Great pool, spacious room. I have stayed here before and always had a great time. I had the luxury of having the indoor pool to myself - Awesome!! Good breakfast but would have liked a warm veg option such as beans or mushrooms. The room was big and spacious with a comfortable bed. The only area for improvement was the peeling paint outside on the balcony. Some TLC needed there.

I tried to alter my booking dates through Expedia's website, was informed by their Bot that it'd all been taken care of. Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel...

The outside environment is beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, the room size is not very large, but the basic equipment is complete. The hotel is located in the forest, self-driving is more convenient, and it is suitable for vacation travel.

Overall a nice place to stay staff was great. Hotel is a little dated but clean and everything was in good working order. Not much food very near by but easy to take a train or bus to the main part of town. No issues would stay again.

The wallpaper was pealing off the wall in a few places. Floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The room needed a paint job...and the TV was small. For the money I paid per night, I was expecting more than a 2 star hotel.

Hotel is in a prime location, with parking approx 300m away. Rooms are modern but no air conditioning, which is not the best during the summer months. Only a small fan is provided in the rooms. Breakfast is ok with decent options.

Tricky upper floor access The staff and service was excellent. However the staircase to our room was very narrow and dangerous for older people. To our surprise there was no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms.

My stay here was ok. The staff was friendly but the hotel itself was not something to get excited about. The first night there our friends had to move rooms because their room lost power. The second day we lost hot water. We didn’t get hot water back until 2 days before we left. 2 nights central Amsterdam Easy online check in. Lady on reception in the evening was very friendly, gentleman in the morning, not so. Room was comfortable and shower room was modern. No noise, which was unexpected, considering location. Had a kettle and 2 English tea bags, no milk or sugar. Vending machine in reception, should you want a water, was cash only.

The Superior Studio in the Annex Building is absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, utensils, pots & pans, Nespresso machine, really comfy big bed, lovely and warm and in a great central location.

This hotel gave me an exceptionally warm welcome on a wet and rainy evening. I needed accommodation for myself and a dog. The hot shower and a lovely room with views of the church. The location is great, around 20 mins walk from the most active parts of the canal. I spent 4 nights here in the basement room. Biggest problem was the very steeeeep staircase as there's no elevator. Otherwise, the room was spacious enough and cleaned every day.

Everything was great, but they really need to fix the shower screen. Water leaks out everywhere when you shower, and the water pressure is really low.

Internet was good. Room clean. Stairs are very steep but luckily there is an elevator for 2.

The downside was the quirky access card system, which eventually needed a reboot, and the local teenagers who climbed aboard to dive into the lock.
