Location is great (cannot be better), but hotel is tired (dirty carpet etc). Up to EUR 100 per night it makes sense, but we paid EUR 179, which is too much for what they offer.

The hotel is in a great location, but it was a bit noisy at times (due to the nightclub). The staff were generally friendly, except for the man who checked us in.

Not recommended Great location which has a premium but for the price we found it quite disappointing, more cleaning and repairs required.

I must admit, The Ambassador hotel surprised me. The restaurant and bar are top class! The barman can mix any cocktail you want as he is very experienced and well focused on the customers. The bedrooms are reasonable and comfortable.  I would highly recommend this hotel as it’s close to town and all the shops and restaurants.

Love staying here for the location. Great access to everything in Haarlem city center. Bathrooms could use some updating to help make them feel cleaner.

The location is perfect. Right next to the church. Lots of shopping and dining options. The room has signs of wear but is clean and roomy.

The hotel is very well situated, and overall the impression is very good. The restaurant is simple but okay. We were not impressed by the fact that our room had not been made up by 1:30 in the afternoon and we had to go and ask for new towels. The breakfast buffet is alright, but serving cold fried eggs and no bacon was not the best.

We enjoyed a weekend getaway, thanks in part to this beautiful Hotel de Baak Seaside. A beautiful location, excellent and friendly service, and a fresh and clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The fan in the room was a welcome surprise. Otherwise, it would have been very hot. Now, it was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Stayed there one night for a concert, the room was okay but the elevator was broken and there was no price reduction for this given we were some floors up and not even offered to help us with the bags. Breakfast was disappointing food smelled weird and was lacking milk/food options. For their price i was expecting a better service. Location is good though

The single room is very small. The breakfast is mainly cold dishes such as bread spread/cheese and fruit, as well as one or two hot dishes. Toothbrushes and indoor slippers are not provided. The front desk is nice, but the facilities are really just that. The location is very convenient

Small rooms but great price, clean and excellent location for cruisers.

Breakfast options were plentiful and very good, the bar service was friendly and very good, our corner room with large windows and balcony provided excellent views of the river, bridge and passing boat. The layout with sitting area and desk was very useful. Option to use stairs was appreciated. The kind and friendly staff made our visit to this interesting city a pleasure.

The hotel's location is great, right off the pedestrian street. It's quite clean, but the room space is a bit cramped.

It is a punk style hotel and no buffet, but it is close to the street, you can find the thing to eat easier, it will be better if more hair dryers. about 10 min. to Einvohoven, a cost-effiective hotel.

No solo light and electric socket for each bed. Also, no curtains for privacy for each bed. The location is good, only 10 minutes to the central station and 20 minutes to the city centre. You can store your luggage there for free. The breakfast is not so great, so it is not really necessary to add.

My stay was short due to a flight layover. Liked the he properties closeness to outside restaurants and grocery market. It was quiet allowing for a restful sleep. The rooms are dated and could use a renovation but that's also reflected by the price point. I recommend The Atrium If you need a cost effective stay and don't mind a non-modern design.

Great hotel, close to the city center! Nice and quiet in the room, comfortable beds, pillows, and blankets. Free Wi-Fi. Very good and extensive breakfast. Two days of parking at Interparking Station for 25 euros (reservation required). You can drop off your luggage at the reception if you arrive early. I would definitely book it again.

The location is perfect. It was a shame, though, that they didn't have a room with a bath. Even though they advertise it, I wasn't entirely sure if they even had rooms with baths. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and is located in a green location just outside of Maastricht. Unfortunately we were welcomed during check-in by Ferdinand who clearly had a bad day.He was not so friendly, and agitated to guide an intern. Despite all of this we enjoyed our stay. We stayed at this venue because we were attending a wedding there. It’s not very convenient if you don’t have car and transportation to town is limited. We were not big fans of having to go to a special ironing room to iron our clothes. A bit stingy for the price: they do not clean the room or give you coffee pods during your stay.

Considering the price, we expected a bit more. The room was small, with no bath and no refrigerator. For that price, we expected a bit more.

Breakfast was standard for most hotels in this class. Although, on the second morning the hot articles were only lukewarm. We changed room directly after checking in as our room wasn’t clean (stains from drinks on the bedside tables, bins still full). Simple hotel close to the Zaandam station. It got everything you need for a business trip. The staff are efficient, and the room is clean. I will recommend this for business travelers who looking to stay within budget.

Good value for money. It's a bit far from the center but there's a direct tram line, so no issues there. The facilities are clean and the beds are comfortable. We didn't hear any noise at night, which was a huge plus.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's a little far from the city center, so it was quiet. I imagine that if there had been people or cars making noise outside, I would have heard it quite a bit, but that wasn't the case during my stay, so it was very comfortable. The staff were also kind. I was told that a hotel tax receipt would be sent by email, but it never arrived.

This hotel was located 4 minutes walking distances from the best museum and transportation, the area was very cute with lots of food options and things to do. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The bathroom was clean and room although small was comfortable. Only stayed 2 nights.
