service was great and location is quite convenient
The room condition exceeded my expectations; although not large, the facilities were neat and clean, and complimentary bottled water was provided. Outside, there's a shopping mall, but it's incredibly quiet at night. The hotel itself was also very peaceful in the evenings. The hotel's decor is quite stylish, with each room number represented by a different international city. Downstairs, there's an...
if you are staying for a few days (max 3 days my opinion). It is not bad only because you spend most of the time outside the room, so the size of the room won't bother you (width of the room was around 1.80m), FYI I was with my family. My husband who is 6" tall and son who is 3'7" and myself 5:2". We had 2 big luggage's and a stroller. It's a challenge moving around in the room especially with all...
Great hotel/ hard to find entrance. Once there, great value
Hotel had free parking which is a plus point. Have to park near the JuMBo supermarket. Need more clarity on that. Very near to tram station. About 1/2 hr to Dam Square. Many shops around the area. Enjoyed our stay.
Clean tiny rooms but huge hearts and smiles. Easy access to the city center. It is fairly close to the city center. Shopping and dining options nearby. An economical accommodation option with limited facilities.

Basic amenities but does the job. Friendly and helpful staff.
There is no hair dryer in the room, but you can borrow one for free at the front desk. There is also a free water dispenser. Luggage storage before and after check-in costs 5 euros.
Not bad. Decent location. Room was very small.
The location is great, and the service is excellent. The front desk officer is very friendly and helpful. However, room has very weak AC and the twin bedrooms size is kind of small. If you don’t have lots of luggage, it’s totally fine.
I found the easyHotel Amsterdam ideal if, like me, you are primarily looking for a convenient, clean and well-located base – the staff are friendly and the location is great, right next to transport links
The hotel is close to the metro and tram. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable for a weekday.

Staff are very nice, excellent service
Strategically located near the MRT and a culinary hub. Unfortunately, I visited during winter, so it was cold. I'm sure the area around the hotel would be much more beautiful in the summer.
Very conveniently located next to the metro line station, tram n buses. Making our stay in Amsterdam so wonderful experience. Staff r very friendly & helpful. Room r tidy & clean. Will definitely book back this hotel for our next visit to Amsterdam.
This is a lovely spot to stay just outside the busy city but in a super-convenient location with buses, trams and trains on the door step. The room was lovely and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. There is a cute place just up the road to work and eat (The Villy) and great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
Right next to the metro 1 min walk can arrive , super convenient. The room is super small but ok to see the street view
Good location, right next to metro station. around half an hour to city centre room is spacious enough for two people overall very clean except the cable of table lamp was full of dust

Nice , simple hotel, clean and on a good location. Nothing fancy , nothing missing . All good
Room was very dirty. The coffee cups were stained and the kettle had black filth settled. Sheets also didn’t look properly clean. We stayed only 1 night.
Great location, and very decent room for the pice!
clean room but small. quiet location and near to tram stop. will recommend for a simple stay
6mins walk to tram station. There is staff at the counter 24hours. Good hygiene.
The location is fantastic! 2min walk from tram 1 station and 5min walk from tram 2/12 station. Extremely accessible. The room is clean and with basic equipment — shampoo, kettle, hair dryer. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out process is smooth and swift. Affordable price with quality beyond expectations. Love it!

😃The only good thing is location ☹️ The The elevator is very very slowly and taking very long time to come and only 1 elevator. ☹️ There is no kettle in the room !! If you want to drink a cup of tea or anything you have to go down in the reception !! ☹️ The room has an indoor spiral staircase which is very dangerous and our child fall down from it and hurt his back. I asked to change the room but...
Great location, family room is big. Nice and helpful staff. Beautiful view from room.
A perfect hotel for a one-night stay in Amsterdam. Everything was well-arranged, welcoming, and tidy.
I have stayed here over 10 times over the last couple of years, i think I I travel to the Netherlands a lot. And I will always stay here. Even if it's more expensive. The staff are great the location is great.!! Even when im visiting South Netherlands, I will take the train to stay here.
Really clean hotel, rooms were spotless with plenty of space. Location was great few minutes from dam square. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help.
The hotel was easy to find, the room was very clean and the facilities like the bathroom were also very good. In them morning I got some breakfast and I must say, it was better than many other breakfasts that I had in the Netherlands

North Holland, Amsterdam, Loosdrechtdreef 3 🧭 Map
We regularly stay at this hotel. It's a simple hotel with fairly small rooms. The rooms are quiet, with shutters that perfectly keep out the light, and the beds are comfortable. We always sleep well. Its location on the edge of Amsterdam Zuidoost is easily accessible, close to the A9, A1, and A2 highways. Next to the hotel is the terminus for Metro line 53, which runs to the city center. From the hotel...
A quiet place if you need separate time for pure relaxation. Transportation is unique as there is a bus/ metro mini terminals with just 1 minute walk.
No email received after booking. Before i start my job in the neighbourhood I went to the hotel to confirm and pay extra for parking (and of course tax)
Excellent hotel with free parking (rare for Amsterdam). We rented bikes and went to the center (16€ per day)
Very close to train station, which was great. Nice comfy beds
slightly remote location The window of the room is facing the corridor, people passing by outside can see the inside of the room, very insecure

Convenient location; buses or trams stop nearby from the airport or train station. Many Amsterdam attractions are within walking distance. Cleanliness is adequate. Due to high rents in the upscale shopping district, there are relatively few restaurants nearby. Purely based on value for money, it's a great choice.
The room's location is excellent. It's just a 300-meter walk to the Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum, right next to a park. A luxury shopping street, with all the big brands, is only 100 meters away. It's also within walking distance to the square and Central Station. The price is reasonable for such a good location, and it's clean. Plus, the front desk offers free hand-ground coffee, which is a fantastic...
The landlord is from Wenzhou, and there are Chinese people at the front desk. Although the room is not big, it feels quite comfortable. I will continue to book this hotel next year.
The room is very small, just average.
The location is great, with a supermarket and museums just about a 5-minute walk away. The transportation is also very convenient. It's great value for the price.

Cute, tiny hotel that's pretty compact with all that your really need. It's centrally located to museums, cafes, restaurants... So you pretty much can walk everywhere. I would stay here again in my future visits to Amsterdam.
It's unacceptable that the heating wasn't working in Amsterdam in December... Everything else was okay; it's fine for a few days, but I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than 3 days. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... dirty pillows... The best thing about it is the location, and it's well-connected.
A cool, stylish hotel with an interesting design in both the rooms and the building itself. Nice toiletries in the bathroom, a Smeg kettle 👍, and tea and coffee making facilities. The area is great, close to the Van Gogh Museum and the canals. The reception staff was friendly. I booked the most basic room, but it's very nice with lovely stylish details. I'd happily stay at this hotel again!
Excellent location, but the hotel is quite old and needs renovation. The room is fairly large but dirty, with broken tiles and an unclean shower tray. There was a very unpleasant smell in the room. Breakfast was a bit meager, but overall there was a little bit of everything.
I planned to be Amsterdam after 22 years with my special someone, unfortunately he couldn’t make it. I had to spend my time alone in Amsterdam. Fortunately, the hotel is very warm and cozy. I felt like home away from home.
The room was small, but I bought a large suitcase, so it was manageable. The view and location were excellent; I chose this hotel specifically to visit more museums.

Small but clean rooms, near to museums, near to public transportation. The breakfast was good until we saw that receptionist prepared the breakfast with her hands without wearing gloves. The staff was very polite and helpful.
So far (2 nights in), the staff have been friendly and helpful. The room clean and was cleaned today. It's in an accessible location, and not too far a walk from the metro. The room is dated and really needs a refurbishment, but we knew that when we booked it. Disappointed there was no tea/coffee making facilities in our room. But, on the plus side, I had a lovely warm shower this morning with good...
This is a budget hotel, so don't come expecting luxury. The hotel is close to tourist activities such as the key museums in Amsterdam. However, it is in a quiet neighborhood. The room was small like a normal European budget hotel. The hallways smelled of soap. Everything was clean, but a bit worn. The amenities on the room were slight. Towels and some liquid soap/shampoo. There is a small bar in...
a very tiny room, yet completely satisfactory in every way. no wasted space. staff was more than helpful - one of the employees toasted me a cheese sandwich for dinner one night when i had no energy left to go out to eat. another helped me to order a pizza for delivery on my second day. the place is exactly as advertised - proximity to transit is a definite plus. i would gladly stay there again

Room was basic but adequate and nice and clean. Could have done with more coffee in the room as two pods was too little. Staff were pleasant. Location just a tad too far from city centre.
service was very good and helpful
The only think i didnt like was that guests smoke Next to my Window and i can smell the cigarettes and hear their conversation, perhaps at 1:30 am. But i guess is more the guests than the Hotel Itself. The Personal from Hotel was very Kind and warm.
Very disappointed no bottled water spotted a mouse in the restaurant last night poor location
From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, the service was absolutely exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The entrance on Damrak is a little obscure, and walking down the narrow hallway behind a coffee shop left us unsure of what to expect—but once inside, the experience was a pleasant surprise. We met three different staff members during our stay and all were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was small, with the bed running wall to wall, so there was no space to walk around it—one...
Good for one night stay. Great location. If not needing to be in the centre would stay at further awsy and get better value.
The room was ridiculously small. The head and foot of the bed touched their respective walls. With two people sleeping in a king size bed, one of had to crawl over the other to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, it was fine. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The location is fabulous. Oh, and we looked in another room that was not small like ours. Did we get unlucky...
Good location but rooms are a bit quirky. Stayed in 305 and the table very close to the bed which makes walking around the room little challenging. Everytime I walked, my legs hit the big quirky iron table and it was painful.

Bad experience about the behavior of a male front desk staff member during my check-in at your hotel. His attitude was extremely arrogant and unprofessional throughout the process. The location is very good, just a two-minute walk to the Van Gogh Museum. It's not easy to find, it's not on the street, you have to turn in.
Apart from location nothing good about the hotel, the rooms are too hot and the air-conditioning are not working. Hot water is not available 24hours, maybe only available late at night and in the morning.

Excellent hotel! Ideal location: a couple of minutes' walk from the train station. Despite the proximity to the Red Light District, the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, located on a small island. Breakfast includes eggs, omelettes, cold meats, cheese, cereal, croissants...
The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. It was a great hotel.
Excellent service! The room was big, but there were a little stains on the curtains and in the bathroom. The hotel is in an old building which means that some noise from people walking up and down the stairs can be heard in the room. Beds were good, not too soft. stayed here for 4 nights and loved that the hotel have that kinda community feel to it. there’s a cafe conveniently located in the ground floor and honestly, i have no complaints
We spent our winter holiday here and there are plenty of local groceries stores around. The train station is just a breeze walk away so it’s easy to travel around. The Zaanse Schans (windmill attraction), Zaandam (‘Lego’ house) is just few stations away from the hotel. The stay was perfect, everything was great.
It wasn't great that my room wasn't ready by check-in time, but seeing how thoroughly they cleaned rooms the next day, I figured a slight delay was understandable. Plus, everyone was really friendly, which was a nice bonus.
Great place to stay between meetings and catching flights. 10/10 with great staff!
Prima service en kamer. Ontbijt was goed.. Personeel was behulpzaam
Nice little hotel conveniently located close to a lot of attractions such as museums and canals for boat tours. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Shopping is literally on the same street. Staff was friendly and happy to help with all the requests we had. We’ll be back.
The bed was absolutely terrible - it wasn’t even a proper mattress; more like a cot. We didn’t sleep well at all which is unfortunate given our lengthy travels. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The best thing in the hotel especially that it’s small and a bit old still looks better then the other small hotels in centrum and most importantly it has LIFT
Good location hotel for single traveller. Not enough room space to open 2 luggage for couple. Online check in and check out. Fast and smooth check in process when arrival at hotel. Hotel lobby is manned 24/7. Only one minus point is the small hair dryer. Weak and not powerful to use during cold weather in Nov period.
We thought we are staying in a castle style hotel but we are not, since the first picture posted is a castle look and it's very misleading photo. overall the hotel is rated ok. staff is friendly, surrounded with eateries restaurants and cafe, convenient store is few min away. Happy to receive a package of savory confectionary upon checkout. Location is superb, just one block behind Damrak.
I love my stay at Hotel Luxer. Its clean, very near Amsterdam Central. The staff are so nice and helpful. and just a walking distance from all attractions in Amsterdam. there are also a lot of affordable restaurants besides the Hotel and in the nearby area
