I have stayed here before when I was in Europe and was amazed to receive the same level of service. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and spacious and the location is perfect….a 5 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk to the heart of Leiden shopping. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean ,clean towels changed regularly although bin in bathroom wasnt emptied the last 3 days. The reception staff were efficient and helpful .

Not the best night’s stay The room was stuffy and there was no air conditioning. The shower was very disappointing - the water that came out of the shower-head more like a dribble! The pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable. Sadly we didn’t spend a very good night at the Tulip Inn.

No solo light and electric socket for each bed. Also, no curtains for privacy for each bed. The location is good, only 10 minutes to the central station and 20 minutes to the city centre. You can store your luggage there for free. The breakfast is not so great, so it is not really necessary to add.

My stay was short due to a flight layover. Liked the he properties closeness to outside restaurants and grocery market. It was quiet allowing for a restful sleep. The rooms are dated and could use a renovation but that's also reflected by the price point. I recommend The Atrium If you need a cost effective stay and don't mind a non-modern design.

Breakfast was standard for most hotels in this class. Although, on the second morning the hot articles were only lukewarm. We changed room directly after checking in as our room wasn’t clean (stains from drinks on the bedside tables, bins still full). Hotel is OK at best. Prime location and beautiful building, but it's all show and no heart. Breakfast is a let-down and staff stops replenishing it hours before it ends. The room was in excellent condition, in a beautiful location next to a monastery. We were offered a glass of cava upon arrival. The room had a coffee maker and a supply of capsules and tea, which were refilled daily. They are very conscious of water conservation. We didn't eat there or attend any events at the monastery, only stay overnight. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is absolutely perfect. Located inside the church, it offers excellent architectural preservation. Staying at the hotel provides great convenience for nearby restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!

It's quite small, and the soundproofing isn't great! The location is close to the pedestrian street and the train station, making it suitable for friends on a short stopover. Not recommended for extended stays!

Great staff comfy rooms good location

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's a little far from the city center, so it was quiet. I imagine that if there had been people or cars making noise outside, I would have heard it quite a bit, but that wasn't the case during my stay, so it was very comfortable. The staff were also kind. I was told that a hotel tax receipt would be sent by email, but it never arrived.

Hotel is confidently located right next to the bus stop that goes straight to Amsterdam central. Hotel is spacious and very well thought out. The hotel is old and needs some upgrading. The location is very isolated and no restaurant in the area. The advertising is very unclear as it looks that there are two locations in Hoofddorp. When is an upgraded place and has several facilities around and In house. Also th shuttle is very inconvenient you have to switch service during The trip which also makes your travel time to the airport long.

Not an easy hotel for someone with walking needs, (which I did declare in my original application). However the staff were EXCELLENT, especially when I arrived and had payment struggles. The room was clean, but the level of noise was unacceptable (a generator??).

Ideal location, right opposite the train and bus stations. Staff very helpful. Small room, coffee/tea making machine in room is not provided as standard (you have to pay for this) and also need to pay for water bottles in room. For one night stay it is manageable as shops are round the corner.

It was first time to stay there ,Feel better then Ibis Amsterdam centraal , just cross the bridge distance. But the rooms bigger and more comfortable and a bit cheaper .

We stayed at Ibis Rotterdam City Centre for three nights. The location is great and the staff were generally friendly, but unfortunately we had repeated issues with the room heating. On the first night, the heating in our room (112) was not working and we were very cold. A little walk from Rotterdam Blaak Station. The location is pretty near to the attraction in Rotterdam. Overall still ok, it would be better if they can provide some water of electric kettle to customer.

At our arrival at 15.00 the room was ‘t available yet although this is the check in time mentioned on the website. Elegantly solved by the staff by offering a drink on the house. It's great experience as place mix hotel, permanent room renting, co-working spaces, leasure areas and get together spaces like gym, ping-pong, projector (saw Spanish La Liga match there!) etc. Hotel rooms are spacious, very comfortable. Our stay was overall okay, but the room could benefit from better maintenance. We noticed some wear and tear, such as stains on the ceiling and a cracked sink, which affected the overall comfort. The location is good and the staff was friendly, but with a bit more care and upkeep, the rooms could offer a much better experience.

Stayed during Ade festival. Staff where lovely and beds where comfortable however getting in and out of the hotel?!…. You have to walk all the way round the back of the hotel to get in and out of it! It’s right next to a motorway currently being built so it was quite inconvenient
