Lovely little hotel in a very quiet but central location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to any requests, and overall the service was fantastic. The room was clean, cosy and well furnished, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location! Very central to whatever you might need, including public transit. Rooms were relatively small but had room for whatever you might need. Very friendly staff.

I am an easy traveler, I don't look for 4 or 5 stars hotels but sometimes it's too much! My room was located at the 4th floor without elevator! I am 64yro but lucly i am Fit and healthy otherwise it would have been impossible to do go up there! Trust me and have a look at my picture. This is ridiculous :(

This is a great option if you want a view of the canals but don’t necessarily need a lot of space. Spent very time in the room but was great. Conveniently located near the tram stop’s and restaurant’s and shopping is a short walk across the street is any direction. Great affordable find!

This is our second time within 10 days we stayed at this hotel. Really the service and the accommodation is excellent. Reception and check in is very polite full 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It is like a four star hotel.

Although the hotel is a bit old, we really enjoyed our stay. However, the breakfast leaves much to be desired. The cheese was dried out and there was a limited selection of cold cuts/bread toppings.

Decent enough stay fairly central. Staff initially appeared a bit rude but got better the longer we were there. Heater didn't work properly in my room but provided an electric heater so that warmed up room nicely. Wouldn't mind staying again

We took a restricted view room in the basement which was much better than expected. The room was a good size and had everything we needed including a fridge. The bed was king size plus and very comfortable. The buffet breakfasts was excellent.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, what stood out was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. The gentleman who checked me in, was so helpful. I was wondering why the review score isn't so good for this property, the hotel is nice and clean and has a good location, however their service standard l isn't on the same level of the property, wanted to charge me 12+ euros for one hour of late checkout, while the hotel wasn't so busy, although he heard I was on a call, I was rushed to go out by 11.30

The location is great. Our main criticism is that the bed was poor quality mattress and my partner felt close to falling out of bed more than once. Also the bathroom light couldn’t be turned on without also turning on a hall light that disturbs your partner in your room.

Great hotel for the price. Your room gets cleaned everyday, there is an elevator which is very handy! After 6pm you can only access the rooms with your key card so extra security gives you peace of mind. The beds aren't very comfy but apart from that a really great hotel

I have now stayed here twice due to location .The rooms are basic but clean. Bathrooms are modern and clean .staff are friendly and helpful i had an issue with the mattress and it was resolved straight away .My only criticism is i wish there was a kettle in the room as i like a morning evening drink .There is a machine downstairs where you can purchase drinks though .I will return .

The hotel was strategically located in the food district, and nearby supermarkets provided guests with access to necessities. The hotel staff were super, they made sure I was comfortable. One of the staff even gave me a map and gave recommendations on where to go and where to eat.

The overall feeling is pretty good, the room is not small, three pieces of luggage can be spread out, it is two stops away from Rotterdam Central Station, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, and it is convenient to travel, whether it is going to Cube House, The Hague or Kinderdijk.

Great little hotel round the corner from the train station. The rooms were basic and compact but really well designed and had everything you need. No tv or kettle in room but hot water and lemon water provided plus good free WiFi from streaming. The staff were friendly and helpful! Claustrophobic room, windows facing the internal resting area made it feel like sleeping in a box. Would only recommend if there were no other options nearby the station.

Just a heads-up: if you have heavy luggage, there are some small stairs to navigate. I'm deducting a point for the lack of slippers and a hairdryer. Otherwise, the location is great, close to the station, the staff were lovely, and the room was spacious and good!

We chose this hotel for: its central location, the ease of parking (paid), the junior suite on the ground floor and its large bathroom with bathtub (recently renovated), the comfortable bedding, the breakfast buffet. We still regret the poor soundproofing (noise from the street, neighboring rooms, corridors... in short, it's noisy, but fortunately it's very quiet at night) and the quality of the services...
