A simple but functional hotel. The room was very clean. The hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Lactose-free products were provided for breakfast upon request. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the town center and the caves. Free parking is available in the courtyard. We would gladly return.

This is a small hotel within 10 minute walking distance of the town centre. It's very cosy, with the seasonal decor (December stay) adding to the armosphere, and clean, and the owners are very hospitable and helpful. Heating system is great; you'll feel warm and toasty with -1 outside. Breakfast consists of a huge spread that gets you going well into the afternoon.

Nice place with not too much expectations and reasonable rates. Honest and hard working people. Will certainly visit again.

Cute space and great staff. Lots of stairs to take into consideration but very common for Amsterdam. Location is wonderful and close to transport. The free welcome drinks at the Cafe were great additions as well.

Room was around 8’ x 12’ with bathroom separated, a bit tight. Staff was exceptional and room was immaculate.The problem was with noise, a bar was near by, also quite nice. The noise lasted until after 3:30 am, ear plugs and noise cancelling headphones proved ineffective..

The hotel is in the museum district, a very short walk from the tram stop. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. It is in a walking distance to the museums, flower market and other sites. It took us about 25 minutes to get there from the airport using the train and then the tram. The staff at the reception was very nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Judy for one night I got there at 5.30 pm and was a little scared no receptionist, but the person over the phone was very helpful and opened the door remotely. Got into my room ok The bathroom and bed /pillow very comfy However l couldn't work out how to switch. Great value for money. The price was very reasonable, the staff were really nice, and they even gave us plates which was a thoughtful touch. Good stay with some caveats. No air conditioning but fine on all but the hottest days. Steep stairs, no elevator for floors 1&2. Fairly low budget hotel. Service was OK, friendly staff. The building is old, which gives a nice vibe. However, the rooms are not all well maintained. In our room, the shower cabin was broken with sharp metal edges. The carpet in the halls showed various stains and smudges. The breakfast was delicious!
