We spent our winter holiday here and there are plenty of local groceries stores around. The train station is just a breeze walk away so it’s easy to travel around. The bed was absolutely terrible - it wasn’t even a proper mattress; more like a cot. We didn’t sleep well at all which is unfortunate given our lengthy travels. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Well the location is good it you already checked in and had a delayed flight but i dont recommend it a place to stay if you arrived way to early before your flight because it is located inside and you need to go pass the security checks. A small space is ok for me and for solo travelers but the smell from the toilet is not so good for me but overall its ok.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was on the air side of the airport as well as next to a food court area which was convenient. It was smaller than other Yotel Hotels which I have stayed at.

In the airport transit area, you can stay overnight with your own toilet and bathroom. It is a good place to stay if you have a long layover.

Normally, I’m quite forgiving when it comes to the cheapest hostel in town, but this one had some issues with cleanliness and with how the staff handled issues. Although they were clearly trying their best, they didn’t seem able to get the situation under control.

Suggest to visit only if you want to feel the life as a homeless or poor. Facilities and location itself may not be the real problem, but the people living there and around the hostel may be.

The bed was uncomfortable and too hard, and the lighting wasn't bright enough. Hygiene was okay, but there were no coffee amenities. The location is quite central, and the service was decent. Most facilities were available, so it's basically passable.

I booked a single room for myself. I arrived early so gave them my luggage to put in their storage room, to my bad luck it was stored on the top shelf, with sharp edges (there is a padding usually, but on this specific shelf they put my bag on it was not there! so the sharp edge pierced through my suitcase and create a nice hole in it! Rear room on 2nd floor, no air conditioning, outdated interior and noisy parking lot with cleaning up catering from ground floor

The hotel is adequate for a short trip. Everything you need is there, except for a hairdryer (!), which you should take with you. The furnishings have a few flaws everywhere and of course the room facing the bar is very noisy until late in the evening. But it's OK for a few days.

The room is big enough, the island is very quiet, the scenery is beautiful, and the old lady at the front desk is also very nice. It's really nice to take a bike ride, with 360-degree views. Come here if you want to get drunk on oxygen.

We thought we are staying in a castle style hotel but we are not, since the first picture posted is a castle look and it's very misleading photo. overall the hotel is rated ok. staff is friendly, surrounded with eateries restaurants and cafe, convenient store is few min away. If you’re only in Amsterdam for a couple of nights you can’t get a much better location than this. Absolutely perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with our room. Very average hotel, check the room you have booked because they have given me a lower category room that I have booked through *******, luckily I complained and they moved myself to the other I had originally booked. Another thing is the booking of the housekeeper 24hrs prior the cleaning, which it doesn’t make any sense. I wouldn’t book it and recommend this hotel.

I am an easy traveler, I don't look for 4 or 5 stars hotels but sometimes it's too much! My room was located at the 4th floor without elevator! I am 64yro but lucly i am Fit and healthy otherwise it would have been impossible to do go up there! Trust me and have a look at my picture. This is ridiculous :(

This is our second time within 10 days we stayed at this hotel. Really the service and the accommodation is excellent. Reception and check in is very polite full 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It is like a four star hotel.

Although the hotel is a bit old, we really enjoyed our stay. However, the breakfast leaves much to be desired. The cheese was dried out and there was a limited selection of cold cuts/bread toppings.

We took a restricted view room in the basement which was much better than expected. The room was a good size and had everything we needed including a fridge. The bed was king size plus and very comfortable. The buffet breakfasts was excellent.

We had a lovely stay here! The staff is helpful and kind and there is complimentary coffee both at the reception and in the room, which makes it feel very cosy and homely.

While the location and was good, the “upgrade” room was overall a bit dingy-and, quite frankly-the two twin beds that were pushed together to make a double was completely unsleepable. This is an older, very basic hotel, but in expensive Amsterdam, a reasonable price for what it is. I fell in love with the Haag. The Ibis hotel was excellent. My room was well designed. Great breakfast with lots of food choices. I will be sure to stay here on my next trip.
