The Hotel Bastion is a good place to stay. Clean and neat. Not many place to visit close by. 20 minute ride to good restaurants in Rotterdam Centrum.

The location is super convenient! It's a pet-friendly hotel, which is great. It's a shame there's no parking, though. The room itself was a decent size, but the heating was incredibly weak, and I was cold all night. They do provide water on the first floor.

We stayed at Ibis Rotterdam City Centre for three nights. The location is great and the staff were generally friendly, but unfortunately we had repeated issues with the room heating. On the first night, the heating in our room (112) was not working and we were very cold. Since no technicians were available at night, the reception could not offer a solution, and the problem was fixed the next morning...

Very good location near to Metro n other public transport . Just opposite the hotel there is Jumbo supermarket where u can get your snacks n necessary item , breakfast bread items n etc . There is a lovely canal outside of the hotel . Within walking distance landmarks Markthal

A little walk from Rotterdam Blaak Station. The location is pretty near to the attraction in Rotterdam. Overall still ok, it would be better if they can provide some water of electric kettle to customer.

Did not end up staying at the hotel due to the walk in policy, but the night shift Achraf went above and beyond to help me out and find another accommodation to stay in. Eventually with his help I managed to find something, thank you so much Achraf for your proactive help!

We were on a budget trip to explore Utrecht and I honestly cannot imagine a better place to stay. Includes everything you need, close enough to everything, friendly and helpful staff and you even get free coffee. Cheap (in the best way) and reliable. An honourable mention to Eirini from housekeeping for being so lovely and helpful!!!!

In terms of hygiene, the shower wasn't clean (hair from previous guests). The location is excellent and easily accessible. The service is excellent, and even with bacteria (enterococci) in the water, they do offer bottled water. Breakfast was a bit behind schedule on Sundays, not quite prepared for peak times. Excellent! The only minor drawback is that it's quite far from the city center. However, for airport access, it's perfectly convenient. They provide a free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes, and from there, you can easily catch a train to the city center.

Located a few kilometers from the airport, easily accessible via the hotel's free shuttle bus. It offers good value for money and is excellent for travelers in transit. However, if you're looking to visit the city, you'll need to go back to the train station to catch a train, which takes about half an hour to reach Amsterdam.
